Leadership is a tricky topic.

It requires an immense amount of experience in the trenches to learn the hard lessons.

It’s common for people to associate “leadership” with a title.

A CEO is a “leader.” The creative director is a “leader.” Even your manager is a “leader.”

But that’s not what leadership actually is. Leadership isn’t a badge you wear or a hat you put on in certain situations Š ” Š”Time to step up and be a leader!”

It goes back to the old cliché: Leaders lead by example.

They are leaders not because of what they have achieved or what fancy title they have before their name.

They are leaders because of how they conduct themselves, and their ability to inspire people to do things they wouldn’t do on their own.

A lot of people think they are leaders ”and that’s the problem.

Here are five signs you are spending more effort trying to be a leader than actually leading.

1. You use your title as leverage.

The moment you say, “Do what I tell you because I am your director, the owner, your CEO,” you may win the battle, but you’ve lost the war.

You are no longer leading by example, and are instead trying to inspire through hierarchy.

“That may instigate action in the moment, but it will cause resentment down the road.”

Just because you are in a certain position commonly associated with “being a leader” does not automatically result in “leadership.”

2. You point the finger instead of pulling the thumb.

A great leader knows that, at the end of the day, it all comes back around.

If your employee or your business partner makes a mistake, yes, on some level they are accountable, but on another level their mistake may have been the result of a process or a request that you put forward.

“The truth is, it really doesn’t matter how or why something goes wrong Š ” Šthings happen.”

What matters is how you, as a leader, react and move forward. And if you point out everyone else’s mistakes without ever acknowledging your own role in the equation, the people around you will feel alienated.

3. You are emotionally inconsistent.

As an employee, there is nothing worse than not knowing whether today is a “good” day or a “bad” day.

What prohibits great work and dramatically increases execution time is having to worry or wonder what sort of emotional reaction you are going to get from your leader.

It may be that on some days, a very complicated question is handled with ease, and on other days, the simplest of questions throws the person into a fit of rage.

These emotional inconsistencies are what create chaos in an office or work setting because nobody knows what to expect.

“As a leader, you are the rock, the foundation upon which it all co-exists and operates.”

It’s a lot to carry, but that is why you are the leader. Deal with it.

4. You don’t keep your word.

Nothing destroys loyalty and follower-ship faster than saying you will do something and then not doing it.

Your employees and associates will begin to question your ability to carry your own weight, no matter how much else you have on your plate.

“What you should do instead is be honest and admit, even as the leader of an organization or a small team, when you need help.”

There is no dignity in taking on responsibilities you ultimately can’t fulfill.

5. You focus on the bad and never highlight the good.

There is a fine line between inspiring greatness and tearing down motivation.

If you focus only on the mistakes of the people around you, they will begin to feel as though “everything they do is wrong.”

This is a recipe for disaster, both intrinsically and extrinsically. Yes, point out the mistakes and address them as needed. But do not overlook or devalue what they bring to the table the rest of the time.

“Hearing what you do well is just as important as hearing what you do poorly.”

Otherwise, your employees or associates will be lost in the dark, unsure of how to best navigate themselves within your expectations.

The only point in which I feel I have failed is four — keeping one promise — and that was only partially. I knew we needed a new Aryan religion, but I just did not know how. I had cerebral ideas, practical nuts-and-bolts knowledge, especially after my experiences of 1970-75 with one religion, but I had no mystical or deeper understanding before recently of true religion and spirituality.

But here is the story.

I incarnated again for just one purpose, to save our race in extremis by creating a new Aryan religion (with 1) democratic politics now being a hopeless Jew trap, 2) too many people being too degenerate or 3) just plain really old Baby Boomers and in wheel chairs nowadays).

This coming religion’s purpose is to stop the highly organized and powerful religions of Judaism, Islam (Judaism for Arabs), Christian Zionism (the worship of Jews and Israel by Christians) and the vicious, murderous, satanic Freemasonry (which is nothing but Jewish Kabbalah for Gentiles).

The Pentagon’s cornerstone was laid on September 11 of 1941, eleven being a favorite Masonic number.

 

The street layout above the White House is a clearly satanic downward-pointing pentagram. The top part (the little black box on the map) is the Scottish 33rd-Degree Masonic Temple.

