Frank talk about democracy

@theduran So Greece, where millions live in poverty, will buy “a squadron of F-35s” that do not even work, jets that are down 40% of the time, for $122 million dollars apiece… Words escape me. It is exactly as Martha Stout, PhD (U. Cal Berkeley/Harvard Medical School instructor) said in her 2005 bestseller (in eleven languages) “The Sociopath Next Door.” We are ruled by overt sociopaths. They ruthlessly elbow their way to the top of everything: every religion, every political party, and every large corporation. They are so evil that the average shmo (who is neither an angel nor a devil, but does not go out of his way to harm others, and certainly is no expert on abnormal psychology) cannot fathom anyone being that evil, and is totally blindsided.

But equally guilty is the cowardly majority that puts up with them, and even reelects them. Tthink of Angela Merkel and her 17 years in power, elected, reelected, reelected and reelected again, harming the average German on a daily basis. Voters shun new parties that bravely stand up and demand fundamental reforms! How on God’s green earth could the French have ever reelected the monster Macron? I met a former French officer who had met Marine Le Pen and said she is not an intellectual (as her father was(/is) but connects very well with the average working person, and has a good heart.

Meanwhile Macron’s cops were literally shooting peoples’ eyes out (Yellow Vests)with steel-cored rubber bullets! And the French actually reelected this rich, snooty, arrogant, selfish fiend, a “former” employee of the Rothschild Bank of France!

Here is the problem with the beautiful dream and vision called “democracy,” with “demokratia”: Most of the demos, “the People,” are either cowards or criminals.
