THE END OF CZECHOSLOVAKIA AND THE POUNCE ON PRAGUE

*** I wish to make it clear that while even huge admirers of Hitler (such as the fervent NS Bochaca, or my late friend Hans Schmidt, a Waffen-SS veteran) criticized the German takeover of Czechoslovakia between September 1938 and March 1939, they were missing a vital piece of the puzzle.
I knew, as did the American jews such as Oppenheimer and Einstein, that the ATOMIC BOMB could be decisive in the coming and inevitable war.
Well, guess what? The Czechs had massive amounts of uranium to make THE BOMB!
We Germans simply HAD to gain control of the Czech area to get at it — and do so in a top-secret manner!

Three hours after the signing of the Munich Agreement, Poland sent an ultimatum to Czechoslovakia. It was received by the new Prime Minister, Dr. Hacha, since PM Benes had resigned. According to this ultimatum, if in 24 hours the Czech administration, police and army had not evacuated Teschen, the Polish Army would invade the area.
The Czechs yielded immediately. That very day they abandoned Teschen, which was then annexed to Poland. The four signatory powers of the Munich Agreement — did not intervene.

For all the problems Italy — actually its military, controlled by the king, not by Mussolini!!!!!! — later on caused for the German war effort, during WWII, Benito Mussolini 100% acted to help Germany and Hitler at Munich.
Czechoslovakia had been designed at the Versailles Conference in 1919 to be a sharp dagger, pointed by France and Soviet Russia at the German Reich.
The completely artificial country of Czechoslovakia was dissolved. The two million Sudeten and Moravian Germans, the Slovaks, the Poles, the Ukrainians and especially the many Hungarians forced in this fake construct and faux nation had never, EVER wanted to be a part of it. Czechoslovakia was a jewish creation concocted to endanger Germany.

It is true that they had guaranteed the boundaries established in Munich, but such a guarantee cannot exceed the wishes of the guaranteed entity. The Prague government did not even ask to be supported against the Poles, who indeed presented their demands in brutal fashion, as a fait accompli and giving a clearly insufficient time limit in their ultimatum. The Munich signatories understood that you cannot go against nature and that Czechoslovakia could only subsist in its new form as long as the other huge ethnic group, the Slovaks, wanted it to.
Chamberlain and Daladier had been received enthusiastically on their return to London and Paris. Peace had been saved! Except for the influential minority of the members of the war clan, there was not a single English or French citizen who wanted to go to war to save a tyrant like Benes. A furious Churchill recounts (89) that a vociferous mob applauded Chamberlain and Daladier on their return from Munich. It was certainly a depressing display of actual democracy for such a dapper pseudo-democrat as Churchill. He had spent his life praising the benefits of democracy, only to qualify contemptuously as a “vociferous mob” people who did not want to follow him to war, gore, blood and tears.
Meanwhile other “democrats,” the Soviet Russians, had received the news of the Munich Agreement with holy indignation, and Chamberlain had been burned in effigy in Red Square in Moscow.
The Soviet-jewish foreign minister, Litvinov, officially attended this democratic Soviet “voodoo” ceremony. As far as we know, the British Government did not file a diplomatic protest (90). Can you imagine the hubbub in the world media if, for example, Leon Blum had been burned in effigy in Berlin when the Franco-Soviet Pact was signed?

