Brutal, shameless “whatcha-gonna-do-about it?” lawfare: secret court yanks driver license from a top British activist

Spread the love

I have always felt a liking for men like Paul Golding who are not mere keyboard commandoes, but actually get out of their parents’ basement and into the real world to demonstrate loudly for their nation and to oppose the genocidal and wicked NWO.

Golding was originally with the British National Party under Nick Griffin, a friend of mine, and Griffin admires the man too.

But Golding got tired, I think, of being nuked with the antisemitic/Nazi label and started instead his own group, “Britain First,” which was committed to totally avoiding any mention of 1) the JQ, the Jewish Question, 2) WWII/Churchill/Hitler, and 2) racial differences, etc.

He and his then number-two, Jayda Fransen, focused on the dangers posed by Islam, muslim immigrants and especially the horror of “grooming” (Muslims, especially Pakistanis, turning English girls into their sex slaves).

Their rhetoric was pretty spicy:

***

In a post on their Facebook page, deputy leader, Jayda Fransen [who has since broken away from Golding], admonishes their “pro-EU, Islamist-loving opponents” for “ruining our country”.

She adds: “They think they can get away with ruining our country, turning us into a Third World country, giving away our homes, jobs and heritage, but they will face the wrath of the Britain First movement, make no mistake about it!

“We will not rest until every traitor is punished for their crimes against our country.

“And by punished, I mean good old fashioned British justice at the end of a rope!”

***

Of course, all this obedience to the enemy’s list of taboo subjects availed them naught.

Donald Trump also avoided, to say the least, the three hot button issues —  1) the Jews, 2) WWII/Holocaust/Hitler, and 3) race —  just as does Alex Jones, and yet the jews still hate Trump, Jones and, in Britain, Paul Golding, and with a white heat.

They will always hate anyone who

1) has mass appeal (and Golding once had it, with 500,000 followers on Facebook until he was banned!!!) and

2) even without mentioning the jews at all continues to oppose the jews’ main project, the NWO (with its open borders, race mixing, white guilt, abolishing of all sovereign nations, transgender wokeness, etc.)

When Golding announced that his street-activist organization would become a political party, the paedo-protecting, muslim-loving cops really took the gloves off. Because politics is about the government and power.

Margi’s interview with Hervé Ryssen of France laid out what the jews really want. Ryssen; a Sorbonne graduate whom we know well, has authored 13 factual yet riveting books, many translated in English, and also produced the documentary “Satan in Hollywood” about literal satanism in the movies.

herve-ryssen

This is the jewish plan: Margi interviews Hervé Ryssen of France

Hervé Ryssen to Margi: To understand and explain Judaism, one must always begin with the idea that Jews are obsessed with a vision of “peace” on earth (“shalom“) as depicted by their prophets. This is because they are convinced that only when peace reigns over all mankind, only then will their Messiah finally come and establish the new kingdom of David, which will mean their absolute domination of the planet earth.

In order to achieve this peace which they envisage, they feel they must remove all possible sources of conflict, that is to say, they must eradicate all the differences between people, because differences for them cause conflict.

The Jewish theorists who gave birth to communism wanted to abolish social classes, but not just that. They sought to also liquidate all religions, all national borders and even all separate nations.

So the current globalism means we must do away with separate races, hybridize humanity and create a one-world government. And feminism, which is also Jewish in essence, intends to abolish all differences between the sexes.

We see that all this massive trend springs from one single project, the “pacification” of humanity by making everyone exactly the same. And every committed Jew works daily to carry out this project.

When there is nothing left on earth but individuals without any roots, sans racial identity or pride, deprived of any religion, and existing only to be a consumer, the Jews — who, however, will have kept their own traditions and identity — will be recognized by all as “God’s Chosen People.”

You see, Judaism is, first and foremost, a

political project of world unification under the rule of the Jews.

It is also, as we have seen, a sophisticated worldwide war machine, deployed against the rest of humanity so it submits without question and obeys the Chosen People.

…..And now to the new Britain First email

(As bad as the oppression in America now is, at least we still have guns. Gun-deprived Britain today show Americans how life would be if the Second Amendment completely disappeared. In a secret court session, they simply took Golding’s license — his right to drive–  away, since he drives a big van all over the UK to hold rallies!)

THE POLICE ARE ABOUT TO BAN ME FROM DRIVING

Dear John,

My solicitor received an alarming email today from Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court.

According to this email, I will receive a “disqualification notice” in the next few days, banning me from driving!

Here is the email in question:

According to this email, my driving prosecution has already been heard in a closed court!

