Holappa came to America in 2008 and sought political asylum here in America, “the land of the free and home of the brave.” Henrik was arrested by order of the proven illegal alien (see my post yesterday on the James Manning trial of Obama) and black Jew Barack Hussein Obama, using his lesbian Jewish underling at Homeland Security, Janet Winer Napolitano, and three squad cars came to arrest Holappa as directed by the Muslim local head of Immigration in Pittsburgh, Mohammed Kalias, in March 09. Holappa was expelled from the US after 86 days in a windowless concrete cell — with no reading materials — in solitary in June 2009.

Even back when he was just 14, Holappa was writing from faraway Finland in northern Europe to Order prisoners in federal prisons in the United States to support their morale and assure them they were not forgotten.

US Federal Prison System Tightens its Methods

Henrik Holappa

The US Federal Prison System, BOP (Bureau of Prisons), plans to tighten its methods for those placed in the US Penitentiaries’ special housing units called “communication management units” (“CMUs”).

The new proposed regulation would take away most of the morale-raising rights of inmates in high-security units. One of those inmates who is placed in a high security unit is a former high-ranking leader of the Order, Richard Scutari.

The history of the Communication Management Units leads back to the so-called War on Terror, which was started by the George W. Bush administration in October 2001. Soon after, when the US Armed Forces started to chase the alleged Al-Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan and later in Iraq, the US Government established a brutal prison camp for alleged terrorists in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It was officially called a “Federal Detention Facility”which did not recognize the human rights of those detainees held in custody as they did not officially have “prisoner” status. That made possible the torture of the detainees in Guantanamo without any intervention by others.

[JdN: In the same way, the crypto-Jew Dwight Eisenhower stripped legitimate “prisoner of war” status from German soliders after WWII, reclassified them with effrontery as “disarmed enemy personnel” (ah, since the war is over they are no longer soldiers….) and then refused the International Red Cross any right to visit these prisoners as he starved them to death. These German soldiers, who surrendered to the western Allies imagining that the American and British prisoner camps would be less savage than the Soviet gulag, found themseves put in stupendous outdoor death camps with no tents, latrines, and almost no food or water. Over nine hundred thousand German soldiers perished, as proven by bestselling Canadian Establishment author James Bacques’s book Other Losses. A Jewish or rather ex-Jewish friend of mine, David Edovitz of Winthrop, Massachusetts, gave me a partial confirmation of this in 2002 before he lapsed into silence, saying “I could not believe what the US government was capable of doing.” COMRADES, BELIEVE IT.)

In 2006, while the “Detention Facility” kept running in Guantanamo, secretly the US Federal Prison System, Bureau of Prisons (the “BOP”) opened the first Communication Management Unit in the US Penitentiary at Terre Haute, in Indiana. This first Communication Management Unit to open on direct US soil was in no important way different from the Detention Facility in Guantanamo, except that the model of Guantanamo Detention Facility was now brought onto the soil of the United States. The US Congress – whether knowing or not knowing of CMU’s existence in Terre Haute – had not given its approval to it.

[JdN: Let us recall that Guantanamo has been denounced worldwide for years and Obama promised repeatedly when running for president in 2007-2008 to close Guantanamo (another cynically broken campaign promise!); yet BOP has established a Guantanamo in Indiana!]

In 2008 the Bureau of Prisons opened yet another Communication Management Unit on US soil. This extreme special housing unit was opened in one of the most notorious US Federal prisons since the closing of USP Alcatraz in 1963 – the United States Penitentiary Marion, in Illinois.

One of the inmates housed in this unit in Marion is a former high-ranking member of the Order, Richard Scutari.

After serving almost 23 years, having a pure record in the federal prison system and good behavior, Scutari was nevertheless given “DT” classification (Domestic Terrorist) and was sent to CMU. Right now, Richard Scutari is the only white prisoner of the 13 inmates placed in the CMU of USP Marion.

The US Congress has not given and has never given its approval to any CMU in USP Marion. In fact, these two existing Communication Management Units, Guantanamos on US soil., do not have the approval of the US Congress, and therefore these units are to be considered unconstitutional and illegal.

