Chers amis,
Tout d’abord merci à tous ceux qui, suite à mon incarcération, m’ont écrit à la prison de Forest. N’ayant ni enveloppes ni timbres en nombre suffisant, je ne puis répondre, ce qui me désole. Merci toutefois pour ces témoignages de soutien qui me vont droit au coeur. Je demande à ceux qui souhaitent m’écrire de joindre à leur envoi une enveloppe timbrée (tarif “Europe”) pour la réponse.

Le 23 juillet la Chambre du Conseil de Bruxelles a déclaré que le mandat d’arrêt lancé par la France contre moi était valable. L’extradition est donc désormais inévitable. Elle viendra dans une dizaine de jours sans doute. Mes conseils me demandent d’effectuer certaines démarches pour tenter d’éviter la prison en France ou, au moins, de minimiser la longueur de ma détention. Je n’en ferai rien. Je veux, en effet, qu’on puisse dire qu’en 2010, en France, un père de huit enfants âgés de 1 à 17 ans croupit en prison simplement pour avoir exprimé publiquement les thèses révisionnistes. Je veux qu’on sache qu’en Frane, en 2010, un père de huit enfants dont la seule arme est un stylo croupit en prison.

On me répondra que, pour l’heure, la presse n’en parle pas et que 99,9% des gens s’en moquent. C’est vrai. Mais je le répète: notre regard porte plus loin, il porte sur le jour où, des événements aidant, l’état d’esprit des peuples changera. Peut-être serons-nous alors morts. Mais lorsque des chercheurs, libérés des tabous présents, étudieront cette histoire – notre histoire – des années 1990-2010 et qu’ils verront la répression dont les révisionnistes auront été les victimes, alors la conclusion s’imposera.

A l’heure où j’écris, je pense à ma chère épouse et à mes chers enfants. Je pense à leur état d’esprit… Hier, au parloir, Marina pleurait. Elle m’a dit que mon fils de 14 ans ne mangeait plus et que les cinq “petits” réclamaient leur père. Cela fait mal mais, outre que la Vérité a des droits sur nous, le combat révisionniste que je mène – et dont les implications dépassent largement le domaine de l’Histoire – je le mène précisément pour
mes enfants, ainsi que pour ceux des autres, pour les Palestiniens, pour lEurope, et, plus généralement, pour un monde qui sera débarrassé de ce ouvel Ordre mondial bâti sur les ruines du IIIe Reich.

Quelles que soient les souffrances, je ne céderai jamais. Les flics, les juges les prisons n’y changeront rien. La graine est semée, elle croîtra et germera un jour ou l’autre.

I think Bard may be missing a Shapiro (I’m guessing the asst secy of State is Jewish), as well as Stuart Levey, the Iran guy in Treasury, and czar Cass Sunstein. My impression is that Obama’s philosemitism outstrips Clinton’s and Bush’s. And the lesson is that Obama is a conservative person temperamentally who has a keen sense of where American power lies. Originally an outsider from a scattered family in the west, he gravitated unerringly toward the east coast Harvard establishment; and the American establishment today has a prominent Jewish component…

The WASPs are over; none are on the Supreme Court today. The significance of these numbers is the effect on Middle East policy. And of course, along with that, the absence of Arab-Americans; and the fact that people like Rashid Khalidi, Chas Freeman and Rob Malley (yes, a Jew, but a progressive one) are exiled from this braintrust.

=================VACCINES LEAD TO MONTHS OF PAIN FOR TWO BOYS

A Canadian mom wrote me:

I am opposed to vaccines in general because of my experience with vaccinating my own children when they were babies.  We were told that to vaccinate the children would be beneficial for their long-term overall health.  My first child, a son, developed ear infections around 9 months of age and was put on an antibiotic “diet” until he was 2 1/2 years of age.  The ear aches were almost continuous during this time and the doctor advised that if one antibiotic did not work, then try another.  Nothing helped and with many sleepless nights, this truly became a living nightmare for him and for me, his mother.

At the age of 2 1/2 an ear, nose and throat specialist pressured us to have the child’s tonsils removed and even though we objected, they continued to pressure us telling us that the surgery had to be done.  The child was in the hospital for one day, after which he was sent home, almost like a limp rag.  He could not eat or drink anything, not even water.  Fortunately, I spoke to a European woman who advised me to give him camomile tea, which I did.  I believe the cammomile tea saved his life as that was the beginning of his healing process.

Why did this healthy child suffer from ear infections for so long and why was there no relief from the infection?  I believe it was totally the result of vaccinations as his little body could not handle the toxins from the vaccinations, which resulted in the poisons manifesting themselves as ear infections.  At this time, I had not yet connected the problem with vaccinations.

My second child, also a son, had a different reaction, in that he developed extreme diarrhea for 6 months.  He would experience fiv e or six large, loose bowel movements per day, and even the pediatrician was baffled and could not pinpoint the problem or offer a solution.  Fortunately, the child overcame this affliction.

Some years later, I began to hear about the dangers of vaccinations and began my own research and study.  Over the years, more information became available about the dangers of vaccinations and I became convinced that it was precisely the vaccine toxins injected into their little bodies which caused these problems.

When my eldest son’s children were born, they were NOT vaccinated and I am happy to report that they have rarely been ill, and if they develop a problem, it is very minor and they overcome it quickly.  Why???  I believe it is because their immune systems were never damaged by vaccinations.  They are now teenagers, in extremely good health and are rarely ill.

If you compare this with David Duke’s appearance on the same Alan Colmes show in 2008, I think he had Duke a wee bit on the defensive over his Klan past, and I hate being on the defensive, but David, who has vast media experience, hit back fast, and got in some good points for white human rights and about Obama. I especially like Duke’s phrase “white preservationist.”

Oliver Stone's Alexander" [the Great] movie was perhaps the worst movie of the last twenty years, portraying the Macedonian Greek warrior-king as a vain, petulant, peroxided-with-dark-roots bisexual. (I could not finish watching this flop; as a Marine I could not imagine ANY army following such a faggot as Stone’s “Alexander.”) However, his film “Wall Street” with Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen was right on the mark, and portrayed the greedy and youth-corrupting villain-tycoon almost directly as a Jew in the person of the Jew Douglas’ character, “Gordon Gecko”. Do I think Stone is now a “good guy” for his remarks below? NO. In the Sunday interview, Stone reportedly said U.S. public opinion was focused on the Holocaust as a result of the “Jewish domination of the media,” adding that an upcoming film of him aims to put Adolf Hitler and Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin “in context.”

