The boy’s mother, Heather Unruh, has spoken publicly about the incident multiple times in the past, saying Spacey fondled her son’s genitals
Spacey is now due in Nantucket District Court on January 7 of next year to be indicted on charges related to the alleged assault
At the same time the charges were announced, Spacey posted a bizarre video online suggesting that he was preparing for a comeback
In the video, he at one point states: ‘If I didn’t pay the price for the things we both know I did do, I’m certainly not gonna pay the price for the things I didn’t do’
“DailyMail.com uncovered two photos of Spacey from that week in Nantucket back in 2016, including one taken with a co-worker of the victim at The Club Car, where the alleged assault took place.

Michael O’Keefe, theCape and Islands district attorney in Massachusetts, tells the Boston Globe that Spacey will appear January 7 at Nantucket District Court on a charge of sex assault.
