The theory Trump WANTED the vote fraud to invoke the Insurrection Act and mass-arrest the entire Deep State

What do we know about the development after the election fraud in the USA; what can we assume from the events we  see? Here is a compilation of the few facts that have become visible that lead to the following situation analysis.

The fact is, Trump is  invoking “foreign interference provisions” in his 2018 directive requiring a military response to cyberwarfare, as set out in NSPM 13 (below).

So let’s ask ourselves the following question: What was the purpose of President Donald Trump’s December 2nd speech, out of the blue, on electoral fraud and election rigging – and that from the White House?

Many believe that Trump was primarily trying to communicate with the people in the country. That played an important role, but not the decisive one. This speech was really about Trump communicating with Chris Miller, his new Acting Secretary of Defense, about foreign interference in the US elections, and at the same time laying out the most important steps to restore national security.

The case of the “National Security Option” came about due to the 2020 electoral fraud. The defense of the United States against an attempted cyber war coup can thus be justified militarily.

It has to do with the details from the new security law  “10 USC, Section 394, A, Part 1, Chapter 19” , which states that the  “authority for military cyber operations”  must be invoked and then act in such a case. The memoranda of the National Security President (NSPM) No. 13 dealing with  “offensive cyber operations”  must therefore be followed.

What were the sentences in Trump’s video message in which he referred to the legal framework – and national security laws – necessary for his Actiong Secretary of Defense, Chris Miller, to activate all military processes necessary to achieve the elimination of enemies of the people and active traitors? ?

Chris Miller, the Acting Secretary of Defense. Miller was an elite soldier himself. He belonged to the famous “Horse Soldiers” (horse soldiers, right picture), who conquered the area without military equipment, only on horseback, with handguns and in direct combat at the beginning of the Afghanistan war. Today it is these elite units of the US Army who are ready to fight for Trump against the globalists – also against their own Pentagon leadership. And Miller, who is still highly revered in the Trump administration today, leads them.

The deciphering of President Trump’s December 2nd speech

So let’s turn to the crucial passages of Trump’s December 2, 2020 speech (see video above). If you don’t know what to look out for, it’s easy to miss the crucial sentences. About 95% of the talk was filler material. Only 5% are really important in connection with the military solution that is likely to be sought .

Most importantly, Trump stated in his speech that he had taken an oath to protect the United States Constitution, which was now endangered by the “siege” from without.

Trump said:  “As President, I have no greater duty than to defend the laws and constitution of the United States. Therefore I am determined to protect our electoral system, which is now being attacked and besieged in a coordinated manner. “

He then stated that this election was criminally  “manipulated by fraud,”  and that it was therefore time to reverse the election results, to correct:  “Millions of votes were cast in the swing states illegally, and if that is the case, the results of the individual swing states must be canceled and overturned immediately. “

Biden and Xi toast Biden’s betrayal of America. Son Hunter Biden made countless millions from China. It is believed that China invested billions in Biden through his son. This corrupt, criminal, old man also promised China that he would implement the “Great Reset” at unprecedented speed.

Then President Trump explains that China has been part of this globalist plan of attack from the start by developing and circulating the Coronavirus from Beijing.

Under the “pandemic” pretext that followed, the Democrats justified their postal ballot campaign with which they would have stolen the election. The President based this statement specifically on the  “National Security Elements of the US Defense Protocols” when he stated:  “The Democrats falsified this election from the start. They used the pandemic as an excuse to send tens of millions of postal ballots out, which ultimately led to a large part of the scam, and no one is happier about it than China right now. “

Trump then calls for a  “full forensic examination,” which apparently can only take place under military authority, as the officials of the local elections are corrupt, fraudulent criminals.

Trump’s words added:  “The dramatic erosion of the integrity of our elections was a top priority for the Democrats for one simple reason: They wanted to steal the 2020 presidential election. All of the Democrats’ efforts to expand postal voting laid the foundation for the systematic and ubiquitous electoral fraud that erupted in that election. “

Then, from about the 30th minute of his speech on, Trump invokes legal formulations that clearly refer to his Executive Order 13848 of September 12, 2018. This decree defines the countermeasures against foreign interference in US elections and classifies them as a casus belli [cause for war].

This is what Trump says:

“The only conceivable reason one would block measures of common sense to check legal eligibility to vote is to try to promote, facilitate, encourage or commit fraud. It is important for Americans to understand that these destructive changes to our electoral laws were not a necessary response to the pandemic. The pandemic just gave the Democrats an excuse to do what they have been trying to do for many, many years. “

Let’s let this statement melt in your mouth, namely this part where he says: 

“… that one tries to promote, enable, promote and operate fraud.”

