This is a first — obviously red strobe lights — a disco party with only red lights? A major WTF is in order. I am trying to find some innocent explanation for red strobe lights.

Also, I see no flashing lights on the very dark trees.

The closest street to the north side of the White House, where the windows in question are, is Pennsylvania Avenue, which has been blocked off to all vehicular traffic since 1996:

Here is a photo of the north side of the White House – the horizontal street with tourists walking on it is the closed-to-vehicular-traffic Pennsylvania Avenue. Also note the huge trees on either side of the White House, which should have blocked any EMT strobe lights:

Pennsylvania Avenue is closed to all vehicular traffic, and Constitution Avenue is on the south (back) side of the White House, but the windows in question are on the north (front) side of the White House. So, any EMT vehicles would have to have been on H Street NW, which borders the north side of Lafayette Park, and is almost a mile from the White House, which has huge trees on either side.
But according to this link (scroll down), the location of those two 2nd-floor windows on the northwest side of the White House are the kitchen and the president’s dining room, which are divided by a wall:

It doesn’t make sense that some type of red-light satanic ritual would be occurring in those two separate rooms simultaneously, which are divided by a wall. So, I guess the EMT explanation is the best one, even though the distance involved to H Street NW makes it hard to accept.

In support of the EMT theory, they do have red lights (police blue).
It is Trump himself who lends tentative credence to all such speculations. He does not act himself any more. Maybe the joy is gone, knowing he has been castrated by the Jews. 🙁
