Trump has turned out to be a disappointment. I was extremely hopeful during the campaign.

Yea, I’m familiar. I am not sure about reincarnation, but I think about the possibility often.
The 2,500 cases at the University of Virginia medical school establish rather clearly that at least some people do come back.
The evidence for NDEs is also simply massive — people being brought back in the emergency room after a half hour or more with NO breathing, heart beat or brain activity. They were literally dead by any medical and legal standard.
What all this means is intimidating in a way. 😉 We have to come to grips with the fact that, yes, just as the world’s major religions have said — imperfectly, for thousands of years via fallible and flawed human priests and prophets — we are souls that inhabit bodies, and we will be judged on what we say, think and do, or fail to do.
