……Thug’s excuse not to repay Margi as she struggles with worsening cancer
What unadulterated bullshit. Too sick to do some f—–g paperwork ……when Margi and I both told him repeatedly and months ago she had cancer and needed the loan repaid.
I guess picking up a sheet of paper — a loan application — and a 75-pound pen, and lifting up a 35-kilo postage stamp and putting it on an equally heavy 40-pound envelope to write the bank are just too burdensome.
Also, how the hell was F. going to get paid for his mythical [] “consulting job” when he claims he was so sick for the last two years he could not even fill out some paperwork?
The man has hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity on his house and yet refused to apply for a reverse mortgage.
The entire loan was based on false pretenses, deception, and malicious contempt for the innocent and idealistic lender.

HI Margaret,
With all the medical issues with T and myself this past 2 years, I had not been able to follow up on a mortgage rewrite. I hope to do that later this year. my recovery has been slow from my hospitalization. My wife caught it c-Diff from me and is also recovering. It takes a long time and I am still very weak. I will do something as soon as I am able and understand your needs. as well. Thank you again,
F

Hi F,
I hope you’re continuing to feel better.
I asked K to call you to get a better idea of your situation, so you’ll probably hear from him today. Of course you can feel free to call me if you like [numbers].
.
I’m getting the sense that the mortgage buy-back did not go as planned. . . It’s too bad if you can’t borrow against the house, because if you could you could probably get enough to help you and your wife, as well as repay me.
