Returning to the Male Hormones that Nature Meant for Us to Have

In the last 100 years, white inventors and engineers have brought us numerous gadgets and inventions, most of which have made life for First World nations far too easy.  As any gym-goer, we know that comfort and ease only hamper our true potential.  Only heavy weights make muscles grow!

This suppression of hardship is especially true for inventions which contact our physical bodies, and taking a hot shower every day is part of that, changing our bodies’ hormonal levels.

In this article for John, I will delve into the hormonal health benefits of cold-water bathing as a means to boost dopamine (enthusiams and happiness) and testosterone (masculinity) levels.

Hot water heaters were first invented by the Norwegian immigrant Edwin Ruud in 1890s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Funny enough, this invention appeared disturbingly close to the beginning of the downfall by cowardice of the White Man and thus of the entire West, coming just a few decades before the catastrophic Federal Reserve Bank (1913) and then WWI (1914-18).

[JdN: The Fed enabled American jews to print money by the billions out of thin air, buy up all the major US media, thus putting massive pressure on even the most jew-and-race-aware politicians, and start recessions and depressions at will so the jews could buy bankrupt properties — cars, homes, farms and businesses at auction — “distressed” — prices].

Before this invention by Ruud, bathing normally took place in natural waters, often times cool or cold.

Oftentimes it was splashing water on your face and vital body areas from a cold wash-basin with a sponge or clean rag.

While bathing was less frequent, most people bathed at least every few weeks, but oftentimes just once a week, say on Saturday night.

A  true hot-water bath was a big deal, and meant lots of trouble: first, starting a fire with wood from a tree that had been cut down, hauled to the house, and then the wood had been split into sticks by some hearty man! The fire heated the water, and then it was hauled, forty to sixty gallons of it, to a bathtub.

So what have we white men lost by adopting hot showers and baths?

Did we lose a health benefit we had by bathing in the cold waters of natural rivers and lakes?

Hereafter, I will detail my own learning journey for naturally increasing testosterone levels.

Early Research Failures

I work a lot on computers and noticed I was going physically downhill.

So a few years ago, I decided to try to increase my testosterone levels.  My fool of a doctor, like most all doctors, advised me to use synthetic Testosterone Replacement Therapy. I was told to inject testosterone directly into my bloodstream.  But first did my own “Due Diligence,” learning that our bodies measure our levels of testosterone as well as all other hormones, and if these levels go too high, the body promptly shuts down all natural testosterone production.

If I had taken that fool’s advice, my testicles would have fallen into disuse, and atrophied.  Long term, testicles can shrivel and die, and so then I would be stuck as a permanent customer, buying and taking synthetic testosterone for the rest of my life.

I did find a natural solution, which involved drinking pine pollen, which is, believe it or not, a pine tree’s androgen (male sex hormone). (Yes, plants can be male or female.)

This may have increased my testosterone naturally, but once again, it would not involve my own body creating testosterone itself. I would again be replacing my own androgens, though, this time, with “natural” pine tree androgens.

So, I began looking for neurotransmitters that increase testosterone.  I learned that our hypothalamus (mid-brain) checks our level of testosterone, and if it is low, the hypothalamus produces GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone).

The GnRH blood levels are checked by the pituitary gland, and if they are high enough, the pituitary gland produces Luteinizing Hormone  (LH).  The LH is then read by the testicles as a command to produce more testosterone.  So, in effect, men could take synthetic Luteinizing Hormone to boost testicular activity, thereby growing the Testicles and their production. (Pro bodybuilders wh take steroids also use this to keep their testicles from shriveling. Some, before this, before a show, literally stuffed ping-pong balls into their shorts to look normal.)

Unfortunately, a 30-day supply of LH costs $500 USD, so for that and other reasons I crossed that option off.

Finding Keys to the Kingdom

Then, I found the Holy Grail – that high levels of dopamine naturally increase testosterone, and, conversely, high levels of testosterone naturally increase dopamine.  By the same token, low testosterone causes low dopamine, and low dopamine causes low testosterone.