Where have we heard or read something very similar to this statement? Yes, in the  Executive Order dated September 12, 2018, which describes when someone will have all their property confiscated by the United States government in connection with a war conspiracy against the United States. Please note that this also applies to the large companies, to any type of organization, NGO, etc. This is almost identical in section 2, a (I) and 2, a (II) in Decree 13848 of 2018.

Thus, Trump clearly referred to this decree in his speech, sending a clear signal to Chris Miller, his defense minister. But also to many other corporations, with the indication that the Democrats, the treason media and the big tech giants participated in this election fraud, thus in the war against the USA. He was telling them that they were guilty because the decree says:  “… who has concealed, advocated and supported foreign interference in US elections …”

Treason, rendition flights and military courts?

Secret rendition flights, without labels, without identifiers. Are they already taking place? The NJ is still reluctant to say yes.

How will such acts of treason against the United States be punished? It is a crime under current US law to rig elections. According to military law in wartime, it is treason. And under the  2018 Executive Order , the assets of every company, person, involved in those acts, in such treason, will be confiscated by the U.S. Treasury Department.

Again, Act  10 USC, Section 394, Section A, Part 1, Chapter 19  describes the role of conventional forces in dealing with cyber warfare (election theft). The resulting authority and authority will be transferred specifically to the Secretary of Defense, who is now Chris Miller.

The law defines his task as follows:  “The Secretary of Defense develops, prepares and coordinates. He is preparing all armed forces for these purposes, and, when appropriate, military cyber activities or operations in cyberspace as well. Also, clandestine military activities or operations to defend the United States and its allies, including responses to malicious cyber activities carried out against the United States … “

We also know that the US Military Code expressly requires that these defense operations be carried out in secret, which is why the so-called “rendition flights” that are spoken of are not yet publicly known:  “… a military activity or military operation taking place in cyberspace or related preparatory actions approved by the President or the Secretary and which (A) will be classified, recorded, or carried out when the intent is that the activity or operation is not obvious or publicly recognized. ”

In plain language, this means that  Twitter ,  Facebook , CNN, the  Washington Post ,  Google , MSNBC, etc. can now be fully seized, closed or taken over by the Trump administration, as they are all involved in acts defined as acts of war against the United States as it is defined in the Executive Order  of 2018, from which Trump quoted in his speech – without explicitly referring to it.

Trump’s attorneys and DoD members ( Department of Defense), the “white hat” (cyper defense) teams are expected to bring the evidence of the attack on the United States to the Supreme Court. This could be done through Sidney Powell once one of her cases has reached the highest level of the judicial system.

CIA director Gina Haspel allegedly confessed to running Dominion’s election fraud  servers in Frankfurt. There is no official mainstream about it, except that it is denied. However, this version is represented by the ”Conservative Voice” , an otherwise very reliable information portal. However, it is noticeable that Haspel has not been on public display for some time.

Dominion executives like Eric Coomer have publicly advertised how easily and effectively elections can be turned, stolen and falsified with this system. (Source)

After all, the official portal for military and intelligence news, Federal News Network, reports that Deputy Chief of Military Intelligence (CIO), Peter Ranks, has moved from the military to the CIA. (Source)

Ranks military successor DoD CIO, Dana Deasy, describes Ranks’ accomplishments: “Under his leadership, we have made great strides in implementing the DoD cloud strategy and developing the software modernization approach, while also maintaining the overall DoD workforce supported with remote work functions during the pandemic. “

Ranks is a Trump man, which can only mean that he will replace CIA boss Gina Haspel if she is still there. She has not appeared in public for a long time, as already mentioned. That would mean that Trump has also activated the CIA for the last great fight to destroy world Satanism.

Gina Haspel, CIA chief in the service of the globalists, has been replaced by Trump man Peter Ranks, a military intelligence officer.

The results of the collective analysis of election fraud come from the “White Hats”, the cyber defense which, according to Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and others, has intercepted all real-time election fraud.

All of this evidence exists. Trump has everything available to invoke the InsurrectionAct. His December 2 speech de facto sets out the official measures that can now be taken by Defense Department and Treasury officials, subordinate to U.S. intelligence, to justify further arrests, rendition flights, and martial law activities:

The United States of America must be defended against foreign enemies who have started a cyber war against the US, according to the martial law cited above.

10 USC 394: Military Cyber ​​Operations Authorities

Trump announced “cyber offensive operations” just a week after signing  Executive Order 13848 on September 12, 2018. The effects of these operations by the Trump administration just eight days after the Executive Order was signed, against foreign enemies, were defined by the Washington Post on 09/20/2018 as follows:  “The strategy includes a new classified presidential policy that replaces one from the Obama administration . It enables the military and other agencies to conduct cyber operations to protect their systems and the nation’s critical networks. ”

What is an  “offensive cyber operation” ? The “Octopus” operation, of course. The 305th Battalion of Military Intelligence. That is why President Trump had just eight days earlier, when he signed his  Executive Order, called  the election  infrastructure “critical infrastructure”  .

