Dr. Fetzer studied philosophy at Princeton University and graduated magna cum laude in 1962,[7] while his undergraduate thesis, done under Carl G Hempel, won The Dickinson Prize.[1]
He then joined the United States Marine Corps, and was second lieutenant in an artillery unit.[7] In the early 1960s he was stationed at Okinawa, Japan.[13][15]

Leo Frank, twice-elected president of B’nai B’rith of Atlanta, graduate of Cornell, serial sexual harasser of his female employes, and beater and strangler-rapist of Mary Phagan in April 1913.
She worked fifty-five hours a week from age 11-13 at the National Pencil Company, which he managed.
It was a sweatshop that paid $2 an hour in today’s money, and like many, it was owned by New York Jews. The public got many reports of their insistent sexual demands on white, Christian female employees.
Many children worked there. Mary started at age 11. She was 4’11” and age 13 when beaten, raped and murdered.
He was convicted of murder in August 1913 and sentenced to the gallows.

Frank’s rich uncle Sigmund Montag owned the pencil factory where he became the superintendent after graduating from Cornell and studying pencil manufacture in Germany.

The top NY Jewish lawyer, Louis Marshall, reluctantly took Frank’s hopeless case to the US Supreme Court, which refused it.
Frank was lynched (his death sentence was carried out) by the leading citizens of Georgia on August 17, 1915.
Governor John Slaton of Georgia triggered an uproar when he commuted the death sentence to life imprisonment. The citzenry was certain Frank was guilty, and that Slaton had been paid off. (He was in fact a partner in the law firm that defended Frank.) Slaton and his wife fled the state for eleven years after Frank was lynched.

Mary Phagan, 13, was a beautiful, yet dutiful and humble girl from a poor sharecropper family; her father died of measles before she was born.
Her face was similar to this girl’s and her hair was like this color, but a bit darker, and with blue eyes. but she had no boyfriends and stayed close to momma, her church, and her beloved stepfather, John Coleman.
She was knocked out by Frank’s punch, her scalp was split when she fell back on a machine, and she was strangled with heavy twine that cut into his skin while she was being anally and vaginally raped by the savage Talmudic Jew on Confederate Memorial Day.
Her hands were found up in rigor mortis in the fending-off position.
Governor Slaton said she was just having her period.
Frank endeavored to frame both 1) his innocent black night watchman Newt Lee, who had discovered the body and immediately called the police. (Frank had a bloody shirt of Lee’s stolen and smeared in blood, then put back in the house; but the smear marks were wrong, and the shirt had not been worn; the Atlanta PD detectives saw it had been planted.)
And 2) Frank finally sought to send his unwilling accomplice in carrying the body to the basement, his janitor Jim Conley [photo], to the gallows.
In eight hours of cross-examined testimony, Conley refuted every charge by the Frank legal team.
(Frank suspiciously refused to be cross-examined, and read a statement to the jury. Disastrously, he had to admit he was at the scene of the crime and at the moment when it happened, but claimed he was merely using the the bathroom next to where Mary’s spattered blood and hair were found. This contradicted his previous statements to the police that he, though a constant coffee drinker, never used the bathroom that day.)
Suspicious Atlanta police noticed Frank acted very nervous and strange, refused to answer the phone, and showed no emotion viewing the body.
The (light-complected) black maid, Minola McKnight, stated to police that
….he came home for lunch []after the murder] at noon but could not eat, she overheard him drunk, and he asked his wife for his pistol so he could shoot himself.

Miss Monteen Stover was waiting for Leo Frank to get her pay during the five minutes when Frank had taken Mary to a back room and was raping and strangling her.
Judge Roan was so certain himself of Frank’s guilt he sentenced him to hang on his own birthday, and stated 107 reasons to Frank from the bench why he rejected his demand for a new trial
Two of the nine justices on the Georgia Supreme Court thought that Roan should not have allowed testimony that Frank loved both anal sex and giving oral sex to prostitutes in his office and at basement parties. (The appalled judge had asked ladies to leave the courtroom during this.)
The Georgia Supreme Court reviewed the case and upheld the verdict and death sentence, with a minority saying only the kinky-sex stuff should not have been admitted.
Frank had now lost before three juries and all levels of the Georgia court system.
The US Supreme Court (then convening here in the US Capitol) twice refused to hear the case.
Both press baron William Randoph Hearst [photo] and the New York Times told the gullible goy nation that Frank was innocent anbd a wonderufl man and husband, the black janitor was the killer (and “a drunken brute of a negro” — “prejudice” was suddenly fine to win the case) and Georgians were antisemitic mob bigots.
Hearst’s midget minion, the Jewish judge Clarence Shearn, a member of the NY State Supreme Court, went to Atlanta uninvited and announced pompously to the newspapers that “Frank is innocent and the negro guilty.”
The Jewish-owned newspaper nationwide said Slaton was a hero fighting Southern bigotry and mob rule.
When Slaton commuted Frank’s sentence to life just days before his term ended, the governor’s mansion was nearly stormed by infuriated citizens and the National Guard was called out.
Slaton was hung in effigy and mocked as “the King of the Jews.”
Frank was whisked from jail into a luxurious Pullman Palace dining car, and taken in style 100 miles to a prison farm in Milledgeville, Ga., to await a new trial with a judge who would be chosen as being bribable.
But Thomas Edward Watson, now spitting fire and rejecting defatism, persisted that Frank was clearly guilty and “Jew money and Jew newspapers” were subverting justice, stating this with detailed articles in

1) his weekly newspaper for the people, “The Jeffersonian,”
and 2) in his monthly magazine for the very educated, “Watson’s Magazine.”
In the end, Watson prevailed and the sheriff of Mary’s home county, the handsome and resolute George Swanson,

the previous governor, the Speaker of the Ga. House of Representatives, and leading businessmen and lawyers, pistols drawn, drove to the prison farm where Frank was held, stormed in, held the guards at gunpoint, cut the electricity and phone wires, and took Frank in his underwear away.
It was hardly a mob, but the créme de la crème of Georgia Gentile society.
Remember: Three juries had unanimously found Frank guilty: the coroner’s jury, a grand jury with four Jews on it, who all signed the indictment (were these Jews Nazis 20 years before Hitler came to power?),
and by the petit jury, who heard three weeks of evidence, including ten white female employees who testified Frank was a lecher who had sex with employees.
They said Leo Frank-en-stein had tried putting his hands all over Mary Phagan — who loathed and feared him.
Publisher Watson had 25 years of trial lawyer experience and his solid articles on the case were believed.
Frank was hanged facing little Mary’s childhood farm in Marietta, Georgia.
Five Hollywood movies have now been made claiming Frank was a victim of a prejuduced gentile mob, such as this one with Jack Lemmon as Governor Slaton.
In fact, it was the fanatic Jewish defense of Frank and a blatant campaign of bribes and pressure on witnesses (Conley’s pastor, Ragsdale,. admitted taking a $20,000 bribe to say Conley confessed the crime, then he repented and retracted it), that made the once very pro-Jewish South antisemitic.
(Southern Jews had founded and staunchly defended slavery — and had openly supported the Confederacy.)
The ADL was founded a month after the disaster of Frank being found guilty, in October 1913, to try to yet get him off and defend future malefactors among “the Big Jews.”