Now I’m about be banned.

What the hell is going on?

My solicitor said this is utterly bizarre.

Even receiving a court email on a Saturday is strange.

cannot be banned from driving, as it will seriously impede my ability to travel the country organising Britain First activities and meetings

But that’s exactly why they are doing this.

Has anyone noticed how police persecution of Britain First has massively increased since we decided to contest the Wakefield parliamentary by-election?

The police bullies know full well that banning me from driving will scupper my ability to travel and organise.

The police wouldn’t dare harass any other political party like this!

My solicitor is going to speak to the court on Monday morning to ascertain what the hell is going on.

I have never heard of a person being banned from driving and they are not even required to attend court!

This is either a huge mistake, or an abuse of the court system.

Either way, the police know that I have to pay my solicitor to deal with this constant harassment.

The police can use an endless supply of taxpayers’ money to fund their harassment, but I can’t.

All of these police legal issues are bearing down on me hard, financially.

The police know that.

They know that we don’t have dodgy business fraudsters, or treacherous trade unions, on call to provide plentiful funding.

No, Britain First is a grassroots party of the people.

Therefore, I can only ask for your help John to help me get out of the clutches of the corrupt Police State.

I need your personal help John.

The traitors and criminals in power are hoping that you will cast this email aside John.

They are hoping that you will leave me exposed and at their mercy.

The only way out for me John is to be able to pay my legal fees.

It’s as simple as that.

If you can chip in £5 to help me, I will be massively grateful!

Literally every penny counts, so please chip in with whatever you can afford.

I will fight the police bullies John, but only with you at my side.

Please chip in to my legal defence fund below:

Yours sincerely

Golding at a Britain First rally in 2019

Paul Golding (born January 1982) is a British far-right political leader who is currently the leader of Britain First.[2]

In December 2016, Golding was sentenced to eight weeks imprisonment for breaching a court order banning him from entering a mosque or encouraging others to do so in England and Wales. He took six months leave from the party and Jayda Fransen, the deputy leader, acted as leader during his absence.[3] On 7 March 2018, Golding and Fransen were both imprisoned for religiously aggravated harassment.[4]

Political career[edit]

British National Party[edit]

Golding was a British National Party (BNP) Sevenoaks District councillor for St Mary’s Ward in Swanley from 2009[5] to 2011.[6] He was also a communications officer for the party.[6]

He stood as BNP candidate for Sevenoaks in the 2010 general election, and received 2.8% of the vote.[7]

In 2008, it was reported that Golding had been expelled from the BNP for physically attacking Lawrence Rustem, a BNP Barking Borough Council councillor who is half-Turkish.[8]

Britain First[edit]

He stood in the 2014 local elections[9] and as a Britain First lead candidate in the 2014 European Parliamentary election for Wales; the party received 0.9% of the vote.[10] Golding had been a member of the neo-Nazi National Front and once attended a Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday wearing women’s underwear on his head.[11]

In May 2015, Golding threatened to bury a pig at the site of proposed mosque in Dudley, mistakenly believing this would contaminate the site and render it unsuitable.[12] At the Britain First Annual Conference in November 2015, Golding and his then deputy, Jayda Fransen, led the meeting which agreed a number of policies including banning the media from using the word ‘racism’ and abolishing the BBC.[13]

He stood as a candidate in the London mayoral election in 2016.[14] He came eighth with 31,372 votes (1.2% of those cast) while Labour‘s Sadiq Khan was elected as mayor.[15]

Conservative Party[edit]

In December 2019, Golding announced that he was a paid-up member of the Bexleyheath and Crayford Conservative Association. He explained that he intended to “help solidify Boris Johnson’s control on the leadership, so we can achieve Brexit and hopefully cut immigration and confront radical Islam”.[16] Shortly after the announcement, a Tory spokeswoman said that “Paul Golding’s application for membership of the Conservative Party has not been approved.”[17] In January 2020, Golding released a letter that he had received from the Conservative Party, informing him that his membership had been rejected.[18] In June 2020 Golding spoke at a far-right protest in central London.[19]

Legal issues[edit]

In May 2014, Golding was arrested for criminal damage and breach of the peace during an Al-Muhajiroun protest outside the Indian High Commission in London.[20] In July 2014, he tried to have himself arrested at Bexleyheath police station over an incident at Crayford Mosque, but failed, an act widely considered to be a fund-raising publicity stunt.[21]

