Spread the love

…..Spiritual reading for May 3

As you make your way today, try to allow those things that often get shunted to the side to be present in your consciousness. Of necessity, you sort and order in importance the input you receive in each moment. This makes it possible to do many of the things—dangerous and otherwise—you engage in each day. While you are driving it is more important to attend to the road and the other drivers than it is to allow your heart to go out to a flock of geese passing overhead. If you did not possess this impulse to prioritize you wouldn’t be around for long.

But what happens is that the hierarchy of experience you allow becomes concretized and rigid. Many things that beg for your awareness are marginalized because they do not serve (or perhaps undermine) purpose that relates solely to navigating life on your plane of existence. Oh yes, once in a while you will notice the unspeakable joy of a full breath, of your body being utterly sated for a few seconds.

Once in a while you feel the breeze on your face and rejoice. Maybe more some days than others. We are not suggesting that you throw away the priorities that help you survive and thrive. Instead we are encouraging you to dispense with the habits of priority that rule your life and keep it smaller, within boundaries that rob you of the greater experience of the gift of life in form.

There are multiple moments where you are utterly free to choose that which you take in, that which you let yourself know. Habit keeps
you on the straight and narrow. No, I don’t have time for that. That won’t get me anywhere. That isn’t particularly safe. It is the habit which constricts and confines. There are times when focus and caution are called for, but many more times when they not only fail to keep you safe, they keep you from life itself.

The natural world abounds in gifts of grace and love that are routinely rejected. This is true too, of your interactions with other people. So often, so many of you—again of some necessity—focus on your goal and have no time or space for the serendipitous offerings of others.

Today, we urge you to live larger by giving yourself permission to be aware of the many small and non-purposeful sights, sounds, events and feelings in your life. Do not analyze. Do not organize. And do your best to release expectation. Just go for how it feels. Let yourself be pulled into the moment and what it has to offer you and tell your mind to take a nap. When you can afford it. And believe us, most of you can afford to put your mind to rest a lot more frequently than you might think!

Your planet is a candy store, overflowing with sweetness and delight. Why stride through it only to exit at the back door as quickly as you can? Take some time to taste and savor the abundance, relish each moment and permit yourself to be surprised and amazed.

With great love, we wish an extraordinary journey.

…..Zelensky wanted Tucker out; his pro-white remark

Clayton Morris, an ex-FOX host and paleo-conservative, said on his Redacted platform that Zelensky met in Washington DC with Rupert Murdoch and complained that Carlson was sapping US support for his war against Russia

Carlson’s (very weak) pro-white remark that was criminalized:

A text message sent by Tucker Carlson that set off a panic at the highest levels of Fox on the eve of its billion-dollar defamation trial showed its most popular host sharing his private, inflammatory views about violence and race.

The discovery of the message contributed to a chain of events that ultimately led to Mr. Carlson’s firing.

In the message, sent to one of his producers in the hours after violent Trump supporters stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Mr. Carlson described how he had recently watched a video of a group of men — Trump supporters, he said — violently attacking “an Antifa kid.”

It was “three against one, at least,” he wrote.

And then he expressed a sense of dismay that the attackers, like him, were white.

“It’s not how white men fight,” he said. But he said he found himself for a moment wanting the group to kill the person he had described as the Antifa kid.

Tucker Carlson’s Text to a Producer

EXHIBIT 276

Tucker Carlson January 7, 2021 — 04:18:04 PM UTC

A couple of weeks ago, I was watching video of people fighting on the street in Washington. A group of Trump guys surrounded an Antifa kid and started pounding the living shit out of him. It was three against one, at least. Jumping a guy like that is dishonorable obviously. It’s not how white men fight.

Yet suddenly I found myself rooting for the mob against the man, hoping they’d hit him harder, kill him. I really wanted them to hurt the kid. I could taste it. Then somewhere deep in my brain, an alarm went off: this isn’t good for me. I’m becoming something I don’t want to be. The Antifa creep is a human being. Much as I despise what he says and does, much as I’m sure I’d hate him personally if I knew him, I shouldn’t gloat over his suffering. I should be bothered by it. I should remember that somewhere somebody probably loves this kid, and would be crushed if he was killed. If I don’t care about those things, if I reduce people to their politics, how am I better than he is?

For years, Mr. Carlson espoused views on his show that amplified the ideology of white nationalism. But the text message revealed more about his views on racial superiority.

The text alarmed the Fox board, which saw the message a day before Fox was set to defend itself against Dominion Voting Systems before a jury. The board grew concerned that the message could become public at trial when Mr. Carlson was on the stand, creating a sensational and damaging moment that would raise broader questions about the company.

