Wecht, a Jew himself, btw, says the damage is consistent with manual strangulation (using the hands, not garroting with a cord, wire or belt) after Epstein hurled himself or WAs hurled violently off the top bunk of the jail cell to the wall or floor. (His cellmate had very recently been moved out, so there were no witnesses…hmmmm).
This violent fall would have injured and stunned the aging pedophile so the strangler could grab him from behind and strangle him.
