Fighter, not hippie

Spread the love

A newspaper reporter and fellow former Marine wrote me:

I don’t know if you believe in it, John, but Merry Xmas.  My best to you and your family.

Well, I must admit that torqued me, because I had just sent him the link to yesterday’s post, starting off with a gigantic, beautiful color portrait of Christ holding up the United States Constitution (the one recognizing that GOD gave us the rights to freedom of speech, religion and to guns for protecting those freedoms).

I replied:

Of course I believe in Christ-Mass! That’s why I did yesterday’s post which I sent you….!!
To believe in Christ is to fight those who killed Him and who kill His values today with greed, porn, divorce, abortion, rape, drugs and all that is cheap, wicked and tawdry that has come over America in my lifetime, since the 1960s.
I wish you and all others to embrace Christ’s fight and not just celebrate His birth. Jesus was not just a “nice man” or some sandal-wearing hippie 1960s-style — He was a fighter, He was FIERY, and He was horribly tortured and murdered for that outspoken championing of truth and denunciation of the liars and the wicked who were the Jewish ruling class.

And that same Jewish ruling class is the alien ruling class TODAY destroying our America.
John 8:44 has Jesus speaking to the Jewish leaders and emissaries of the ruling Sanhedrin (and in the Gospel of John the usual reference is simply to “the Jews”):
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
In THIS sense, as when you and I were Marines, I fight, because that is what men sometimes must do out of dire necessity.
In fighting the Jews who killed Christ, I believe I am not just talking the baby-Jesus, nicey-nice talk — but doing the Lord’s real work.
I wish you a meaningful mass of Christ, the fighter.
“The truth will set you free.” — Jesus