When Barack Hussein Obama got elected as US President he promised he would close the “barbaric” Detention Facility in Guantanamo, also stating that the detainees of Guantanamo would be removed to the Federal Prisons in the United States. However, what we know now, Obama’s promises of closing Guantanamo is a lie – and he as the President of the United States surely knows of the existence of these two Guantanamo-type units on US soil!

In early 1980’s Richard Scutari (b. 1947) became a member in a white revolutionary organization “Brüder Schweigen” [JdN: in German: “Brothers do not talk”], also known as “The Order.”

When Robert J. Matthews, leader of the Order, died in a 1984 shootout with the FBI, most of the Order members were arrested and sent to prisons. Scutari, however, who was a security officer in the organization, ended up in FBI’s 10 most wanted list, stayed underground till 1985, and became the last Order member to be captured.

Scutari was sentenced to SIXTY years in prison.

His mandatory release date is thus in 2026. He will then be 79 years old.

Richard Scutari informed me in his letter of 8th May 2010 that the Bureau of Prisons is proposing new rules before Congress for the two CMU’s. The US Congress will validate these new proposed rules on the 7th of June.

Scutari writes:

“If Congress passes these rules, I will be limited to writing and receiving one 3-page letter per week, one 15-minute phone call per month, and one 1-hour non-contact visit per month. And all that will only be allowed with an immediate family member.

This is probably a bit more stringent than what Rudolf Hess had put on him. […] You can not find any mention of me because left-wing liberals prefer to not acknowledge my existence and our side would care less about those of us in captivity.”

Here is the interesting question; how can the US Congress pass these rules for the two CMUs, if in the first place they have never approved the existence of CMUs on US soil?

What is Obama’s stance regarding this issue, who after all was talking against unconstitutional punishments and supposedly wanted to close the Detention Facility in Guantanamo?

Or is this all just Obama’s double-standard? His way to end media and public concern about Guantanamo by bringing Guantanamo to the United States, on the way to turning America into a Marxist dictatorship?

“CMUs are designed to provide an inmate housing unit environment that enables staff monitoring of all communication between CMU inmates and persons in the community. The ability to monitor such communication is necessary to ensure the safety, security, and orderly operation of correctional facilities, and protect the public. The Bureau currently operates CMUs in two of its facilities. This rule would clarify existing Bureau practices with respect to CMUs.”

This proposed rule codifies and describes the Bureau’s procedures for designating inmates to, and limiting communication within, its Communication Management Units (CMU). […] The Bureau currently has regulatory authority to restrict the communications of high-risk inmates. […](authorizing Wardens to establish and exercise controls to protect individuals, security, discipline, and the good order of the institution); […] (indicating that institution staff shall open and inspect all incoming general correspondence.); […] (authorizing limitations upon an inmate’s telephone privileges consistent with ensuring the security or good order of the institution or protection of the public, and authorizing Wardens to establish procedures that enable monitoring of telephone conversations) […] (authorizing Wardens to limit inmate visiting when necessary to ensure the security and good order of the institution).”

The Bureau of Prisons do not hide their will to achieve “total control” over the inmates:

“The CMU concept allows the Bureau to monitor inmates for whom such monitoring and communication limits are necessary, whether due to a terrorist link or otherwise, such as inmates who have previously committed an infraction related to mail tampering from within an institution, or inmates who may be attempting to communicate with past or potential victims. The ability to monitor such communication is necessary to ensure the safety, security, and orderly operation of correctional facilities, and protect the public. The volume, frequency, and methods of CMU inmate contact with persons in the community may be limited as necessary to achieve the goal of total monitoring, consistent with this subpart.”

The SHU where I [JdN: that is, the author, Henrik Holappa] was placed for 87 days as a high-security classified inmate of Buffalo Detention Facility had strict rules regarding incoming and outgoing mail, the visits, phone calls and exercise. the rest of the day, 23,5 hours, I spent in my small cell, writing and reading print-outs, since I was not allowed to have books in my cell. There were no windows to see outside, nothing you could touch in the cell. The CMU is twice or thrice harder and stricter than any SHU in the US soil.

Why do I ask you to care, one might ask.

I ask you to care because we must wise up. Our enemy, the enemy of all freedom, does not give us any liberties if we are imprisoned, and even – in Scutari’s case – 25 years of being imprisoned, ansd 25 years of not causing any trouble or stirring up any violence.
