====================COBRA CARETAKES FOR PUPPIES
The incident occurred in the Indian state of Punjab. Two puppies fell into a well. Their mother ran near the well and started barking, and attracted the attention of the owner, who looked inside and to his surprise there was a king cobra at the bottom, which didn’t pose any threat to the puppies. Moreover, the reptile, looked after the puppies, by not allowing them to cross to the other side, where they could possibly drown, when the well is filled with water.
In general, they spent around 48 hours together at the bottom and in these 48 hours the cobra sat quietly next to them. When help finally arrived from the forest department, the cobra slithered to the other end of the well. The puppies were not injured at all and the reptile was immediately taken into the woods and was released into the wild.
Even the most deadly and dangerous creatures on earth know what co-existence and mutual assistance is. The human race is in this respect far behind, and this is our biggest drawback.

Survey: Many Republicans believe armed rebellion may be necessary
Is the second American revolution on our doorstep? Nearly half of all Republicans apparently believe it might be necessary, according to a new poll from a New Jersey University.
Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind found that 44% of Republican respondents agreed that an “armed revolution” might be needed in the next few years to defend liberties.
The same poll found 18% of Democrats and 27% of independents agreed it could be necessary.
“The differences in views of gun legislation are really a function of differences in what people believe guns are for,” Fairleigh Dickinson political science professor Dan Cassino said in a news release.
“If you truly believe an armed revolution is possible in the near future, you need weapons and you’re going to be wary about government efforts to take them away.”
The poll, which focused primarily on gun control, found a stark divide in support for general gun control measures, with 75% of Democrats supporting new legislation and a nearly equally large number of Republicans (65%) opposing any new legislation.
The idea of armed revolution has been floated by a handful of mostly fringe conservatives in recent months, including NRA member Ted Nugent. The idea also made it into a Virginia County Republican party newsletter last year, specifically tying the idea to President Obama’s reelection.
The survey of 863 registered voters was conducted by telephone nationwide between April 22 and April 28.

Three in 10 registered American voters believe an armed rebellion might be necessary in the next few years, according to the results of a staggering poll released Wednesday by Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind.
The survey, aimed at measuring public attitudes toward gun issues, found that 29 percent of Americans agree with the statement, “In the next few years, an armed revolution might be necessary in order to protect our liberties.” An additional five percent were unsure.
Eighteen percent of Democrats said an armed revolt “might be necessary,” as compared to 27 percent of independents and 44 percent of Republicans. Support levels were similar among males and females but higher among less educated voters.
The poll also found that 25 percent of voters believe the American public is being lied to about the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting by people seeking to promote a political agenda. An additional 11 percent said they weren’t sure.
The eye-opening findings serve as a reminder that Americans’ deeply held beliefs about gun rights have a tendency to cross over into outright conspiracy theories about a nefarious government seeking to trample the Second Amendment — paranoia that pro-gun groups like the National Rifle Association have at times helped stoke. The data help explain why even the most modest gun safety laws face tremendous, intense opposition.
The poll, conducted between April 22-28, surveyed 863 randomly selected registered voters across the country and had a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points.

Re: Support
Dear Mr. de Nugent:
For some time I have been reading your blog and recently also your article on the site Deutscher Freiheitskampf [= “German Freedom Struggle”]
Your goals are our goals, and so I am sending you a small donation to strengthen your struggle.
With a German greeting,
[name]
I have tried to donate using the Payza system located at the top right-hand corner of your site on two different occasions and using a different computer at 2 separate locations and still have been unsuccessful. There is something wrong with the link. I received this message “We apologize, but the payment button settings are incorrect. The following problems occurred” etc. See for yourself; try it at a computer or get someone else you know to do the same at a different location.
Thanks much for this heads-up, comrade, and we are working on it!
