Document No.103202/06 signed by Soviet Chief of Staff Kirill Meretskov on September 18th, 1940 revealed that Stalin was preparing to invade Western Europe on July 10th, 1941. The Germans invaded the Soviet Union with only three weeks to spare.

Even back then the house of Rothschild was running the show in Vienna. They received the title of “Baron” from Emperor Franz-Josef. Otto was so anti-German that he wanted the Austrian military to fire on the German soldiers in March 1938 [when Austria merged with Germany].

In Mein Kamp Hitler wrote that his worldview was formed when he was in Vienna before WW1, and if I am not mistaken, that included territorial expansion to the east.
Well, what did happen in Vienna is Hitler developed a very low opinion of most Slavs and the various Balkan peoples, and a feeling they were a lazy, unreliable, and dishonest lot that had to be ruled by disciplined Germans, or moved out — or given their own country.
Of course, this mindset, which Hitler shared with many, many other Austrians of Germanic blood, and with most Germans, and with many Anglo-Saxons of that era, too, would be highly conducive to the next mental step, the conquest of Russia for the Germans to settle and exploit themselves, with many Russians as serfs,or like American Indians on reservations.
After Hitler’s Vienna years came the move to Munich, Germany, then WWI and years of severe food shortages and malnutrition, and in 1919 even outright starvation, with as many as 900,000 civilians perishing miserably from a lack of food.
So this Lebensraum thing was no impractical consideration!
“Can Germany survive as a free nation if it cannot feed itself?” (The dependence on foreign food importation has to be a constant worry also for China, Japan, and for that matter, England as well. In 1919 the former infantry officer Rudolf Hess began studying geopolitics under Professor Karl Haushofer, then joined the NSDAP, and in 1924-25, in prison and back in civilian life, it was this Hess who helped Hitler with Mein Kampf, which has lots of Lebensraum thinking.
Haushofer also visited Hitler in prison.

Pater Stempfle helped edit the style, grammar, punctuation, etc. I was an orator and people person, not a writer. In fact, in accordance with my nature, I hated it, and still do now, when mere theories, talk, words and books — which can sometimes be a cover for simple cowardice– replaced what we really need, ACTION in the real world.
It was tragic that Stempfle was killed in July 1934 along with genuine traitors. And it is true that Christian Weber of Munich had him killed for denouncing his corruption.

Bruno Brehm holds Munich City Councilor Christian Weber responsible for Stempfle’s murder and refers to Stempfle’s polemics against Weber, who ran a brothel in Munich’s Senefelderstrasse, which Stempfle considered unworthy of an “old fighter” and which is why he mocked Weber as “Senefeldmarschall”.
Weber resented Stempfle and used the wave of murders on June 30 as an opportunity to settle his personal score with Stempfle. Accordingly, Stempfle was put on the death list of the Munich execution squads by Weber without Hitler’s intervention.[54]