The day after the discovery, the board told Fox executives it was bringing in an outside law firm to conduct an investigation into Mr. Carlson’s conduct.

The text message added to a growing number of internal issues involving Mr. Carlson that led the company’s leadership to conclude he was more of a problem than an asset and had to go, according to several people with knowledge of the decision. In other messages he had referred to women — including a senior Fox executive — in crude and misogynistic terms. The message about the fight also played a role in the company’s decision to settle with Dominion for $787.5 million, the highest known payout in a defamation case.

A representative for Mr. Carlson said he had no comment.

The text is part of redacted court filings and its contents were previously unreported. The contents of the text were disclosed in interviews with several people close to the defamation lawsuit against Fox. The people spoke on the condition of anonymity because they did not want to be identified discussing a message that is protected by a court order. In public filings, it remains hidden behind a block of black text.

Mr. Carlson’s messages were collected as part of the defamation lawsuit filed against Fox by Dominion, which accused the network of knowingly airing falsehoods about election fraud. Many of the messages shared in the case, including those among Fox executives and hosts, were released publicly. But others, like the one between Mr. Carlson and one of his producers in the hours after Jan. 6, 2021, remain redacted.

In that text, Mr. Carlson described his own emotions as he watched the video of the violent clash, which he said took place on the streets of Washington. Mr. Carlson did not describe the race of the man being attacked.

He attacked Black social justice activists and portrayed immigrants from Central America as a blight on the nation. He said in 2018 that immigrants make the country “dirtier.”

In the aftermath of a mass shooting in El Paso at the hands of a gunman who cited white supremacist beliefs in his manifesto, Mr. Carlson declared on his show that white supremacy was “not a real problem,” likening it to a conspiracy theory.

On Monday, The New York Times and other news organizations urged the judge overseeing the Dominion case to release some of the messages that were redacted.

……Iranian-Christian offers Tucker $100 mio

Tucker Carlson Gets $100 Million Offer From Patrick Bet-David

May 2, 2023Updated: May 2, 2023

Patrick Bet-David, CEO of online content company Valuetainment, offered former Fox News host Tucker Carlson a $100 million deal over five years, plus a board seat at the company, in a high-profile courting attempt on Tuesday.

“Dear Tucker, I’ll get right to the point. We want you to partner with us in what we feel is a noble and necessary effort to define the future of media,” David, who also hosts the Valuetainment brand’s podcast, wrote in the opening of the letter of intent posted on Twitter on May 2.

The letter outlines David’s offer to Tucker: $100 million over five years, an equity stake in Valuetainment, a position as the President of Valuetainment, a board seat, and other content Tucker may be interested in covering.

“What else? We are all ears,” David wrote. “Our convictions about freedom, liberty, and truth run deep and we believe we are the absolute right fit for you and America.”

With a motto of “to enlighten, entertain and empower,” Valuetainment currently publishes its content, including podcasts and interviews, on YouTube and other social media platforms. Its YouTube channel has over 4 million subscribers, and its social media platforms, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, have a following of over 10 million. The brand’s podcast, PBD Podcast, ranks 12th on Spotify in the platform’s business category as of writing.

The brand’s podcast has hosted prominent figures in various fields, including the late basketball superstar Kobe Bryant, clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson, current presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., legal scholar Alan Dershowitz, celebrity scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson, and investor Robert Kiyosaki. The company’s most-watched YouTube video, featuring an interview with a mafia boss, has over 18 million views.

Valuetainment’s Tuesday offer joins a number of media companies—as the first public one—that are reportedly considering or have extended invites to Carlson to join their roster after the top-rated TV personality parted ways with his former employer last Monday.

In an interview with talk show host Megyn Kelly on Tuesday, David, a refugee who fled from Iran to America at the age of 12, said Tucker should work with him because he has “the vision in place, the cause in place, and is a true believer on how great of a country America is that is worth fighting for.”

David also said that he sees Tucker as someone who truly believes in a cause.

“You know what’s the best indicator to find out who was all about money and who was all about a true vision and a cause? The moment people make money—watch how they react,” he told Kelly. “When people make money, most people slow down—it was all about money. But when you make money and accolades, and when you get stopped in the streets, at the airport—everywhere you go … and you still get up in the morning with the same fire in your belly to go out there to do the fight—it was never about money for you.”

“There are very few people left in America left at that level who have made the money that’s about a true cause—I think Tucker’s one of them.”

Valuetainment’s main website posted the offer on its home page on Tuesday.