In August 2014, the Advertising Standards Authority accused Britain First of illegally using an image of the royal crown in its logo, ordering all images of the crown to be removed from Britain First’s official website, marketing materials and merchandise “with immediate effect”. Golding responded by calling the ASA a “toothless quango with no power which no one takes any notice of” and refused to change Britain First’s logo.[22]

In March 2015, he was arrested on suspicion of assault during a Britain First march in Derby, as was an opponent who Golding had claimed assaulted him.[23] Also in 2015, Golding was convicted of harassing a woman, after mistakenly arriving at her home instead of that of a man allegedly linked to the 2005 London bombings. He was also found guilty of wearing a political uniform, an offence under the Public Order Act 1936. A restraining order was issued against Golding and he was fined for both offences.[24]

In September 2017, Golding and acting leader Jayda Fransen were arrested and charged with religious harassment. They were both bailed to appear before Medway magistrates in October 2017. Their arrests followed an investigation by Kent Police into the distribution of leaflets in the Thanet and Canterbury areas, and the posting of online videos during a trial at Canterbury Crown Court in May 2017.[25]

Golding’s Twitter account is withheld in Germany.[26]

December 2016 arrest and resignation[edit]

In December 2016, Golding was sentenced to eight weeks in prison for breaching a court order banning him from entering a mosque or encouraging others to do so in England and Wales. Nine days after the imposition of the court injunction, Golding drove others to a mosque in Cardiff; they entered and mosque members found their behaviour provocative and unnerving. They feared the situation could have escalated if prayers had still been going on.[27]

Leadership of Britain First was passed on to the former deputy leader Jayda Fransen in November 2016.[28] Fransen claimed that Golding was taking 6 months leave as leader of the organisation “to address some important, personal family issues”.[29]

The satirical news web site, The Rochdale Herald, capitalised on the incident by inviting readers to sponsor his incarceration[30] to raise money for refugees.

On 7 November 2017, Golding was sentenced to a 120-day suspended prison sentence and ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid community work by Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court after admitting a charge of assault by beating. He was also told to pay £750 compensation to his victim, plus £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. Summing up, magistrate Alan Austen described it as “a really nasty and vicious assault in a public place”.[31]

2017 arrest[edit]

In December 2017, on a reported visit to Belfast to support Jayda Fransen, Golding was arrested by the Police Service of Northern Ireland for a speech he gave in the city in August,[32] and was later charged.[33]

2018 conviction[edit]

On 7 March 2018, Fransen and Golding were found guilty of religiously aggravated harassment at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court, as a result of an investigation concerning the distribution of leaflets in 2017 in the Thanet and Canterbury areas. The pair were convicted over an incident at a takeaway in Ramsgate, Kent, during which Fransen screamed “paedophile” and “foreigner”, while Fransen was also convicted for approaching a mistaken address she believed to belong to a Muslim defendant on a rape trial. They were both sentenced to prison, with 9 months for Fransen and 18 weeks for Golding.[34]

2018 arrest[edit]

In November 2018, Golding was charged with a number of offences related to anti-immigration leaflets distributed in Ballymena, County Antrim, and was charged with three counts of publishing written material intended to stir up hatred and one count of using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour.[35] In June 2019, he was sentenced to three months imprisonment, suspended for two years.[36]

2020 terrorism conviction[edit]

In February 2020, Golding was charged under the Terrorism Act for refusing to provide police at Heathrow Airport with the PIN codes for his phone and computer. Golding was stopped at Heathrow airport in October 2019, while returning from a trip to the Russian parliament, by officers from the Metropolitan Police’s counter-terrorism command. He was subsequently sentenced to a conditional discharge for nine months and ordered to pay a £21 victim surcharge and £750 in costs.[37]

Alleged sex attack[edit]

In late 2017, accusations were made against Golding by a young woman, who attended one of the group rallies protesting against the sexual abuse of young girls, that Golding had sexually abused her.[38] Graham Morris, a former Britain First member, had claimed that the deputy leader, Jayda Fransen, had encouraged the victim to stay quiet, saying, “I can give everything you need, a platform. I’ll do this for you, that for you.”[39] On July 11 2018 the Greater Manchester Police dropped the case.[38]

Donald Trump retweets[edit]

On 29 November 2017, US president Donald Trump retweeted three anti-Muslim videos shared by Jayda Fransen on her Twitter account supporting her views.[40] Three weeks later, on 18 December, Twitter suspended the accounts of Golding, Fransen and Britain First for inciting racial hatred.[41] They later joined and asked their followers to go to the Gab social networking service created as an alternative to social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Reddit.[42]