“There’s a major lobby in the United States,” Stone said, adding that “they are hard workers. They stay on top of every comment, the most powerful lobby in Washington.”

The famed Hollywood director of such films as Platoon and JFK, also said that while “Hitler was a Frankenstein,” there was also a “Dr Frankenstein.”

“German industrialists, the Americans and the British. He had a lot of support,” Stone told the Sunday Times, adding that “Hitler did far more damage to the Russians than the Jewish people, 25 or 30 [million killed].”

Earlier this year, Stone, speaking at the at the Television Critics Association’s semi-annual press tour in Pasadena said that “Hitler is an easy scapegoat throughout history and it’s been used cheaply.”

“He’s the product of a series of actions. It’s cause and effect … People in America don’t know the connection between World War I and World War II, Stone said adding that through his documentary work he has been able to “walk in Stalin’s shoes and Hitler’s shoes to understand their point of view.”

“We’re going to educate our minds and liberalize them and broaden them. We want to move beyond opinions … Go into the funding of the Nazi party. How many American corporations were involved, from GM through IBM. Hitler is just a man who could have easily been assassinated,” Stone said.

Military suicides swell this year

WASHINGTON — Suicides among Army and Air National Guard and Reserve troops have spiked this year, and the military is at a loss to explain why.

Sixty-five members of the Guard and Reserve took their own lives during the first six months of 2010, compared with 42 for the same period in 2009. The grim tally is further evidence that suicides continue to plague the military even though it’s stepped up prevention efforts through counseling and mental health awareness programs.

“Suicides among military personnel and veterans are at an epidemic rate, and it’s getting worse,” said Tim Embree, a former Marine who served two tours in Iraq and is now a legislative associate for Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, an advocacy group.

The Army recently announced that 32 soldiers, including 11 in the Guard and Reserve, took their own lives in June, a rate of one a day and a level not seen since the Vietnam War, according to the military. [....]

I’ll tell you WHY — these soldiers and marines feel betrayed, lied to, manipulated and exploited. They learn that our government is evil  and that their stress, their wounds and the deaths of their buddies were for a hidden agenda.

My father felt betrayed after the Korean War. Fifty percent of his OCS (Officer Candidate School) class was killed or wounded in Korea, including his best friend, Ed Flanagan, and for what? North Korea’s psycho-communist government is still in power 60 years later, still crazy, still dangerous — and thus still  “justifying” having US troops in South Korea.

Every no-win war “justifies” keeping troops overseas in yet another country.

And every war kills off our best and brightest while enriching the Wall Street billionaires.

THAT’S WHY our troops commit suicide. The most sacred of motives — defending our country with our very lives –  has been used to trick us, in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and now Aghanistan. I must regretfully say as a former Marine myself that our brave boys are not overseas to defend America, and spread freedom, but instead to enslave countries for the New World Order. And deep-down, the troops sense this.

Jason was an advanced meditator at Maharishi University of Management (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maharishi_University_of_Management), and it certainly seems to have made him highly focused and effective, especially for a young person in an age when so many young people are dysfunctional, drifting, and in serious trouble with drugs, binge drinking and sexual misadventures.

When I was around his age, back in 1970-75, my mother had custody of me and influenced me to join Jehovah’s Witnesses.  While I broke away in 1976, I still appreciate the discipline this group gave me and how it kept me away from the troubles afflicting young white Americans which I mentioned above.

Jason’s experience with Maharishi University (as in the famous Maharishi Mahesh Yogi 1914-2008 who taught meditation to the Beatles; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maharishi_Mahesh_Yogi) was basically very positive, and he speaks highly of this school and staff.

Like many American high school students, Jason had found his high school years frustrating and unfulfilling, and he had some minor scrapes with the powers-that-be. I was speechless to learn form him that his almost all-white high school in Prineville had up to SIX cops patrolling the corridors! Again, this is a WHITE high school!

I had heard from other WNs of the police-state atmosphere in today’s high schools, massive numbers of kids being put on Ritalin for “ADD,” and recently of a parent being fined five hundred dollars because her kids took three days off from school for a special family trip to Washington DC. (I guess the schools should just declare the kids AWOL like soldiers and send them to Ft., Leavenworth.)

And “Social Services” is always hovering in the background to seize kids away from their parents on the slightest rumor of “abuse.”

In Canada it is the same, and one parent told me additionally tgat her kids became very ill after they were pressured into taking vaccines.

In Jason’s case, every minor fight resulted in going to COURT (for various misdemeanors) but he was shocked that as a student he found himself before a JUDGE instead of a vice-principal. And these misdemeanors on his record prevented him from joining the Marines or the Army…. All I can say is that given Jason’s disciplined and determined nature, he would have made a great warfighter.  The NWO’s police-state measures have apparently accelerated drastically over the last few years; when I was substitute-teaching back in 2003, you certainly never saw six cops in a WHITE high school. (In fact, when I was in white high schools in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in 1969-72, we had NO cops on duty.)

In any case, Jason began searching for answers to life’s dilemmas and to his own issues, and found the ancient Aryan mind training called meditation via Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Being in addition a white nationalist, he was however concerned by the large number of Jews at MUM (Maharishi University of Management) — about 15%, he estimates — and the way that non-whites were benefiting from this most Aryan of sciences while most whites in the West continue to live in confusion, indolence and strife.

I myself have seen as a substitute teacher the avalanche of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Kids are unfocused, undisciplined, and given to tantrums of every kind. Rather than give them the drug Ritalin, which can make things actually even worse, why not try the mind discipline of meditation?

Investigator’s Report Shows Dozens of Defense Employees Picked Up in Child Porn Sting

Several dozen Pentagon officials and contractors have been accused of — and in some cases were convicted of — purchasing and downloading child pornography on government computers, the Department of Defense’s inspector general’s office disclosed in documents released Friday.

