This is Britain’s GCHQ how-to guide for Online Covert Action which, according to Glenn Greenwald has been shared with US agencies like the NSA. Upon review, it can only be described as government-sponsored subterfuge of domestic society.
According to these latest documents, there are paid government agent/contractor persons on social media posing as someone they are not, whilst on the payroll of the government. The training exercise below uses terms like befriend, infiltrate, mask/mimic, ruse, set-up, disrupt, create cognitive stress , use deception , ruin business relationships , and post negative information on appropriate forums all of which is not only illegal and morally bankrupt, but also runs completely contrary to the very fundamental values and indeed founding principles, of a modern free democratic society or constitutional republic.
Government targets in this malicious operation appear to bebloggers, activists, journalists, social event organisers and anyone else deemed to be a emerging leader or voice in the public sphere, or alternative media online.
This obviously extends way beyond the practice of employing paid trolls to pollute comment sections and redirect forum threads which still exists under both government and corporate umbrellas.
Over the last several weeks, I worked with NBC News to publish a series of articlesabout dirty trick tactics used by GCHQ s previously secret unit, JTRIG (Joint Threat Research Intelligence Group).

Who is Carlos Porter? He is a former US citizen who renounced his US citizenship in protest in 1984 and travels since then on a “Nansen passport” for stateless persons.

1) He never qualified as a candidate [for sheriff in 2013], never made the slightest effort to become a candidate, and never even filed his papers!”
LIE. Carlos, I know you turned your back on your country and maybe they let you stay in England because you work part-time for the GCHQ (the British NSA).
But “filing” is not how elections work here. You cannot “file” some mere paperwork and thus become a recognized candidate.
First you must obtain, by door-to-door street work hundreds or thousands of signatures, and the voting commission must then inspect and validate them!
In my case, as an independent for sheriff, I needed a minimum of three hundred seventy-nine perfectly valid signatures and matching addresses.
But I was advised by the registrar of voters of Armstrong County herself to get twice that number because certain voting commissioners [ = hostile ones] seek to disqualify signatures if any part of the name is even slightly misspelled as it appears on the voter rolls. A voter may sign his name as HE or she thinks it appears, such as “Bob Smith,” or “Robert Smith,” but on the rolls it is “Robert James Smith” and that meaningless discrepancy disqualifies the signature, even if the address is correct!
I never recovered, thanks to WN phlegmatism, from the FBI-arranged embezzlement of $4200 in December by my assistant (who, I found, was secretly facing arrest), which necessitated selling my GMC Suburban vehicle to pay back rent bills and other costs. Thousands read me daily and less than 1/ 4 of 1% send donations. This WAS a winnable race, but ONLY WITH AT LEAST SEVERAL BIG DONORS STEPPING FORWARD, but no one did.
I do not want to hear: you should have just walked house-to-house as a hated, defamed individual, with hostile 33rd-degree Masonic cops all around, a man with no car in a rural county and thus subject to immediate ridicule, and think you can run for sheriff.
Furthermore, the shocking Michael Weaver case (https://johndenugent.com/english/emergency-michael-weaver-needs-our-help-now) shows that cops with ADL or SPLC “hate training” will target you ruthlessly if you go out alone.
And Frank Ancona, head of the Traditionalist American Knights (http://freeamericanscommunity.com/dolph/) told me that one town in Missouri passed an ordinance (targeting obviously his group) stating that it was a crime to “step off the curb to hand literature to motorists at a red light.“!
Oh sure, you can fight it with lawyers, if you have the money, but this ordinance still has not been overturned. In the meantime, they WILL arrest you.
(I remember the November 2008 Duke/Euro conference (Margi and I drove 900 miles from Pittsburgh to attend and participate in it as speakers), when a county in northwestern Mississippi passed an oridnance that “no public meetings shall be held in this county”! WTF? What happened to the First Amendment right to “peacefully assemble”? Of course, the ordinance was dropped –but only after the weekend of the conference was over.
This is the new reality:the cities, towns and the cops are out to get you if you are a WN. As I say, ask Michael Weaver (photo right), who was “a one-man National Alliance unit” — distributing tens of thousands of leaflets in Columbus, Georgia — until they railroaded him (two Black ex-cons came at him with beer bottles, he pepper-sprayed one, SIX SQUAD CARS SHOWED UP to arrest HIM) and he got 20 months for “aggravated assault” and a ten-year banishment from the six-county area where he was active, had his job, his fianc e, his car, and his family!
So I do not want to hear that I should have just gone all alone up and down the street, handing out WN literature in a town full of hostiles, many of them Masons. (A 33rd-Degree Mason with a black-onyx and gold Masonic ring on sat himself down uninvited at my table one day, while eating a few chicken wings, and told me straight-out I and my “hate” were not welcome in the town.) Next thing you know, someone calls the cops and complains, they come all hyper, especially if you are alone and there are no neutral or friendly witnesses, and, all full of caffeine and steroid-inflated muscles, as many of them now are, they accost you like bullies with a badge, they make threats — and pow, something bad happens.
Cop (a thug with a badge in this case) grabs female protester’s breast from behind, she reacts, is beaten to the ground, suffers an unaided epileptic seizure, and now faces years of imprisonment for “assaulting a police officer”!

On March 5, I spent ten hours in police custody. A search was made at my home at the end of which were seized : my computer, DVD burner, DVD burned stock, my camcorder (and even the pedestal), and office equipment ….
.The origin of this new case , the complaints against my video “Lest We Forget: A youth brigaded.” (= indoctrinated, i.e., to feel guilt toward Jews and hate their grandparents as antisemites)

My companion Mary, who appears for a few minutes at the end of the video, was also charged. She was interrogated for three quarters of an hour on March 5 as part of the investigation.

We are both charged with ” disputing crimes against humanity ” and “dissemination of copyrighted images” ( read: without the consent of those that we show in the video). I learned that my opponents have urged parents of students who appeared in photographs to also complain, the obvious goal being to grow this into a huge effort to crush us.

I want to emphasize that the police investigator responsible for the case was a copy correction. He only did his job, obeying the instructions of the prosecutors, but without excessive zeal.

For now, we are picking our spirits up again and trying to reorganize after this serious blow. We therefore ask all those who have written a little patience for the answer.

Anyway, we are not giving up. This severe new repression against us has come because our opponents flee from any fair debate and take refuge behind the skirts of the “Justice” system. I answered every single substantive question in my voluminous answer, found on my blog and which your own blog proves you read. You refused to admit that you were disproved and merely added on new false accusations in classic nerd/troll style.
I was “never a registered candidate”? In Pennsylvania (frankly, to my own surprise) you cannot “register as a candidate”; you must first get and submit hundreds of signatures that the electoral commision (which is very hostile in Pa. to independents) approves (or rejects) before you are a registered candidate. Only when the requisite number of signatures is aproved is one “registered.” I explained that, and you ignored the facts, repeating blithely your false accusation.
I proved by a scan of my car registration that you lied and that I did not own a car until September 2013. You ignored my facts.
Now you demand proof that Margi spent $2,000 on Holappa’s lawyer, Valerie DeMay. To what end? Once I get the receipt, you will move on to another false accusation. Has Holappa now told you that Margi never spent the money? If so, that would be the most infamous and monstrously ungrateful of all lies. We were under no moral obligation toward that young man. We did it out of the kindness of our hearts, and thus we are repaid.
Carlos, you have truly fallen from grace. You were soo admired before, including by me.
As Margi said regarding Holappa, “I finally realized he is just a troll now. Nothing I wrote him made any difference.”
