Going back to Roman times, many Christians served in the legions, and long before the Conversion of Constantine. Once Christianity became the state religion, they supported the state more than ever.

As for the teachings themselves, I just finished the monumental History of Christianity by the prestigious Establishment historian Paul Johnson. (It is not a pious, pro-Christian work at all, seeking to be fair and objective.)
It points out the real reasons why Christianity overwhelmed the various indigenous religions of the Romans, Greeks, Kelts, Slavs and Teutons. In fact, it was a very strong religion with a law-abiding side-effect that rulers actually liked ” long before Emperor Constantine stopped the intermittently intense Roman persecution of the Christians and he began the process of society adopting their religion.
Christianity also gave a much better hope regarding the afterlife than the Greeks and Romans, who taught 1) at death you go to a gloomy underworld, “Hades,” and 2) the gods are superhumans who, like Zeus, Ares, and Apollo, squabble, fight, rape, fly around and hurl weapons through the sky (evoking the ancient-alien theme) and simply grab humans for sex (producing Hercules).
Christianity said in contrast that 1) at death you would go to a happy kingdom ruled by Jesus, who is 2) a great guy and wonderful god who came down to earth to learn as a human about our horrible lives, who loves us ” and forgives us our flaws.
Christianity’s selling points compared to paganism were a better afterlife, nicer gods and friendly people to hang with until you died.
I can say, looking back on my five ” involuntary ” years with Jehovah’s Witnesses 1970-75 (my mother got custody of me after her divorce from my father) that they were extremely nice, friendly and helpful people, and kept me away, between age 15-20, from smoking, booze, drugs, porn, filthy movies, rotten music and VD.
And they urged me not to serve in the US military, which, given whom the Pentagon really serves, was not entirely wrong. I might have ended up joining the Marines and going to Vietnam, then coming back sick or dead, had it not been for the JWs. They saw “the Anglo-American dual world power” (for them, London and Washington are joined at the hip) as hypocritically spouting beautiful phrases while being actually evil and secretly serving Satan. A Gentile boy or half-Jew would never have been allowed into the Jewish Temple. That’s only one of many Bible examples that Jesus was a Jew. Another is the verse which says that he (Jesus) came only for the children of Israel (Jews), etc. I shouldn’t even need to argue the point that the fictitious character of Jesus was Jewish, because he clearly was. The whole purpose of Christianity was to get the “goyim” masses worshiping a fictitious Jewish god-man, thereby giving them spiritual control over the “goyim.” It’s called Judeo-Christianity for a reason – it’s just “Judaism Lite” for the “goyim.”

I had huge respect for Dr. Pierce and was proud to be a member of his group, but, on good terms, I resigned in 1984. Why?
.
Because (like many scientists) Dr. Pierce was an atheist.
.
He believed basically that the soul is just the brain, and when the body dies the soul ( = the brain) is dead and gone..
.
He believed our souls are not immortal, and if we live on at all, it is only via 1) having children and/or 2) the impact we leave behind on the world.
.
.
But as for our mind, personality, memories, will, imagination, and experiences, all that ends forever at the death of the brain, when the EEG, the electroencephalogram, the brain electricity, flatlines.
.
However, this atheistic “the-soul-is-just-your-brain-or-mind†viewpoint IMO is profoundly, disastrously wrong.

First, it violates the prime dictum of ADOLF HITLER, whom Pierce otherwise highly and rightly revered:

“Due to his own original, special nature, the Jew cannot possess a religious institution, if for no other reason because he lacks idealism in any form, and hence belief in a hereafter is absolutely foreign to him.

And a religion in the Aryan sense cannot be imagined which lacks the conviction of survival after death in some form.

Second, Hitler fiercely opposed atheism as BAD for society and the masses:

Third, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion(http://en.metapedia.org/wiki/The_Protocols_of_the_Learned_Elders_of_Zion) advocate atheism for the goyim:

It is such an incredible irony that the ferocious antisemites William Pierce and Ben Klassen advocate atheism too.

Klassen was a very good man otherwise, and also a left-brain science-tech type, and in fact he invented the electric can-opener and became wealthy off this patent.

But calling God “the Jew in the sky†was outrageous, and a case of throwing the baby out with the bath water. You may not like the Bible or Christianity, but God is not limited to those Near Eastern definitions.

All our Aryan ancestors believed in God or gods, whether Greeks, Romans, Kelts, Vikings or the Aryans of old India. That is an undeniable fact, and we see to this day the beautiful temples our pagan/heathen forefathers built.

Hitler literally would have had both Pierce and Klassen arrested for their writings saying God was just �the Jew in the sky.� Hitler would have had you thrown in a concentration camp too for spreading such atheistic pamphlets or books. And that is exactly what the Gestapo did in 1933 with all so-called “freethinking†clubs and organizations.

The hard truth is that you cannot praise Hitler or national socialism and be an atheist.

This atheism made me very, very sad about Dr. Pierce, who was like a father figure to me and a man whose memory I still cherish. But he was obstinate in refusing any counter-evidencethat God and the soul might be real after all, and also my other argument to him that his vision of life as courage, struggle and, at the end, the eternal death of the individual, was a very coldone that would never attract the masses or women, who are naturally fascinated by all things supernatural (and that is not a put-down at all).

I would suggest to all readers to find the courage to watch my high-production-value videos on the topic of the proofs of the reality of God and the soul. Many would be surprised that both are indeed scientifically proven — not just “supported” but proven — as well as being, in Adolf Hitler’s view, a socially useful doctrine for promoting morality and courage in the masses and in soldiers, who may have to shed their lives for our survival.

Obviously, if a soldier believes his soul is truly immortal, he will be less afraid of death, and more afraid of God condemning him for the sin of cowardice. Once the Arabs had been converted to Islam, they conquered half the world, believing that paradise awaited those who died for Allah. The Arabs went from a bunch of camel jockies and history’s nobodies (the Romans and Greeks barely mentioned them) to a militant superpower, and they did so under the power of Islam. That is an incontrovertible, historical fact which no one disputes. Islam made them powerful.

At the time of the destruction of the Jerusalem temple, in retaliation for the Judaic revolt against their Roman rulers, that temple was holding the biggest gold treasure of antiquity. The temple guards were able to smuggle out most of the gold treasure and hide it from the Romans. Some of that gold was the source of the wealth of the black nobility. They used their wealth to destroy the Roman Empire and intermarry with the Germanic royalties they installed to rule over Europe, creating the 13 bloodlines.
Later on, they founded the Knight Templar and returned to Jerusalem to retrieve the remaining gold treasure. After getting kicked out by Saladin, they returned to Europe to create Switzerland. Hence the similarities between the Swiss flag and the emblem of the Knight Templars. They were Kabbalist Jews pretending to be Christians so that the European kings supported their effort to conquer the Holy Land. They picked Switzerland because it was easy to defend against medieval knight armies.
I am not sure whether it matters whether Jesus is real or fiction, whether the Christian faith is a grassroots creation of Jesus and his apostles or of the Roman Empire. All I know is that the same folks who attack Christianity the most usually also push many other agendas that are clearly evil. No matter how compromised Christian churches may be, I much prefer an observant Christian over Muslims, Jews or Atheists.