Now the puzzle pieces make sense; the circle comes full. The election theft was a cyber war against  “critical US infrastructures” . To defend against this, all kinds of national security measures are permitted, such as the use of special units of the US Army, such as penetrating the CIA server farm in Frankfurt, as reported by the alternative media. After all, this message was also fromWVW-TV – and also with us from the business news – picked up. These reports are more likely to be true than untrue when compared to the bigger picture of the situation.

Also in 2018, President Trump approved the  National Security Presidential Memorandum  (NSPM) No. 13, which deals with  “offensive cyber operations” . Here is a list of all normal NSPM’s . It should be noted that the lists of the defined  “military offensive cyber operations” are  secret and not publicly accessible.

In fact, the Trump administration struggled to keep this document hidden from Congress as Congress in 2018 was led by Pelosi and other active traitors who just pulled off the 2018 cyberattack on U.S. electoral infrastructure (Congressional elections) and dozens of Congressional Had stolen seats to get a majority there. This had become necessary so that Adam Schiff [JdN: a jew] could initiate his impeachment proceedings against Trump.

Trump was able to prevent Congress from reading NSPM # 13 for 17 months  , as the “Fifth Domain” reported on March 13, 2020, which stated:  “On a bipartisan basis, some of us sent a letter to the Trump administration in to which they demanded that at least some executives in the armed forces committees be informed of the rules of engagement for certain cyber contingencies. The Obama people gave us this information, the Trump people changed it, but then they didn’t want to show it to us, ” said Rep. Mac Thornberry, R-Texas, at the time.

All of this suggests that Trump was planning the election campaign / cyberwar trap back in 2018. The cyber warfare response protocols were deliberately kept away from Congress for as long as possible as plans were being drawn up on how to catch the Democrats stealing elections. You should apparently fall into the election theft trap in the 2020 presidential election.

So it may well be, it is even obvious that the patriots have been planning this final battle since 2018. If the globalists, the enemies of humanity, the Satanists are convicted of this most violent of all crimes, they will be over.

In fact, the framework has been in place since 2018 to deploy the appropriate national security resources once the Democrats took the bait and attempted to stealthe 2020 election.

As already mentioned, it cannot be verified to what extent guilty persons are already being transported to Guantanamo. However, it is undisputed that the situation is getting worse. In the German press the US election subject has become surprisingly quiet, with no more daily reports that Biden is taking over. How are they supposed to explain that Trump apparently has the power to lock Biden out of the White House. But no, Trump will not let election fraudster Biden into the White House. And no one in the Pentagon leadership apparently dares to remove Trump from the White House, as loudly announced earlier.

Again, it is very obvious that the election fraudsters fell straight into the trap set for them with their coup. In the case of “national security”, because in such a case civil prosecution is transferred to the military courts.

This aspect cannot be valued highly enough. In this way, Trump achieves an accompanying maneuver so that corrupt judges do not have to be brought before traditional courts, but rather before military courts.

Patriots are currently being called across the country to stand ready for the final battle because the president still needs a million fighters to secure the capital. Literally it says in the calls:  “Be ready for further instructions from your Commander-in-Chief.”

President Trump will try to get a ruling confirming the election fraud from the Supreme Court. That would be the most sympathetic solution. Not because the Deep State would adhere to it, but because such a legal situation would justify an intervention and the suspension of civil order by the Trump military.

But even if the chief justices should cover the criminals and their attack on America, military intervention is more likely than not. Then the chief judges could also be arrested.

That determination can be inferred from Trump’s words in his December 2, 2020 speech (video above) when he said,  “If we don’t root out the fraud, the huge and horrific fraud that took place in our 2020 elections, then we have no more land. If we’re right about the fraud, Joe Biden can’t be president. ”

Since Trump has already had the fraud established beyond doubt by his forensic experts and specialists, he will hardly be able to follow a rhetorical, unfounded cover for the crime by the chief judge. Then his sentence comes into play: “Joe Biden cannot become president.”  The consequences can only be military in nature.

Trump’s victory would be life-saving for us in the truest sense of the word. If the globalists win, we will perish cruelly and withered away. Joe Biden made Merkel promise that he wants to carry out the “Great Reset”, the “new beginning of the world” within months. The Great Reset is supposed to put an  end to all the vaccinations, impoverishment and the annihilation of the human species on earth that has grown over the centuries  .

John Kerry, Biden’s “Climate Ambassador”, promises to accomplish the “Great Reset” in the shortest possible time and with greater intensity, “faster than most could imagine,” he said.

John Kerry, the best-known globalist, Secretary of State in the Obama administration, admitted as Biden’s mouthpiece that the “new administration” would “create a radical” Great Reset “movement. 

The Hill : “The plans include the establishment of unelected governments, expansive social programs like the ‘Green Deal’.
