…..Staying younger

On my Facebook page (under “John D. Nugent”) I ran a pic (http://tinyurl.com/ns37qmn) taken this spring behind our house in Apollo, Pa. At 59, as you can see, I am not ready to pack it in. 😉 No,  I gotta torment the Jews a whole lot more. 😉

In fact, with so many comrades I know living to be 88, 93 or even 100 (Erich Priebke just died at 100, a hero with whom I have spoken, and in early September Hitler’s bodyguard Rochus Misch at 96! —https://johndenugent.com/english/english-remembering-rochus-misch-his-honor-was-loyalty-misch-says-hitler-was-against-using-the-atomic-bomb-due-to-allied-poison-gas-threat), God willing, I will be serving our race seven days a week for decades longer — and the best is yet to come, and the great breakthrough.

Several said I looked great “for my age” 😉 and asked how I do it. Well, here you go:

1) Be happy suffering

Hunh? Yeah, I said it — and I mean it! No pain, no gain!

I know what suffering is. I feel, in fact,  I incarnated to take up a huge challenge — being an instrument God might use in the saving of our race, or rather, at this stage, at least saving the good ten percent of it. 😉

But as Hitler said (and he never let on how deeply he understood God and the universe, keeping it usually on the political-economic-military level): This planet is a place of struggle, and anyone who does not accept that struggle is necessary and good is not worthy to live. Flunk out, loser! 

(Actually, I added the crusty last part. 😉 )

(Hitler was crusty too to losers, and wrote a ne’er-do-well half-brother who got caught burglarizing: “Now that you have brought disgrace on the family, maybe you can at least competently hang yourself.” 😉 )

It truly is not supposed to be easy. Anyone who lifts weights knows you do not get bigger muscles lifting paperweights or beer bottles, but by using heavy barbells that you can barely heft up for ten painful times (“repetitions” in thge lingo).

In this pic, I am actually not using barbells but a weightlifting machine, and doing “lateral pulldowns” of 170 pounds to build up my back muscles, and this also helps the biceps.

Now, back to suffering, challenges and trials — and how cool they are. 😉

In some cases, we suffer because in this life or an earlier one we accumulated bad karma.  Hunh? 😉

It means we were a selfish, unreliable or treacherous jerk, and never paid the karmic piper back then. (A lot of people do a lot of stuff and never get caught or punished, but God saw THE WHOLE SHEBANG…… and it is waiting for you in an upcoming life, to experience being on the receiving end of getting the shaft.

Then, between lives, angels have a sit-down with you and go over the pain you brought on 1) others and now are bringing 2) on yourself. As they say, if you do the crime, then do the time.)

In yet other cases, we are NOT suffering because we did some nasty deeds we never got smacked for………… but instead we CHOSE to undertake a difficult life, one that would test us to the limit and make us grow. And in all cases, there is NO reason for self-pity!

Either 1) I deserve this suffering or 2) I CHOSE this suffering to become tougher and the master of myself, the King of Me!

A crusty German friend wrote this:

In the same way, before we incarnated, we consulted with our angels (whom others call “spirit guides”).

These personal angels are former humans who have graduated to a higher frequency. They are “earning their wings” now by mentoring us successfully, wisely and minimally.

They show us the families we could be born into, and the good and bad in each couple. (Now, Steve, tThis guy would be a good dad, but he is a boozer. She is a lot of fun, but too young and immature. She still wants to dance and club.” …..Or “This man is a former cop and brutal, but reliable. The woman is hard-working — but she will let herself go at 32 and he will then cheat on her. They will probably break up when you are 13.”)

So we choose from the options available (as dictated by our karma)  and say “I wish to shape-shift into a baby in THAT family.”

Then we leave the somewhat sterile world we were in.

We enter this Wild West planet, for another go-round.

Everyone is 30. Not old and not young. If you encountered your grandfather there he would be 30, not old and wrinkly. If Aunt Hilda was the type where you say “Boy, I bet she was hot when she was young,” well, she will be. 😉

But forget sex. That happens HERE. Because there is no death, there can also be no new life. No babies, no kittens, no puppies, no tadpoles. If you look at a woman, but with no male hormones in you, you see her breast contures through her clothes, her maybe hourglass figure and soft skin –but it is mere details that elicit no reaction, like a human male not thinking a cow is sexy. 😉 .

On THIS planet, rthe Earth, “Terra,” you see truly jarring contrasts:

–you will meet the most uplifting and noble people, champions of truth, justice, courage and altruism. Or you read about or see something in a movie about a great man or woman (or you know one in your own family or your own life out in the world), and you say inside: “That guy is my role model. I want to be exactly like him!”

–you also cross paths with the most despicable scumbags. 😉 How many kids, having had an alcoholic or brutal parent, end up vowing “I will NEVER live that way, or raise my kids that way!” #

You can learn a LOT from evil! — by observing it, seeing its effects and truly loathing it!

As I say, this earth is a Wild West planet. There are brave marshals trying to maintain order, hardworking ranchers and farmers, farm wives and tradesmen in the town, and yet also gunslingers, gangs and banditos.

