RIP, Jim Traficant (forwarding the content of an email I got):
Sad news today. With deepest regret I must report that our good friend and fellow patriot, former Ohio Congressman Jim Traficant, died today of injuries sustained Wednesday on his farm in Ohio. He was driving his 1943 farm tractor into his long barn when he apparently had a heart attack and lost consciousness. The tractor continued up on some large pieces of metal on the ground and rolled over on top of Jim. He was trapped until the EMS and rescue arrived and extracted him from the wreck. A friend of his was with him on the outside of the barn and was witness to the accident. Evidently, the blood flow to his brain was reduced while he was trapped, and he was put into an induced coma when he arrived at the hospital. The decision was made today to unplug him from life support, but it is unclear whether he died before that happened.
Jim spent 17 years as an Ohio representative in Congress which time he spent working to either eliminate or reorganize the IRS. We owe him much of the IRS Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998 which, among much else, put the burden of proof on the IRS taking it off us; required the IRS to have a court order before it can seize property or enforce a summons on us for information; took steps to guarantee us due process when dealing with the IRS; and forced the IRS to cease identifying those of us who resist the income tax as “illegal tax protestors”.
JIm was railroaded soon after his triumph over the revenuers by the IRS and its supporters in the administration. He was charged with tax evasion, racketeering, fraud, etc., and convicted without any evidence being presented by the government. Being a man of absolute integrity and honor, he refused every year during a seven year sentence to admit guilt although he was promised a full pardon, instead serving all seven years in a federal facility. It obviously doesn’t pay to buck the IRS. When I met with him in April, he was full speed ahead on his America Freedom Project with the ultimate goal of bringing in a plan to eliminate the IRS and the Federal Reserve by introducing an entirely new capitalistic revenue system in the US, and hopefully bring on a third party candidate to get us into the White House in 2016. The candidate of choice was Jesse Ventura.
We will miss Big Jim Traficant. He was a true patriot, and he was my friend. There is no one standing in the wings to take his place. He was only 73. Our lives are indeed fragile.

I have no idea what craven cowardice would lead a WN activist to surrender peacefully to federal authorities. You will not get a fair trial; you will be railroaded. And you might be killed. So why not make it clear you will fight to the death? Is existence as a MISERABLE SLAVE in their prison so precious?

I’m sorry to hear about this and I’m sending this out, as is, right away. I can’t imagine how Cyndi must feel. Ed was being drugged is absolutely cause for investigation. All the FBI personnel and the prison staff involved with Ed’s murder shall be brought to justice.

In the last few days regarding his failing health and did not even call her regarding the death of her husband. It was cruel to all that it was the mortuary that made the call to her.
Based on the best knowledge at hand, the following are the most likely causes of death: drug overdoses; persistently delayed, insufficient, improper medical treatment and medical neglect. The federal government and Victorville Penitentiary bear responsibility for the lives of the inmates who reside there and they have refused to be accountable for the decline in Edgar Steele’s health.
Some hours before Mrs. Steele was contacted by the mortuary, ESDF [Edgar Steele Defense Fund] President Robert Magnuson received an email corroborating Mrs. Steele’s concern for her husband’s health and safety that showed Mr. Steele’s health has been in a sharp decline for the past month, which fact was obscured, if not hidden by the federal government.
First, Mr. Steele was the victim of a false prosecution, then he was imprisoned in the most dangerous prison here in America. Then his wife was never allowed to visit him despite a court order allowing visitation. Then his health was compromised because of neglect, and finally, the reports came in that he had been drugged out of his mind earlier this week, which was the final blow that killed him. Call it anything else you like, but it was MURDER.
The facts of this tragic situation will be disclosed as the information is gathered.

I like how when you go to post on Facebook, the thing they ask is what is on your mind. I don’t think anyone really wants to know what is on my mind today, because it isn’t pretty and only the ones that know what my family and I have been through for the past 4 years will have an inkling of the heartbreak and devastation I have been hit with today.
My three children have lost their loving father and I have lost my husband, best friend and the love of my life. There is so much that is wrong with his death, but would take a novel to explain. What is sad is that even then there are people that won’t understand the heartbreak and devastation regarding my husband’s death; not only because of the fact that he has died, but for the reasons and circumstances that he had died and in the manner he died.
Anyway, that aside, I’m taking this time to say goodbye, Ed. I love you then, I love you now, and I always will until the day I die and can be with you. Wherever you are, I can only pray that you know all this and can rest in peace.

I replied: Interesting….. but in my world view, which posits a multiverse, neanderthals came from dark dimensions to incarnate on the earth — They ARE violent, hate-filled, predatory, treacherous beings who on earth take on the neanderthal form. We are basically good souls, learning through battle with evil souls to be brave, to care, to become heroes — innovating, fighting and prevailing against the psychopaths among us.
