And apparently the Swiss don’t think so either, defending their decision to keep their winter downhill ski resorts open to 100% capacity through the New Year!

“How can going out on a Saturday morning to the grocery shop be less dangerous than spending five minutes in a gondola and then being out on the wide-open ski slopes all day?” commented small Swiss hotelier Johan Granvik, who has taken on more than 30 staff for his hotel and restaurant business for the winter season since his government decided to do right by the Swiss people.

“Closing the slopes to halt coronavirus makes no sense whatsoever”, he added.

In fact, I recently travelled through Germany and Austria, spending four hours in a train that was PACKED to maximum capacity.

It was so packed that I had to move on several occasions just so my family could have enough space near us to keep our bags close by.

I would say for about 150 km (90 miles) of the journey, the train was full to about 70% capacity!

If one allows train travel, kids to attend schools (they do come home to their adult parents, after all), grocery and mobile-phone stores and malls to remain open – why can’t ski resorts, which also employ thousands and bring joy to vast swathes of the population in these same regions, be allowed to also remain open?

If liquor and pot shops can – both hocking substances that may harm health or energy – then ski resorts, providing joy and healthy activity to the masses, surely can as well.

If fast-food outfits and food-delivery services can still remain operational – when the “China Affliction” is undoubtedly transmitted orally – then why can’t massive, bloody mountains covered in snow where people can easily avoid contact with one another if they so choose be afforded that same luxury?

Especially, considering how harmful their closure has been to the Alpine region.

Mr Granvik told various Swiss, as well as international publications covering the Swiss government’s decision, that the “uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic has meant bankruptcy for him and extreme emotional as well as financial harm for his family.” Not to mention “the harm it was doing to his employees.”

His small hotel, “Zum Schwarzen Bären” (“At the sign of the black bear”), which caters to middle-class skiers travelling in from other areas of that alpine nation, as well as international travelers arriving from Britain, Germany, and southern Europe, entirely relies on a successful winter sports season. Without it, his business perishes.

Two of Granvik’s restaurants, the Wachthuus and the Rüti Hütte – seasonal establishments that employ scores of working class people – taking his family decades to build, are also on the edge of the slopes.

If the lifts do not open and the pistes remain closed, so do they and his entire businesss.

The same holds true for similar businesses that proliferate across the Alps during winter – in nations like Austria, France, Germany and Italy – where state governments have demanded that ski resorts stay closed for at least another month due to “fears that an influx of people will spread the virus to local communities and back to theirs.”

As a result, the winter tourism industry, that is the driving force behind much of the the Alpine region, is being forced to shut down over its busiest period.

And the Swis,s who believe that this is the wrong path to take, are now looking to capitalize on their neighbours’ folly. Good on ’em!

As expected though, Switzerland’s recalcitrance has drawn the ire of her “obedient” neighbours.

Both the Italian and French Prime Ministers were in such a state they felt compelled to phone the President of Switzerland’s governing Federal Council “to demand the country fall into line”, officials in Bern told the international Press.

But Switzerland has not budged. In fact they’ve upped the ante, all but waging war on their globalist neighbours!

Switzerland’s Parliament, known as “The Federal Assembly,” just this past week responded to criticism by the French and Italians – not by complying with their globalist neighbors’ demands – but by telling them to stuff it!
The government decided to condemn ANY limiting measures calling for resort pistes to reduce capacity – a strategy some experts believe Switzerland would have employed, if their larger, more powerful and more vociferous neighbors had kept their mouths shut on the matter and shown some respect.

Although the Assembly has asked that resorts reduce the number of people allowed “into enclosed cabins, gondolas and train compartments” in resorts to two-thirds of their capacity, that’s as far as they’ll go until they re-evaluate the situation after the New Year. There will, in fact, be no restrictions on the number of people using ski slopes.

Before I conclude part one of our coverage of the Chinese Affliction, I wanted to talk a little bit about the notion we are in fact even dealing with a virus and question whether the sacrifices we are being forced to make are even remotely justified.

Although I take precautions and certainly try my utmost to avoid contact with any sort of illness, to think people are literally being told they can no longer earn a living, that they have to dismantle their businesses and that they can’t even visit their families (when the elite have made no such adjustments) is utter madness in the opinion of johndenugent.com.