Mormons have these on their temples. Founder Joseph Smith was a Mason and gave the Masonic distress signal to the mob that burst into a Missouri jail to kill hum, hoping to be spared by a brother Mason.

Mormons depict Smith as a handsome Aryan. He was, from the front. 

But not from the side.

The founder also of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, Charles Taze Russell, was a 33rd-degree Mason….

….and he is buried in a Masonic cemetery in Pittsburgh with a big pyramid!

The Abrahamic Religions, at their worst, are like bolshevism, another Jewish spinoff:

mind control cults used to destroy the Aryan race from within  (Judaism, Judeo-Christianity, and Masonry) as well as without (Islam).

I realized by 1984, after two year with Rockwell’s old party, the NSWPP 1978-80, and then three with Dr. William Pierce (1980-84),  that giving people information about the Jews and race would never mobilize more than about 1% of the white people.

And some of that measly 1% who do finally “get it” about race and the Jews are weirdos and/or negative, hate-filled, troll-like persons, and this is especially common among the Creativity and Christian Identity types. (That is an observation which Arthur Kemp, author of March of Titans, once made about adherents of these two groups.)

Such deranged haters attack other white nationalists just as much or more than they hate the Jews and the other races!

By 1984, I had had it with Dr. Pierce, because for all his great virtues, he was absolutely closed-minded to anything higher than Darwinism.  For Pierce, there is no God or gods, no afterlife, no soul, and he would not even look at evidence to the contrary. It went against his ego as a scientist who, like many other products of the the Judeo-American university system,  was literally in love with atheism. He looked down on people like me who were “believers.” Lenin and Stalin could not have agreed more!

There was already massive evidence of the reality of reincarnation and NDEs, Near Death Experiences, way, way back then, in 1984. But Pierce would not read it.

One, this nationwide bestseller had been out for years on NDEs.

It was written by an ER doctor, Raymond Moody, MD, to whom many patients (including Jews and atheists) had revealed vivid experiences they had had on the operating table while physically dead — which you are when you have no heartbeat, breathing or brain activity at all, and are flatlining.)

It is also out in French ….

 

…and in German.

They had been experiencing things in another world before the surgeons succeeded  in “bringing them back.”

In many cases, they left their body, they saw the medical team desperately performing CPR on their body, they passed through the floors of the hospital to the roof, then saw a “tunnel of light” and there discussed their life and situation with a loving, but extremely powerful “being of light” who offered, urged or even ordered them, if young, to return : “You have not completed your assignment.” 

Also, Dr. Ian Stevenson of the University of Virginia was scientifically proving reincarnation from 1965 on. Pierce had no interest in this, even though Stevenson was a great man of science and a graduate of the famous McGill University, the top university in Canada.

Now Dr. Pierce did agree to drive with me from Arlington, Virginia (his National Alliance HQ was in its Crystal City neighborhood) so I could show him the headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Brooklyn Heights, New York, where I had worked in 1974-75.

Pierce was in fact quite impressed, just as I had hoped, by the JWs, who were a heavily German-American-headed (Knorr, Franz, & Henschel) and highly organized religion with huge buildings, great discipline, hard work and rapid growth.

 All these buildings belonged to the Watchtower Society. (The WTC was visibly under construction when this photo was taken around 1974. I actually saw the WTC being finished in 1975.)

I worked at this yellow building, formerly the Squibb Pharmaceuticals Building. Behind it is the famous Brooklyn Bridge. Despite the lies a certain WN is spewing, I have indeed “worked like a n—-r” all my life, and here at the JW HQ I worked in the shipping department, I scraped old paint off and painted on a scaffolding ten stories up, and I also cleaned toilets and shower rooms.  If picking pubic hairs of other guys out of a shower drain is not “n—-r work,” I just don’t know what is. 😉     

I lived at “The Towers,” a huge dormitory owned by the Witnesses.

 

Anyway, I had a lot of book knowledge about the plain reality of reincarnation and also of Near Death Experiences (where people more and more are coming back from the dead due to modern ER techniques).

But, as with anything else, how to get closed-minded people to READ it? 😉