The investigation that led prosecutors to these government workers was actually part of a larger Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency sting called Operation Flicker, aimed at identifying individuals who paid money over the Internet to access child pornography overseas, according to the inspector general’s office.

That sweep collected information on more than 5,000 people in 60 undercover stings involving 18 child porn websites. Among those were several dozen who worked for Pentagon intelligence services.

Offenders include people with highly sensitive security clearances who have the potential to blackmail the government using closely held military and intelligence secrets, according to the documents released. Some of the people involved have such high-level clearance, identifying characteristics about them were blacked out in the report.

Among those investigated are employees of the National Security Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and other offices at the Defense Department.

“Some are in high-ranking positions, in positions of trust,” John Sheehan, executive director of the exploited child division at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, told The Boston Globe, the first newspaper to report the IG’s conclusions. The center has been consulted, which has reviewed 36 million images of alleged child pornography since 2002 at the request of law enforcement agencies, consulted the government as part of the investigation.

“There isn’t a profile or stereotype, which makes it even more challenging for law enforcement,” Sheehan said.

Dear Jeff, Friday, October 13, 2000 – 7:10 pm. I live 20 miles southwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and at the present time we have a chemtrail sky that’s the worst I’ve seen. We had a beautiful clear-sky day here until late in the afternoon. It was so clear that another fellow and I in the office were discussing how nice it would be to stargaze tonight even though there is a full moon. We are both amateur astronomers. However, by the time I got home at 5:05 pm, I noticed sun dogs and the oily rainbows around the sun. There were a few chemtrail lines but not all that many. Nevertheless, I immediately recognized it as a chemtrail sky. When I came out to wash the car after dinner at 6:20 pm, I couldn’t believe it! The whole sky was xxxxxxxxx in a grid pattern. I ran in and got my camera, a Canon AE-1E with 200 mm telephoto lens, and took a dozen photos which I’ll e-mail to you. There were still several jet aircraft in the sky when I was taking photos and with the telephoto lens I identified one as a DC-9…not a likely spray aircraft. It appeared to be a two-engine commercial jet and was most likely just passing through. It’s altitude was too high to be landing or taking off from Pittsburgh International Airport which is 15 miles north of my location. I couldn’t tell the identity of the other aircraft but maybe something will show up in the photos. This spraying was of the high altitude type, not low altitude, and the only aircraft I saw in the area were multi-engine jet aircraft. I know I have some excellent photos of the spray fanning out across the sky. This was so strong of a spraying that I questioned whether to allow my daughter to go to the homecoming game tonight because I didn’t want her sitting in the bleachers with the ‘stuff’ drifting down on her. I watched it carefully for some time but did not detect any droplets or web-like material probably because of the high altitude of the spray. On a personal note, I want to assure you that I don’t take this matter lightly. I am a retired Lt. Colonel from the USAF and PA Air National Guard. At the time I retired after 29 years of service, I was a squadron commander with a KC-135E unit and I certainly can recognize a normal tanker contrail when I see one or identify the shadow outline of one of our aircraft in the sky. One of the things I want understood is that ‘spraying’ from a tanker is not unheard of regardless of what anyone tells you. It’s what is being sprayed that is the puzzle. I have a photograph here in my collection that I personally took in 1969 when flying in a KC-135A tanker on a trip from Seymour Johnson AFB, NC to Pease AFB, NH. After we took off and reached altitude, most likely over Virginia, we lowered the refueling boom in the bottom rear of the aircraft and ‘dumped’ 3,000 pounds of JP-4 fuel into the atmosphere just to trim out the aircraft and improve its weight and balance. Nothing was considered unusual with this procedure. The reason I bring it up is to show that there are reasons for a tanker to sometimes spray fuel into the atmosphere. However, what we are seeing today is not the occasional spraying I am talking about. When we dumped fuel we didn’t fly in a grid pattern, for example. We started meditating in the 1960s with promises of World Peace for continuing the practice. Now 50 years later we see the exact opposite has been the result. The world is worse than ever. Think I now understand why…
Typically meditation is to pick a word or a phrase and simply repeat the sounds over and over again. The practice is like watching a pendulum swing back and forth while undergoing hypnosis. Thus meditation is a type of hypnosis. Anything can be used to fix the mind, same as anything can be used in place of the swinging pendulum. Pacific Islanders and the American Indians use the repetition of beating drums to achieve the same state. Music producers use rhythm to influence young people with the same method. Yet if you pick your own word or sounds, is meditation a way of controlling your own mind?
Many teachers give sounds that are actual names of spirits. Because of objections, it is now called “The Collective Consciousness” or “Spirit Guides,” but the secret remains the same. Proof is found visiting the east where you may see your Mantra written on a shopkeeper’s wall for the purpose of receiving protection from that spirit. Meditators are therefore calling on the gods BY NAME during meditation. These spirit creatures come into their minds and take control of our lives. Every culture has gods and techniques for contacting them.
From the normal thinking state of mind, without effort, the mind settles down to the most thoughtless level of pure consciousness. Here all thoughts have ceased. (No doubt same as the hypnotized state of mind.) You are focused on a single thought or rhythm, perhaps a Mantra, and told to repeat over and over until you enter the hypnotic state of pure awareness. At this point your thoughts have ceased. You’re not even thinking Mantra any longer. The mental pendulum has served its purpose. Your mind is now empty, void of all individual thoughts and open to ANY suggestion. Your intellectual powers, your ability to discern and make decisions based on reason, have been switched off.
Some claim meditators are in control of their own minds. However, this cannot be since their intellect is turned off. Others claim a collective-consciousness or society makes the suggestions. Perhaps indirectly, yet who directs society? If a god’s name is chanted, a particular god has been summoned to come into their mind and enter our world through them. What if some other word or phrase is used? Remember, practically any type of repetition can stop thoughts. In these cases, any spirit close by or most in tune with that individual’s consciousness is most likely to gain control. In every case, the god or gods can now operate from within and manipulate society using them as a mediator. Mystics become like a gateway, a channel for the spirits to come through and have their alien effect on our world.

