V is an unusual woman I met at the local bar and grill. She lives in a small town 18 miles from here.

She goes and helps the dying in their final weeks before passing over. Nobody pays her. It is just her chosen calling in life.

She told me “every person I helped told me that loved ones had come and told them on what day they would come again to take them.”

One was her own father, a WWII veteran.

“Do you see your [late] mother?”

“No, dad, I don’t.”

“She is here to take me.”

And he closed his eyes and went to the other world.

So be right with the Lord.