In fact, government workers employed by our already-bloated governments have repeatedly lobbied and ultimately invariably voted to give themselves pay increases, while the rest of us have languished under the Chinese affliction and pretty much been left to rot. Remember, teachers who rarely quit complaining about their salaries in the best of times are paid in full even during periods when schools are cancelled!

Personally, I do not know anyone infected by the Chinese Affliction, nor have I heard of anyone I know that knows anyone infected. The people I know who work in healthcare have told me they are about as fearful of contracting it as they are a bad flu.

Sure, the disease infecting people has a higher mortality rate than flu, but in people under the age of 45 mortality rates are really no different. Hundreds of thousands of people die of the flu annually across wealthy nations and we don’t destroy the global economy, ruin lives and act as heavy-handedly as we do to control flu. Cancer, AIDS, booze, cigarettes, driving and suicide wipe out far greater numbers of people than Corona. I don’t see cigarettes being banned, alcohol being seized or people with mental health issues being summarily locked up to protect them from themselves!

The Big Question then should be, what is really going on? Is COVID real? Is it even a virus?

There is a vaccine for tetanus, which is a bacterial infection, not viral. They are working on a vaccine for heart disease which can be caused by overeating! There are even several vaccines for stupidity. Johndenugent.com, Laura Ingraham and Unz.com are all vaccines in my book as well. 😉

Fact is, for the past six months we have endured an unprecedented loss of liberty…. freedoms that have been stolen from us by the State to protect us from a virus no one really can definitively identify.

Let’s look at COVID-19’s history for a little clarity that we are, in fact, being conned.

First they referred to it as the coronavirus. To those of us with a background in virology this was a tad bit odd, as there are already loads of “coronaviruses” that impact humans, other mammals, and even birds.

So they changed the name, referring to it as the “novel” coronavirus (“novel” coming from the Latin novus, meaning “new”) , as it was “new”) so we wouldn’t confuse it with the others that have been around and identified for 35 years now ;).

But that was always going to create issues, as what would we call the next one? There are always going to be mutations, and if by some stroke of luck the coronavirus vanished once the weather got hot (Australia still has VERY few cases due to the fact the infection hit the Pacific during their summer), they’d need another. Trust me, there will always be another.

After calling it the novel coronavirus, the WHO decided to alter the bug’s name yet again. From January 2020, they began calling it ” Coronavirus 2019″ and “2019-nCoV”. President Trump then chimed in, calling it the “Chinese Coronavirus,” so of course “Corona” had to go!! (except for the beer…)

Then there was “SARS-CoV-2” and a few other manipulations and corruptions, motivated by politics more than anything else. Just as Columbus Day can be changed to Juneteenth Day, the power-driven ideologues and authoritarians at the WHO can change names and meaning to suit their agenda.

Then, in February, the Chinese and African-run WHO changed the infection’s name to “2019 COVID disease,” demonstrating that there was never one specific, identifiable virus. Otherwise, why would they intentionally omit the word “virus” from the name?

They did so as they know full well that diseases aren’t always from viruses. That was never going to work, though, as people weren’t going to “comply” unless they faced death from an identifiable “virus”, so the WHO changed it to COVID-19 virus and it’s now stuck.

But the WHO was right. Chinese Affliction, as I like to call it, is simply a disease. Why do I say that? Because there’s no proof that COVID is any kind of virus whatsoever.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of people who have been deathly ill this year who been told they have COVID who haven’t had it, and millions more who have been asymptomatic and as healthy as a horse who have no idea they “have it”!

Why are there so many false positives? Because they aren’t testing fror anything specific, merely looking for symptoms, then testing for “markers” that show your body is fighting a SARS-like illness.

Knowing what we now know, why aren’t other nations following Switzerland’s lead?

My guess is that it will be mandatory for these people immediately:

When the fear factor has been raised to extreme paranoia by the media, there will likely be a public demand that everyone get vaxxed. That is when the National Guard will likely be arriving in their trucks to round up, or to force vaccinate, resisters. Trump has yet to prove he is allowed to be in control of any national emergency, even in a second term.
About Switzerland puting its people before the COVID lunacy … I believe Switzerland is a jewish state and some readers may not have thought about this.