After summoning their god or gods through meditation, they are now ready to begin a more advanced technique. A word or phrase of action is next used in the presence of those spirits requesting the spirit(s) perform that action in behalf of that meditator. Commonly used phrases are: Peace on Earth, (Grant Me) Wealth, and Show Compassion. After meditation, they begin repeating a series of requests at regular intervals addressed in the presence of their summoned god(s). In effect, they timidly start begging the spirits to fulfill desires. That is how their advanced program works. How embarrassing! What a disgraceful practice!

Now understood, [they want that] magic should no longer be called magic but “science,” actually a super-technology operating from within. We do not have all the technical aspects their spirits are using on the human mind, but we now have a basic understanding. We now have enough knowledge to make any mystic with good intentions renounce these practices immediately. Please stop what you are doing NOW!

I appreciate the thought and concern that breathes from every word of your comment.

If meditation were a form of either “mind control” by others or demonic possession of an empty mind, then I too would be strictly opposed to meditation.

I have a problem with two of your apparent premises:

1) the notion that Christians (unlike, say, Hindus) can never be demon-possessed. Just look at the atrocities that fanatical Christians have committed (the Spanish Inquisition, mass murder of the Cathars, Protestant-Catholic atrocities, witch burnings across Europe and in the US the infamous Salem witchcraft trial). JUST TELL ME THOSE FOLKS WERE NOT MIND-CONTROLLED!!!

2) the notion that all spirits except “God” are demons. I believe in angels, God’s helpers, as do most people. I believe there are both good and bad entities watching us and guiding–  or misleading — us. Every religion has to decide proper channels both to accept spiritual aid and repel spiritual attack. We need a filter that lets in the good and keeps out the bad.

3) Meditation creates zombies. Honestly, I have never met more focused, organzed and practical people than advanced meditators. And I have seen many empty-headed, zombyized people among Christians, especially among fundamentalists.

Having said that, the key issues are not those of mind technology, but of the heart’s goodness, service and our practical deeds of love in the real world. We are here to serve others, to live for WE, not for ME. And all religions carry in them the seeds of both spiritual greatness and saintly devotion and also the bad seeds of egotistical tyranny and mind enslavement, and financial and even sexual exploitation.

I will ponder your comment more and will then publish more thoughts on them.

Thank you again for your critique and concern. I share your values of seeking true enlightenment and not dangerous spiritual experiments. I wil end with this note: What is now called “Christianity” has not stopped the Jews or the white psychopaths, and it has had 2000 years to prove itself as a shield and sword against them,. Hamburg – In Osnabrück herrscht Entsetzen. Beim Stadtsportbund, beim Leiter der Freizeit, bei den Betreuern, die auf Ameland dabei waren und die Jugendlichen bekocht, beaufsichtigt und betreut haben – und die nun feststellen müssen, dass für einige Kinder, die im Haus “De Zilvermeeuw” (“Die Silbermöwe”) schliefen, das Feriencamp zum Alptraum wurde.

In regelrechten Gewaltexzessen soll eine Gruppe von bis zu 13 Tätern sechs 13-jährige Jungen mit Gegenständen schwer sexuell missbraucht haben. Eine Mutter erstattete nach der Rückkehr der Kinder Anzeige bei der Polizei. Die Ermittlungen scheinen zu bestätigen, was Mädchen und Jungen berichteten: dass es im Feriencamp Vergewaltigungen mit Gegenständen gab und dass zwei 13-Jährige erst zu Opfern und schließlich selbst zu Tätern wurden.

Die Übergriffe sollen in der Mitte des Schlafsaals im ersten Stock des Hauses stattgefunden haben, tagsüber und auch abends. 40 Jungen hatten dort ihr Bett, rund 60 Kinder wohnten insgesamt im Gebäude. Allein im Haus “Zilvermeeuw” gab es zwölf Betreuer, hinzu kamen Verantwortliche, die sich um die Küche kümmerten. Die Erwachsenen schliefen im Anbau des L-förmigen Gebäudes, dort befand sich auch ihr Aufenthaltsraum. Einer hielt immer Nachtwache, einer war immer nur ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Schlafsaal. Und dennoch konnte es offenbar zu den Übergriffen kommen.

Ersten Ermittlungen zufolge haben sich die Opfer gegen die Übergriffe gewehrt, geschrien, sind über Feuerleitern geflüchtet oder haben sich an ihre Betten gekrallt. Auch wollen sich Kinder schon auf der Insel hilfesuchend an die Erwachsenen gewandt haben – die aber offenbar nicht einschritten.

Spricht man mit Experten über ein mögliches Psychogramm der Täter, so fallen immer wieder die Begriffe Macht, Demütigung, Gruppendynamik. “Sexuelle Gewalt ist Machtausübung und keine Sexualität”, sagt Birgit Kohlhofer, Diplompsychologin, Psychotherapeutin und Mitautorin des Buchs “E.R.N.S.T. machen – Sexuelle Gewalt unter Jugendlichen verhindern”.

“Auslöser für die Taten können Frust, Rache oder Imponiergehabe sein – aber selten handeln die Täter impulsiv.” Häufig gehe eine genaue Planung voraus. “Auch Alkohol spielt oft eine große Rolle.”

Die Strukturen sind mit dem sogenannten “Bullying” vergleichbar. Also einem besonders exzessiven und häufig auch Gewalt einschließendem Mobbing. Im Prozess der Demütigung bilden sich eigene Hierarchien heraus, die Täter stehen oben im Ansehen, die Opfer unten. Zu solchen Abläufen kommt es immer dann, wenn Gruppen neu gemischt werden. Das Geschehen führt auf eine makabere Art zu einer eigenen Ordnung.

Von mehreren Tätern vergewaltigt und bloßgestellt zu werden, potenziert die Scham der Opfer. Die Struktur der Mitwisser erfüllt noch eine andere Funktion: “Wenn mehrere Jugendliche beteiligt sind, wird auch schon mal das eigene Gewissen abgelegt”, sagt die Kölner Kriminalpsychologin Sabine Nowara. Das Motto sei: Wenn andere das machen, dann kann ich das auch machen.

Die Dynamik der Taten folgt eigenen Gesetzen. So wird auch verständlich, dass zwei der 13-jährigen Opfer offenbar später selbst zu Tätern wurden und so einen Teil des ihnen widerfahrenen Unrechts wett machten. “Die Täterseite ist die bessere Position als die Opferseite”, sagt Nowara.