In “High Noon,” the marshal (played by Gary Cooper) must face a terrifying gang alone after the entire town proves cowardly and will not form a posse. One good woman (played by Ingrid Bergman) comes through for him.

2. Lift weights

I will quote from a “Saturday Night Live” comedy sketch that was lampooning Arnold Schwarzenegger with comedian Dana Carvey: “Don’t be a girly man. Lift weights and get big muscles.”

Here was one of the many very humorous “Hans and Franz” moments on SNL, this time with the REAL Arnold:

Weightlifting is thus a spiritual exercise!

The ancient Greeks were deep into bodybuilding, and they kicked the Persian’s butt twice.

Their god Zeus was not hanging on a cross after surrendering to the Temple cops — but a muscleman with a dick launching thunderbolts. 😉

Greek goddesses had nice tone too. Venus even had a “six-pack”!

The Romans also worked out. Here was the first emperor, Augustus, a blond, gray-eyed warrior of the Julian clan with an erect head and bearing (and good calf muscles 😉 ) who ended 200 years of democratic chaos.

Now, to body-build correctly, read a short book or magazine article in a Weider magazine such as “Health and Fitness” how to do it right. This strength training is not a hobby, and it is not about vanity. Being strong makes you proud and happy, and looking tough and strong may save your life someday as racial conflict worsens and blacks, mexicans and asians on the street are selecting their victims. A muscular appearance, and an alert and confident air, may keep you and yours from a horrible death.

3.  Take DHEA

 Over 40 your male hormones go down. By 65 many men have high-pitched voices, no sex drive and flab and walk like sad-sacks.

DHEA is a legal, safe, non-prescription precursor (not a steroid!!) that causes your own body to make more testosterone.

Your muscles will grow much faster, your voice will get deeper, you will have more sex drive and feel like a macho man.

Fermented foods put good bacteria in your gut. I add yoghurt to a spaghetti sauce — my magic ingredient. Sauerkraut makes the Germans kick ass. It was flattened in WWII and lost 16 million people, and now it is back on top. Solid, steady robust energy…

6. Magnesium tablets

My friend Phil Wheeler was an outstanding engineer who developed a key torpedo used by the US Navy. I can say this, that being a WN, whether you are an activist or not, is very, very stressful. You NEED to help your brain. Why are we stressed?

9. Pray to God’s angels

Famous phrase: “the family that prays together stays together.” It is true. But even singles can live longer and be happier by realizing you are an immortal soul, that God o slove (albeit a tough kind of love) and He is watching your progress and secretly supporting all who sincerely, sincerely pray and mean it. (He ain’t no senile old fool mumbling in a wheelchair; He sees through you like an x-ray, or a parent who knows his kid’s shenanigans.)

“John, I pray to God and I am going through a lot right now, and am worried about losing my house. But He doesn’t answer. I feel I am talking to a wall, or prayer is a placebo that doesn’t make me feel good very long.” 

I replied:

First, God, the First Cause, is the Creator of time and space and a trillion galaxies and dimensions. You will no more get an answer form Him personally than you would get by writing a letter to the White House as a mailman and expecting the President of the United States to drop everything, pick up the phone and chat with you.

An assistant would get your letter and after evaluating it, give your missive to an assistant and they would get back to you.

If you never did anything for a politician, and then expected him to drop everything for you, after you never sent a dime in contributions when he was running for re-election, or never handed out his campaign literature, never  hosted a get-together with the voters for him, and now you want him to move heaven and earth for you, or read your long, brilliant idea. 😉

Of COURSE you are special, but so is everyone else. 😉

Then that is jut like only praying to God when you need something. “Lord, I am in a jam, of my own making, and unless you help me NOW I threaten to become an atheist!”

In reality, you deal not with the CEO of the universe, but with angels, with your own spirit guides, and sometimes with deceased relatives on the other side. I have had both 1) direct mystical experiences of the type where you shudder afterward and say “OMG!” (“Oh my God”) and you know something supernatural just happened, and also 2) I have run into a new person and suddenly felt an angel had directly pushed this person into my life for a reason.  NOW WHAT I DO WITH IT IS UP TO ME.

Jesus became incredibly frustrated because as an advanced spiritual being, He could literally perform miracles such a healing walking on water and other zero-gravity things, and yet the hard-hearted Jews just scoffed and explained it all away. So if God — His angels — drops a bag full of gold coins in your lap when your light bill is overdue, or the repo man wants to take your car, will this really make you love Him forever? Maybe, or then again, maybe NOT! How many kids are ungrateful jerks, and the more you help them the LESS they love and respect you?

So, comrade, go for a walk, pray to God or to angels, open your heart up, stand there naked, and say “Lord, I wish to be a better man. Show me where I am wrong, and give my courage to be strong in the bad times and generous to others in the good times.”

No whining, but like that!

Don’t people like to help a young person who is down-and-out but is a hard worker with a never-say-die attitude?

And then, IF you REALLY mean it, then just maybe He might do you a favor, though he is under NO obligation to do so. Is a 75-year-old man under “obligation” to his 50-year-old son?

Morality and relationships are the SAME whether you are God, an angel, a man or a dog. 😉