On Dopamine Increasing Testosterone

“One study found that microinjecting dopamine agonists (which increase dopamine function) in the medial preoptic area of rats resulted in an increase of sexual activity (Dominguez et al. 2005).” https://sanescohealth.com/blog/male-libido-dopamine-testosterone/

On Testosterone Increasing Dopamine

“We conclude that [the response of a Dopamine Brain Pathway] to dopamine may be modulated by testosterone acting [on male hormone] receptors to [increase the gene expression of dopamine related molecules].” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3949980/

So, if dopamine can increase testosterone, how do we increase dopamine levels quickly and efficiently?   As it turns out, COLD SHOWERS are tremendously effective at increasing dopamine.

“Cold water immersion (14 degrees C) lowered rectal temperature and increased metabolic rate (by 350%), heart rate and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (by 5%, 7%, and 8%, respectively). Plasma nor-adrenaline concentrations were increased by 530% and dopamine concentrations were increased by 250%…” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10751106

So I bit the bullet and began taking, brrrrrr, cold showers!

Actually, I hopped into a luke-warm shower, and then slowly increased the cold water, and decreased the hot water every 10 seconds, until the water was, well, shockingly cold.

My skin turned bright pink, and I was taking deep panic breathes.

BUT ……… immediately my mood was elevated, my thoughts became sharper and more aggressive, and I had a rush of energy!

My personality became loose, and easy, but hard and aggressive.  My social inhibitions disappeared as if I were drunk, but I was still very highly conscious.

And the best part?  This mood lasted for roughly 4-8 hours.

Years later, I came across an apparently old Viking soul named Wim Hof, a Dutchman who noted that he was able to overcome all kinds of sicknesses and set 16 (freezing temperature) world records, just by controlling 1) his breathing and 2) subjecting his body to cold water.

https://www.wimhofmethod.com/

His successes have led him to study the human body while he is subjected to freezing temperatures, and he has proven that cold water has numerous and bountiful health benefits.

Born April 20 (LOL), 1959 in the Netherlands, here is Wim bathing in ice cubes!

*** JdN: Even the Jewikipedia article is somewhat favorable

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wim_Hof

I am astonished, since jews only favor 1) taking a $100 Big Pharma pill or 2) hiring someone with a scalpel to cut one of your body parts out or off. But, on the other hand, jews also love the Dutch for being libtards and for hating Germany, a fact I know from personal experience. 😉

I have no idea what Wim’s own politics are — there are many rightwing Dutchmen — but his techniques do seem to have impressive  RESULTS.

And Whites are an Ice-Age, winter race!

Voluntary activation of the sympathetic nervous system and attenuation of the innate immune response in humans

Abstract

Excessive or persistent pro-inflammatory cytokine production plays a central role in autoimmune diseases. Acute activation of the sympathetic nervous system attenuates [reduces] the innate immune response. However, both the autonomic nervous system and innate immune system are regarded as systems that cannot be voluntarily influenced. Herein, we evaluated the effects of a training program on the autonomic nervous system and innate immune response. Healthy volunteers were randomized to either the intervention (n = 12) or control [no treatment] group (n = 12).

Subjects in the intervention group were trained for 10 d in meditation (third eye meditation), breathing techniques (i.a., cyclic hyperventilation followed by breath retention), and exposure to cold (i.a., immersions in ice cold water).

The control group was not trained.

Subsequently, all subjects underwent experimental endotoxemia (i.v. administration of 2 ng/kg Escherichia coli endotoxin [influenza]).

In the intervention group, practicing the learned techniques resulted in intermittent respiratory alkalosis and hypoxia resulting in profoundly increased plasma epinephrine levels.

In the intervention group, plasma levels of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 increased more rapidly after endotoxin administration, correlated strongly with preceding epinephrine levels, and were higher.

Levels of proinflammatory mediators TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 were lower in the intervention group and correlated negatively with IL-10 levels. Finally, flu-like symptoms were lower in the intervention group.

In conclusion, we demonstrate that voluntary activation of the sympathetic nervous system results in epinephrine release and subsequent suppression of the innate immune response in humans in vivo. These results could have important implications for the treatment of conditions associated with excessive or persistent inflammation, such as autoimmune diseases.