Michael Siewering, Sozialpädagoge, Kinder- und Jugendpsychologe und Mitarbeiter des Kinderschutzzentrums Rheine, arbeitet seit Jahren mit Jungen, die zu Tätern wurden und andere sexuell missbrauchten. “Jugendliche sagen in der Therapie immer wieder, dass es ihnen um den Kick ging, darum dass ein anderer Jugendlicher ihnen ausgeliefert war, dass sie ein Triumphgefühl hatten,” sagt er.

* Sexuelle Gewalt von Jugendlichen – ein Randphänomen?

Wie verbreitet ist die sexuelle Gewalt von Jugendlichen? Laut Polizeilicher Kriminalstatistik stellen männliche Jugendliche tatsächlich den größten Teil der Tatverdächtigen bei Delikten gegen die sexuelle Selbstbestimmung von Mädchen und Jungen. Etwa ein Drittel all dieser Delikte wird von Kindern und jugendlichen Tätern verübt. Im Jahr 2008 war rund ein Fünftel aller Tatverdächtigen im Zusammenhang mit Verstößen gegen die sexuelle Selbstbestimmung jünger als 21.

“Noch wird das Bild kolportiert von dem älteren Mann, der Kinder mit Bonbons auflauert. Das Thema sexuelle Übergriffe unter Kindern wird erst langsam enttabuisiert”, sagt Psychologin Kohlhofer, die auch als Referentin für das Präventionsnetzwerk Power Child tätig ist.

80 bis 90 Prozent der Täter bewegen sich im sozialen Nahfeld der Opfer. Die Gefahr lauert nicht im Park, sie lauert in Situationen, die eigentlich einen geschützten Raum für Kinder und Jugendliche bieten sollten: in der Familie, im Verein, bei Ferienfreizeiten. Die Mär vom bösen, fremden Mann ist genauso etabliert wie falsch.

Der einzelne Täter ist nicht ohne das Gefüge zu denken, in dem der Missbrauch stattfindet und in dem er auch geschützt wird. “Sexuelle Gewalt fällt nicht vom Himmel”, sagt Ursula Enders, Leiterin und Gründerin von Zartbitter, einer Beratungsstelle für Opfer sexueller Gewalt. Der Satz, der so profan daherkommt, ist von großer Bedeutung für die Vorfälle auf Ameland.

“Sexuelle Gewalt ist in Sportvereinen weit verbreitet”, sagt Enders, die sich seit Jahren vor allem mit institutionalisierten Missbrauchsstrukturen befasst. In den – häufig vor allem männlich geprägten – Strukturen der Vereine geht es oft grob zu, der Ton ist rau, die Sitten sind es auch.

Wer nicht mitmacht gilt als “Weichei”, Sätze wie “Stell dich nicht so an” und “Was hart macht, macht stark”, sind nun einmal auf dem Sportplatz und in der Turnhalle zu Hause. Höher, schneller, die Grenzüberschreitung ist Programm und zugleich Antriebsfeder des sportlichen Ehrgeizes. Hinzu kommen klare Hierarchien, Machtstrukturen, die das Zusammenleben und die Loyalitäten im Verein regeln. Laut Zartbitter bieten Sportvereine einen Nährboden für sexuelle Gewalt. “Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen gehen wir davon aus, dass Missbrauch dort ein größeres Ausmaß hat als in der katholischen Kirche”, sagt Enders.

Die Strukturen spielen den jugendlichen Tätern in die Hände – und die Tabus Missbrauch und Homosexualität im Sport auch.

* Generation Porno?

Hinzu kommen gesellschaftliche Einflüsse, die ebenfalls einen Teil des Phänomens erklären. Entscheidend ist nach Überzeugung einiger Psychologen unter anderem der Pornokonsum der Jugendlichen – und ein entpersonalisiertes Bild von Sex. “Von einer ‘Generation Porno’ zu sprechen, ist sicher übertrieben, aber die Jungen und Mädchen haben heute einen ganz anderen Zugang zu Bildern und Filmen”, so Nowara. “Sie bekommen bestimmte Körper vorgegaukelt und was man alles tun kann oder muss – aber ihnen fehlt noch die emotionale Reife, und sie sind damit total überfordert.”

Das Modellprojekt, das Nowara geleitet hat, belegt, dass der oft ungehinderte Zugang zu Pornografie und sexuellen Darstellungen mehr Täter miteinander verbindet als eigene Missbrauchserfahrungen, Milieu oder Intelligenzquotient: 51 Prozent von ihnen surften ohne Aufsicht auf Sexseiten im Internet oder waren auf die Hardcore-Filme in der Videosammlung der Eltern gestoßen. Es scheint, als sei der Pornokonsum so etwas wie der kleinste gemeinsame Nenner der auffälligen Jugendlichen. Zum Vergleich: In etwa elf Prozent der Fälle waren die minderjährigen Täter zuvor selbst Opfer sexueller Gewalt geworden.

Auch Sozialpädagoge Siewering sieht eine Ursache für die Gewalt in der massiven Konfrontation mit Sex, in dem Menschen zu Objekten degradiert werden – und der mangelnden Reflexion darüber. “Sie konsumieren das alles, verarbeiten es aber nicht, weil in vielen Familien nicht darüber gesprochen wird.”

Zusammen mit anderen Problemen entstehe ein Gefühl von Hilflosigkeit, das in Aggression umschlagen kann: “Manche Jugendliche versuchen, mit der Stärke eines Täters die innere Ohnmacht zu überwinden.” Dann werden diejenigen, die noch hilfloser sind, massiv gemobbt und angegriffen – häufig auch mit dem Einführen von Gegenständen, dem Fisting, gequält. “Das ist eine hochexplosive Mischung, und es besteht die Gefahr, dass sich das Verhaltensmuster verfestigt”, so Siewering.

Es sei besonders wichtig, dass dieses Verhalten nicht einfach geduldet und akzeptiert werde und die Jugendlichen therapeutische Unterstützung bekommen. “Dann ist die Chance, dass die Jugendlichen das Verhalten aufgeben, sehr hoch.”

