A supporter sent this US Marines recruiting poster which he saw on his recent travels, saying it reminded me of my father, James Nugent, a WWII and Korea Marine.

  2. Back then a major propaganda push for going into Afghanistan was “We have to save the Afghan females from being severely oppressed by the Afghan males.” Sob stories were created by the media. Poor results over the years, and now back to square one.
