,” with Spencer Tracy as an Allied “war-crimes” judge ( and many other movie stars played in it, making beaucoup bucks), over and over the Germans, on trial by the Allies and facing the gallows, are MOCKED for their defense lawyers trotting out this phrase of “we were just obeying orders.”
The entire movie condemns those Germans for it!

In WW2 there was a special jewish intelligence unit, the job of which was to capture Germans, then beat them until they confessed. A surgeon had to operate on the interrogated Germans to save their lives — so they could be hung at Nuremberg.
The actions of Robert Maxwell Hoch, a Czecheslovakian jew, after WW2 were that he paid people to write fake combat reports about him so he could get a medal.
He also wrote in his book how one morning he shot an unarmed German — just to say he shot Germans in WW2.