NEW YORK – Hedge fund mogul Jeffrey Epstein became a free man Wednesday, five years after he was first accused of sexually abusing underage girls. After months of reporting, The Daily Beast’s Conchita Sarnoff reveals exclusive details of the investigation and the legal wrangling that saved him from a long prison term. She reports:

• Palm Beach’s police chief objected to Epstein’s “special treatment” and gave The Daily Beast an exclusive look at his nine-hour deposition about the investigation.

• Earlier versions of the U.S attorney’s charges, including a sealed 53-page indictment, could have landed Epstein in prison for 20 years.

• Victims alleged that Epstein molested underage girls from South America, Europe, and the former Soviet republics, including three 12-year-old girls brought over from France as a birthday gift.

• The victims also alleged trips out of state and abroad on Epstein’s private jets, which would be evidence of sex trafficking—a much more serious federal crime than the state charges Epstein was convicted of.

• Epstein’s attorneys investigated members of the Palm Beach Police Department, while others ordered private investigators to follow and intimidate the victims’ families; one even posed as a police officer.

• Then-Attorney General Alberto Gonzales told The Daily Beast that he “would have instructed the Justice Department to pursue justice without making a political mess.”

Film director Roman Polanski is not the only convicted pedophile to walk free this month and return to a life of privilege. On Wednesday, hedge fund manager Jeffrey Epstein completes his one-year house arrest in Palm Beach, which has been even less arduous than Polanski’s time at a Swiss ski chalet.

During Epstein’s term of “house arrest,” he made several trips each month to his New York home and his private Caribbean island. In the earlier stage of his sentence for soliciting prostitution with a minor—13 months in the Palm Beach Stockade—he was allowed out to his office each day. Meanwhile, Epstein has settled more than a dozen lawsuits brought by the underage girls who were recruited to perform “massages” at his Palm Beach mansion. Seven victims reached a last-minute deal last week, days before a scheduled trial; each received well over $1 million—an amount that will hardly dent Epstein’s $2 billion net worth.

With that, the known victims of Epstein’s sexual compulsion have been officially silenced, and the case against him is closed unless new ones come forward. According to banking sources, he has been moving assets out of the U.S. and may well follow Polanski into a luxurious exile.

But the question remains: Did Epstein’s wealth and social connections—former President Bill Clinton; Prince Andrew; former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak; New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson; and former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers were just a few of the prominent passengers on his private jets—allow him to receive only a slap on the wrist for crimes that carry a mandatory 20-year sentence? Was he able, with his limitless assets and heavy-hitting lawyers—Alan Dershowitz, Gerald Lefcourt, Roy Black, Kenneth Starr, Guy Lewis, and Martin Weinberger among them—to escape equal justice?

Michael Reiter, the former Palm Beach police chief, certainly thinks so. He gave The Daily Beast exclusive access to the transcript of his nine-hour deposition for the victims’ civil suits, in which he explained how the case against Epstein was minimized by the State Attorney’s Office, then bargained down by the U.S. Department of Justice, all in an atmosphere of hardball legal tactics and social pressures so intense that Reiter became estranged from several colleagues. At the time, Reiter, who retired in 2009 and now runs his own security firm, objected both to Epstein’s plea agreement and to the flexible terms of his incarceration in the county jail rather than state prison. Asked during the deposition whether he thought Epstein received special treatment, he answered “yes.”

In March 2005, Reiter’s department, acting on a complaint from the Florida parents of a 14-year-old girl, launched an investigation that would eventually uncover a pattern of predatory behavior stretching back years and spanning several continents, knowingly enabled by Epstein’s associates and employees. Two or three times a day, whenever Epstein was in Palm Beach, a teenage girl would be brought to the mansion on El Brillo Way. (“The younger the better,” he instructed Haley Robson, a local teenager who was paid to bring other girls to the house, and who declared, on a police tape, that she was “like a Heidi Fleiss,” the infamous California madam.) Advised that she would be giving a “massage,” the girl was then pressured to remove her clothes, submit to fondling and a large vibrator, and sometimes lured into more invasive sexual contact. Each girl was paid $200 or more, depending on how far things went, by house manager Alfredo Rodriguez, who was instructed always to have $2,000 cash on hand.

The Palm Beach Police Department identified 17 local girls who had contact with Epstein before the age of consent; the youngest was 14, and many were younger than 16. And that was just at one of Epstein’s many homes around the world—he also owns property in New York, Santa Fe, Paris, London, and the Caribbean. Subsequent investigation by the FBI, reaching as far back as 2001, indentified roughly 40 victims, not counting Nadia Marcinkova, whom Epstein referred to as his “Yugoslavian sex slave” because he had imported her from the Balkans at age 14. Now 24, Marcinkova became a member of the household and is alleged to have participated in the sexual contact with underage girls.

Epstein quickly got wind of the investigation, and progress on the case got messy very quickly. He hired a squad of lawyers and private investigators and dispatched influential friends to pressure the police into backing off. Instead, local detectives pressed on and brought the matter to the attention of the FBI. The detectives asked their federal colleagues whether the fact that some victims appeared to have traveled out of state on Epstein’s planes—plus the use of interstate phone service to arrange assignations—might be violations of the federal 2000 Trafficking Victims Protection Act, which carries a minimum sentence of 20 years. (Florida enacted the federal TVPA in 2002.)

So when State Attorney Barry Krischer, who also ran Florida’s Crimes Against Children Unit, proved reluctant to mount a vigorous prosecution of Epstein, saying the local victims were not credible witnesses, Chief Reiter wrote the attorney a letter complaining of the state’s “highly unusual” conduct and asking him to remove himself from the case. He did not, and the evidence his office presented to a state grand jury produced only a single count of soliciting prostitution. (Krischer has since retired and would not comment for this article.) The day after that indictment was returned, Reiter was relieved to have the FBI step in and take over the investigation.

The details that eventually emerged were often shocking and occasionally bizarre. For Epstein’s birthday one year, according to allegations in a civil suit, he was presented with three 12-year-old girls from France, who were molested then flown back to Europe the next day. These same civil complaints allege that young girls from South America, Europe, and the former Soviet republics, few of whom spoke English, were recruited for Esptein’s sexual pleasure. According to a former bookkeeper, a number of the girls worked for MC2, the modeling agency owned by Jean Luc Brunel, a longtime acquaintance and frequent guest of Epstein’s. Brunel received $1 million from the billionaire around the time he started the agency.

