A beautiful, intelligent, caring and yet childless and never-married woman, a WN, has been with a famous man for a year now, and contacted me with her story, which I was able to verify. (I have promised to release no details.)
She suffered emotional abuse and neglect as a child, and as an adult has gone with a series of charismatic, narcissistic, powerful men who enjoyed making her feel terrible, evil and unlovable. She wanted to know what makes her attracted to men who make her suffer.
I said: Read just five pages of Tolle, and then your mind will stop pulling you toward abusive men, and it will begin to obey and serve you, a beloved child of God. There is no reason to live a life without joy when you are fundamentally a good person.

“Nice guys” keep asking why women keep falling for assholes. The reason is evolutionary. These women subconsciously want their offspring to have the narcissistic qualities that they perceive as aiding survival.
A much healthier (and more efficient) choice would be athletic team players. Something holds these women back from making these healthier selections. This is why death-row inmates have so many females groupies.
