Listening to yet another fascinating radio show with Dr. Joseph Farrell, PhD from Oxford, interviewed by bestsellin author Whitley Strieber (“Communion”).

Having read the Book of Ezekiel in the Old Testament myself as part of my elite training 1970-75 with the Jehovah’s Witnesses (I left them in 1976), it makes perfect sense to me that the weird craft which “the prophet” Ezekiel is describing is not some mystical allegory at all but a spacecraft, with “wheels within wheels,” and lights all around, and a pilot seated in the center.

A standard description of the craft the Third Reich was working in involved gyroscopes inside gyroscopes, spinning in opposite directions, with apparently some kind of mercuy at the center.

Farrell also believes that ancient Babylonian and Sumerian sagas arwe likewise not mystical or allegorical at all, but describe, not “gods,” but very advanced, yet warlike species, fighting it out.

Farrell posits two huge wars, like WWI and WWII, in one of which a planet called Tiamat was blasted to bits, forming the asteroid belt we know today, and another a vicious war between Earth and Mars, which Mars lost, becoming largely uninhabitable.

It would also seem that the whole Earth once had a far better climate, perhaps protected by a huge layer of water vapor, and this rained down in the famous flood described by the Old Testament, but also perhaps alluded to in the story of Atlantis which the Egyptians and Greeks told. This removal of the water vapor layer of the atmosphere, however, exposed humans to cosmic rays and our lifespan dropped drastically.

The story seems to be of military tech and the greed to take what others have and need repeatedly leading to insane wars of destruction.

If humans have the IQ to make terrible weapons but not the spirituality to control themselves, then the cycle of rise and fall of civilizations keeps continuing.

Some even say that humans were deliberately thrown back into the Stone Age due to this tendency, as a punishment.

This would parallel the Bible story of humanity being banished from the “Garden of Eden” — which might mean higher technology.

Genesis 2:10 and 3:22-24:

“A river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and there it divided and became four rivers….. Then Yahweh said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever—” 23 therefore Yahweh sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. 24 He drove out the man, and at the east of the garden of Eden he placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life.”

So this refers to a god or advanced being who decided humans should not continue to enioy what they had had.

There may be species that consider us the way we look at dogs — as cute and clever, but needing to be under control. 😉

Or there may be several species that each view us differently according to their own agendas, but none want us to destroy the earth, which they need and use themselves.