The non-prosecution agreement executed between Epstein and the Department of Justice states that Epstein and four members of his staff were investigated for “knowingly, in affecting interstate and foreign commerce, recruiting enticing and obtaining by any means a person, knowing that person has not yet obtained the age of 18 years and would be caused to engage in commercial sex act”—that is, child sex trafficking. Yet the agreement allowed Epstein to plead guilty to only two lower-level state crimes, soliciting prostitution and soliciting a minor child for prostitution.

Although the police investigation was officially closed, Chief Reiter tried to stay abreast of the federal case against Epstein. He was particularly concerned that Epstein be registered as a sex offender, which was part of the final deal, and that a fund be set up to compensate his victims—which was not, although Epstein agreed to bankroll their civil lawsuits. Attorney Dershowitz says Epstein’s agreement to pay attorney fees for the victims and agree to civil damage claims—without admitting guilt—amounted to “extortion under threat of criminal prosecution.”

But exactly which crimes did the Department of Justice threaten to prosecute? The Daily Beast has learned that there were several earlier versions of the U.S Attorney’s charges, including a 53-page indictment that, had he been convicted, could have landed Epstein in prison for 20 years. Brad Edwards, attorney for seven of the victims, confirms the existence of an earlier draft of the non-prosecution agreement, officially under seal, in which it appears that Epstein “committed, at some point, to a 10-year federal sentence.” But in the end Epstein’s legal team refused that deal and threatened to proceed to trial. And that’s where the question of whether the case was “winnable” before a jury again came into play, according to a source in the U.S Attorney’s Office, which shared the state attorney’s view that the prosecution was far from a slam dunk.

For one, it was clear from the start that Epstein would spare no legal expense and that his team of veteran lawyers, whose cases ranged from O.J. Simpson to the investigation of Clinton’s relationship with an intern, would play rough. When the Palm Beach police started to identify victims, according to Detective Joe Recarey’s report, Dershowitz began sending the detective Facebook and MySpace posts to demonstrate that some of these girls were no angels. Reiter’s deposition also states that he heard from local private investigators that Dershowitz had launched background checks on both the police chief and Det. Recarey. Dershowitz denies all of that. According to Reiter, both he and Recarey also became aware that they were under surveillance for several months, without knowing who ordered it. And the Florida victims began to complain that they and family members were being followed and intimidated by private investigators who were then linked to local attorneys in Epstein’s employ. In one reported instance, the private investigator claimed to be a police officer, and Reiter considered filing witness-tampering charges.

The credibility of the victims was also an issue; they had never complained of their treatment by Epstein until they were contacted by police, and they may have voluntarily returned to the Palm Beach mansion several times. Many of the girls came from disadvantaged backgrounds or broken homes, and they were susceptible to Epstein’s cash, intimidation, and charm. Those who were 16 when they went to El Brillo Way would have been in their 20s by the time they took the stand, and Epstein’s investigators had dredged up every instance of bad behavior in their pasts. According to an exchange in the Reiter deposition, a few of the victims had worked in West Palm Beach at massage parlors known as “jack shacks.” Each new compromising detail was immediately forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office, where staff met frequently with Epstein’s lawyers.

The Florida statutes are clear: Any person older than 24 who engages in sexual contact with someone under the age of 18 commits a felony of the second degree. The victim’s prior sexual conduct is not relevant; ignorance of her age is no defense. She needn’t resist physically to cast doubt on the issue of “consent.” For a child under 16, even lewd behavior short of touching is a felony of the second degree. But convincing a jury that a sexual encounter is a heinous crime is difficult if the victim can be made to appear willing and unharmed, not to mention vulgar and mercenary. It wasn’t hard to imagine some of the victims quickly being discredited in court by Epstein’s crack legal team, who repeatedly noted that the age of consent is lower in many other states.

But that doesn’t quite explain why the Department of Justice would forgo the child-trafficking charges, which pertain regardless of a girl’s attitude or character. Epstein’s final sentence is so out of line with the statutory guidelines for that crime that it appears the department may have been influenced by the existence of his many powerful friends and attorneys. A highly intelligent man who once taught math at the Dalton School in New York without a bachelor’s degree, Epstein has been a serious and respected player in the highest reaches of politics and philanthropy. He has made substantial contributions to political candidates, served on the Council on Foreign Relations, and donated $30 million to Harvard University.

Moreover, many of his high-powered acquaintances availed themselves of Epstein’s private jets, for which the pilot logs, obtained by discovery in the civil suits, sometimes showed that bold-face names were on the same flights as underage girls. A high-profile trial threatened to splash mud over all sorts of big players, just as both Gov. Richardson and Bill Clinton’s wife were running for president. Also, a hedge fund prosecution in which Epstein offered to give evidence was heating up. Alberto Gonzales, who was U.S. attorney general throughout most of the Epstein investigation and resigned just before the non-prosecution agreement was signed, told The Daily Beast that he “would have instructed the Justice Department to pursue justice without making a political mess.” But that may have been an impossible mandate, given the players involved.

Instead, said attorney Brad Edwards, “Epstein committed crimes that should have jailed him for most of his life…he was jailed for only a few months.” And this week he walks through his door a free man.

This article and these observations are going to piss some people off—but oh well. You will be angry with me, even though I am not the one who is ordering more war, paying for more war, torturing people and imprisoning them without due process, destroying the economy and the environment, blah, blah, blah. I have developed an incredibly thick skin and if I rankle, it’s because I think time is running out to halt the disastrous trajectory this planet (via the US Military Corporate Complex) is on. I promise that I am not writing this because I am holding protests and no one is coming—these thoughts have been percolating in me for months now. (Note: Remember that old saying: “What if they gave a war and nobody came?” Well, here in DC I am living the opposite: “What if they gave an antiwar protest and nobody came?”)

My grandbabies and other people’s grandbabies WILL NOT live in a world where war for profit is so normal that state-sanctioned violence is rarely even questioned—and if it is, then the person questioning is the “looney tunes,” the “mama moonbat,” the “radical.” That is one seriously messed-up world. You know it is and we are the only ones who have the key to unmessing it.

