What was overlooked was that the first successful patent for a radar (although it was not called that…the inventor used the term “telemobilskop”) was issued in 1904 to an Austro-German named Christian Huelsmeyer, who, along with Wilhelm Braun, the inventor of the oscilloscope, worked alongside Gustav Hertz in his laboratory. In flat contradiction to postwar allied war mythology, the Germans led the entire world by parsecs in radar development until about 1940 when, believing that the war would soon draw to a close after the fall of France, Germany ceased any further development of radar technology…even with all that, in 1938, the Reich produced a radar that was superior in every aspect to anything the Allies had until 1943….according to the Encyclopedia Britannica.
But what is perhaps of far greater significance is the number of rumors from all points of the compass that persist to this very day the purport of which is that German scientists had perfected anti-gravitational craft……Haunebu…Vril…and had somehow spirited their technology to an immense base in Antarctica as it became apparent that the Allies were closing in.
How much truth there is to this I don’t profess to know…but what I can say and will swear to it in an affidavit, is that anyone can go to the U.S. patent library in either Sacramento or Sunnyvale and see the patent renewal, in June of 1965, for Thomas Townsend Brown’s “electrokinetic thrust” device. So it should be of no shock whatsoever that many German scientists were far in advance of that….in his treatise ATOMIKPHYSIK, whose second edition came out in 1946, the German physicist, Max Born, cites a “Quantum Theory of Gravitation” proposed by the celebrated German physicist, Artur Sommerfeld who had contributed immensely to the semi-classical Quantum Theory of Max Planck. A name which has been emerging more and more in the literature of recent has been that of the philosopher-forester, Viktor Schauberger, who designed and built the “repulsine” device that was apparently counterbary …..in 1936.
Schauberger’s thesis was that the vortex of fluids created a natural anti-gravity or counterbary within the funnel and could be utilized by way of a sombrero shaped device with precision shaped guide vanes machined into its interior discus shaped housing.
Attempts are underway to replicate the device.

Report: Los Angeles spent $70 million in stimulus funds to create 7.76 jobs
A new piece of evidence has emerged in the debate over the effectiveness of President Obama’s 2009 stimulus package, and it’s not good for Democrats. According to two newly released audits performed by the Los Angeles controller, L.A. spent enormous portions of the $594 million in stimulus funds it received on projects that created or saved just a handful of jobs. All told, the audits — available here and here [pdf] — examined $111 million in stimulus spending by the city’s Department of Transportation and Department of Public Works, and found that the money went to projects that created or retained just 54 jobs. That works out to roughly $2 million per job.
The $71 million that went to the Department of Public Works, which funded 15 road-surfacing and similar projects, was projected to save or create 238 jobs. But according to the audit, the money created just 7.76 jobs ” or slightly more than $10 million per new job ” and saved 37.7 (the fractions are a result of calculating the number of jobs by hours worked). The Department of Transportation’s $40 million created or retained just nine jobs, the audit found.
In a press release accompanying the audits [pdf], L.A. Controller Wendy Greuel said the job numbers were underwhelming. “I’m disappointed that we’ve only created or retained 55 jobs after receiving $111 million in [stimulus] funds,” Greuel said. “With our local unemployment rate over 12 percent, we need to do a better job cutting the red tape and putting Angelenos back to work.”
The audit didn’t find any misspent funds or waste. But the breakdown of how some of the money was spent seems to indicate efficiency was not exactly the order of the day for project managers. The Department of Transportation, for instance, spent $9 million to install new LED lightbulbs in traffic lights at 1,800 intersections. Less the $228,000 in labor costs associated with the project, that’s nearly $5,000 per location to change lightbulbs. Another project spent $4 million to install 65 new left-turn arrows, averaging more than $61,500 per arrow.

Schools hold assemblies in wake of party rape

PITT MEADOWS, B.C. – Police and school officials in a Vancouver-area community where a teenage girl was photographed while several men raped her urged students Friday to stop distributing pictures of the assault as police revealed their first arrest in the attack itself.
The 16-year-old girl was drugged and then raped by a half-a-dozen teenage boys and young men at a party last Friday on a rural property in Pitt Meadows, east of Vancouver.
The photos were posted to Facebook and traded among students using cellphones. Police have been warning people that the photos are child pornography because the girl is under 18 and trading them is a criminal offence.
They’ve already made one arrest in connection with taking and distributing photos, taking a 16-year-old into custody who could face child pornography charges.
The RCMP also arrested an 18-year-old man, who has since been released, and investigators are recommending sexual assault charges.
At a nearby school, where some of the students attended the large party after it was advertised on Facebook, an RCMP officer came to the school and addressed students in assemblies held throughout the day.
Jasmine Hillier, a 14-year-old Grade 9 pupil at the school who wasn’t at the party, said she couldn’t believe the assault or that people were posting photos to the web.
“I think it’s a pretty terrible thing that they did, and especially to videotape it and put it on the Internet — what kind of people do you have to be to do something like that?” Hillier told several reporters who had gathered outside the school.
Hillier and her friends said rumours were swirling around school about the party and what happened to the girl, and despite word from the RCMP that the girl was drugged and violently assaulted, some students still don’t believe it was rape.
“Why would anybody want rape?” said one of Hillier’s friends, also a Grade 9 student, who didn’t want her name published.
“Nobody asks to be raped,” said another.
But despite all the attention the case has received and the strong language from police and school officials, some students weren’t getting the message.
“I heard she wanted to do the stuff,” said a Grade 11 student who didn’t provide his name.
When asked why he believed that, he shrugged: “There’s stories everywhere, I don’t know what to believe.”
Brandon King, a Grade 11 student, said he was at the party and knew people were drinking and doing drugs, but he didn’t know anything was wrong when he was there.
“It was fun, I never even saw or heard of this when I was there,” said King. “There was a same party week before, and nothing went wrong there. Everyone likes to say it’s a rave. It wasn’t a rave, it was just at a barn.”
King said his peers who are trying to minimize the attack are wrong, and he thinks, overall, his classmates are taking the incident seriously.
“It’s not right at all,” he said.