Last week, the Democratically controlled House of Representatives voted to give Barack Obama 33 billion more dollars to prosecute two idiotic and ill-advised wars. Of course they did—it wasn’t the first time since 2007 that a Democratic Congress voted to fund wars, and it won’t be the last—do you all know why? BECAUSE THE DEMOCRATS DON’T WANT PEACE—THEY ARE JUST ONE-HALF OF THE “WAR PARTY.”

Why else did the Democrats vote for more war, more death and more destruction? If you are a Democrat and voted for one of these scum—did you vote for them hoping that you would get more war? Did you vote for Obama hoping that he would dig this country into a deeper hole, and do you still believe that fucking things up even more is the way to solve problems?

Do you all know what else? The wars that were begun in the Bush presidency and fully funded and increased during the Obama regime belong to everyone who voted for Obama, too. If you listened to what Obama said, and not just how he said it, then you would have heard him promise you that he was going to SEND MORE TROOPS TO AFGHANISTAN. You would have heard him say that nothing was “off the table” for dealing with Iran.

During the campaign, many colleagues and friends of mine, assured me that Obama was just saying this hostile crap to “get elected” and once he was elected that he would “do the right thing.” Well, first of all, why support such a pandering Jackwagon, and secondly, how has that ever worked? Three days after Obama swore to uphold and defend the Constitution, he drone-bombed a “target” in Pakistan killing 3 dozen civilians—and since that day he has elevated the art of drone bombings to new heights, while the so-called antiwar movement looks on in silent complacency and while Democratic operatives disguised as antiwar groups are hoping against hope that Obama comes out strong with a new antiwar marketing campaign to assure his “re-election.” Even though not one progressive issue has been propagated during his term, these war supporters are looking forward to another four years of the dance of death. Right foot kill—left foot torture—spin around for environmental devastation—allemande left for health care fascism—and shimmy right for bankster bailouts. Wasn’t eight years of this crap during the Bush stain enough for y’all?

Many antiwar groups and people who claim they are for peace lose their minds during election season thinking that the razor-thin difference between the Democrat and Republican is enough to go ape-shit crazy in working for the Democrat. Just take the last two Democratic candidates, for example. Kerry and Obama both supported more war. An “antiwar” movement de-legitimizes itself when it works hard for a candidate who does not promise total and rapid withdrawal of troops from wherever they happen to be at the time AND does not promise to end war as an imperial tool of corporate conquest.

The majority of the so-called antiwar movement, in fact, voted for a candidate that PROMISED to contract one war only to be able to profoundly EXPAND another. Obama all along said that he is not against all war, just “dumb wars.” If there existed an antiwar movement that had integrity—it would have said that “all wars are dumb,” and we withhold our support for just another dyed-in-the-wool warmonger.

What do we do now that we have another two and a half years of a hawk who thinks it is just hunky-dory that his supporters are under the delusion that he is a dove—he was awarded the war-establishment’s highest prize wasn’t he? He is, after all, a Nobel Laureate.

First of all, voting just doesn’t cut it. Realistically, our choices are between War Party Candidate A and War Party Candidate B. A true peace candidate is marginalized, metaphorically spat upon, and reviled. This is not a nation that honors peace and non-violence. From the top down, we are a violent nation—so from the bottom up, we have to restructure society. Liberate yourself and remove your Obama bumper sticker that has a peace sign instead of the “O.” If you are antiwar, you know in your heart that he is not a peace monger.

Secondly, our resources and energy are stretched thin. We live in a credit based economy where good jobs are scarce. Many people, who have the same values, in this almost value-free society, constantly tell me that they would be with me if they could afford it.

Since my son was killed, which was as violent of a paradigm shift as anyone should have to endure, I have whittled my life down to a bare minimum. I have no car. I have no pets. I have no plants. I have no credit cards. My income is based on my donations from my itinerant peace travels and book sales. I have moved eight times since Casey died and now I can move with one small u-haul. I have a cell phone and computer, a bed, clothes, a few dishes, a few valued books and peace paraphernalia and pictures of my children and grandbabies.

As HD Thoreau said: “You don’t own your possessions, they own you.” This consumer orgiastic society makes us literal slaves to a system that is detrimental to our health. Freeing oneself from those chains frees one to be a full-time, or near full-time activist. “Simplify, simplify, simplify.”

Massive antiwar protest in this country is dead. We may as well acknowledge that and just bury the corpse, mourn, and then figure out a better way of doing things.

In the Christian tradition, death was only a prelude to new and better life and farmers well tell you that a seed has to die before a health-nourishing plant can be born and then there’s the ever ubiquitous example of the ugly, hairy, and yucky caterpillar being reborn as a magnificent and beautiful butterfly. Have I hammered you with enough clichés yet?

The key to turning this caterpillar of a country into a beautiful butterfly is in Peace and recognizing that no matter if one is Bush, Obama, McCain or Palin—these people don’t want Peace, but we do.

I think we lose the raw humanity of war when we allow ourselves to wallow in War Party politics. When the Democratic Wing of the War Party took over the mis-management of the Empire, the anti-war movement was effectively neutralized even though the wars weren’t.

So after we are done mourning, we get together as one human family to organize something that will bring positive change. We are not enemies with each other—we may be “enemies of the state,” but the state is our enemy.

No more marching in circles, it makes us dizzy.

No more signing petitions, it gives us writer’s cramp.

No more calling Congress-scum, the war machine is its master.

The establishment wants us to think that this busy-work has a chance to be effective—but when is the last time any of these tactics worked on a Federal level? Your president or your congress rep couldn’t care less want you think or want. Your vote doesn’t even count—in case you haven’t heard, they steal votes and falsely manipulate you, anyway.

I am going to close with my organization’s motivational quote. Peace of the ACTION takes our inspiration from a Mario Savio quote that he said on the steps of Sproul Hall at UC Berkeley, 46 years ago:

“There comes a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart that you can’t take part, you can’t even passively take part. You have to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the levers, upon all the apparatus and you’ve got to make it stop. And you’ve got to indicate to the people who own it, to the people who run it, that unless you’re free, the machine will be prevented from working at all.”