The attack by Poland on Czechoslovakia – “carried out with the voraciousness of a hyena,” wrote the journalist Henri De Kérillls – was the coup de grace for the Czechoslovak state. If the Anschluss [annexation] of the Sudetenland to Germany represented to the powers in Prague the loss of forty percent of the country’s industry and a third (the most industrious third, meaning the Germans) of the population, the loss of Teschen, more importantly than its strategic or economic interest, meant that Czechoslovakia did not inspire anyone with respect.
And so, even though in Paris the attitude of Poland caused great disgust and inspired many diatribes against the rulers of Warsaw – whom the necessities of high politics, a few months later, would require be represented as democrats, heroes, victims and martyrs – suddenly there were new concerns.
Hungary noted that, contrary to its promises and agreements signed in Munich, Czechoslovakia did not grant internal administrative autonomy to its Magyar minority. Consequently Hungary turned to the governments of the Four Great Powers, urging them to compel Prague to carry out its promises. But the Czechoslovak state definitively collapsed on October 6, when Slovakia proclaimed its autonomy within the Czechoslovak state.
Prague recognized the Slovak autonomous government, led by the Catholic priest, Father Tiso. On October 10, in Uzhorod, an autonomous Carpathian–Ukrainian government was formed, chaired by Andrej Brody, who was also instantly recognized by Prague.
A week later, however, Brody was arrested by the Czech police. Dr. Hacha, who had replaced Benes as head of state, sent a Czech general, Leo Prchala, to Bratislava, naming him a member of the Slovak Government.
The measure was unconstitutional. On March 10 Prague struck another blow against the autonomous regimes that its Constitution guaranteed; the government of Carpathian Ukraine was removed en bloc.
A day later Father Tiso, President of the autonomous government of Slovakia, was arrested, along with two of his ministers. The Slovaks poured onto the streets in Bratislava, and there were many dead and wounded on both sides.
Under pressure from the street, Prague released Tiso, charging him to form a government, but he refused, as Czech soldiers were occupying Slovakia and Leo Prchala was still a mandatory member of the Slovak government. Meanwhile, three Czechoslovak state central governments formed by Hácha fell within a month.
Despite representing an important segment of the population, Karmassín, leader of the German minority in Bohemia (in Prague alone there were about two hundred thousand Germans) was not called to hold any position in the three governments, despite being entitled to it, according to the Czechoslovak Constitution.
Hitler interpreted all these measures by Prague as a violation of the Munich Agreement, in which he had recognized the new Czech borders upon the express condition that the Czechs would “solve the issue of national minorities by peaceful means, constitutionally and without oppression.” So when, on March 14, 1939, Hungarian troops entered the regions of Ungvár and Munkács, Berlin recognized the annexation. Two days later, the Hungarians occupied the Carpatho-Ukrainian region, immediately establishing an autonomous government presided over by Brody.
On March 17, Slovakia proclaimed its full independence. The Czechoslovak State had crumbled. It no longer existed.
Poland too had re-mobilized and massed its troops on the Czech border. Slovakia and Ruthenia (Carpathian Ukraine) placed themselves under the protection of the Reich. I.e., they retained their full sovereignty but signed agreements with Berlin that placed them, in exchange for Germany’s political and military protection, within the orbit of Germanic influence.
There followed, inevitably, border frictions between the Czechs on the one hand, and Slovaks and Poles on the other. In view of the aggravation of the situation, Dr. Hácha and his Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chavlkovsky, asked to be received by Hitler. The latter berated them for their constant breaches of the Munich Agreement on the question of national minorities and announced that early the next morning German troops would enter Bohemia and Moravia.
Hácha fainted on hearing these words and had to be treated by the Führer’s own doctor. Upon regaining consciousness, his first action was to communicate the news to Prague and stipulate that no resistance should be offered. Dr. Hácha then signed a document in which he “put the fate of the nation and the Czech people in the hands of the Führer of Germany.” Hitler promised to “admit the Czech people into the protection of the Reich and guarantee it an independent development suited to its national traits.” (91).
We, at least, have no doubt at all that the document signed by Dr. Hácha was not drafted by him. Hácha went to Berlin to get a kind of protection – and in politics protection means dependence – similar to that obtained Slovaks and Ruthenians. But he found himself presented with the fait accompli of a “protectorate”, similar to that in which Morocco found itself at that time in relation to France and Spain. Hitler was irritated, with good reason, with Prague, and wanted to make it pay.
This was, by all lights, a political mistake. Attributable to Hitler? Attributable to von Ribbentrop? We believe, frankly, that it was both, but especially the former. We have said, and we repeat, that we find it hard to believe that Hitler himself did not draft the document signed by Hácha. For us it is very clear. Dr. Hácha was a liberal; a liberal does not talk about “Destiny” in this historical circumstance. A liberal does not refer to the nation and the people, differentiating between them. Finally, a Head of State who is going to ask for protection does not faint when the “protector” announces that his troops will cross the border to ensure order.
We have written elsewhere:
“André-François Poncet, who cannot be described as a Germanophile, said: The Slovaks and Ruthenians had obtained the autonomy that the Czechoslovak State Constitution itself permitted them. But the Czechs refused to consider them as autonomous entities. For Hitler to wipe Czechoslovakia off the map it was sufficient for him to take sides with the Slovaks and Ruthenians, and when both were under the legal protection of Berlin, the Czechs found themselves legally absolutely alone. It is therefore evident that the Munich Agreement was violated first by Prague, and not by Berlin. “(92)
But, on the other hand, the Munich Agreement stated that the Four Powers undertook to consult each other to resolve issues of common interest. Hitler should, then, before admitting Slovaks and Ruthenians under his protection, have consulted with England and France. When he perceived that the Czechoslovak attitude, openly violating the Munich Agreement, was directed from London by Benes (who had exiled himself there voluntarily) and the English war clan, and from Moscow by Clement Gottwald (93), he should have contacted the English and French prime ministers. And when the Slovaks and Ruthenians placed themselves under his protection he should have notified them that they must place themselves under the protection of London and Paris as well.
Similarly, when Poland took control of Teschen manu militari, Berlin should have prevented it. Of course, London and Paris should have done the same, and yet they remained unperturbed. What would have happened if Berlin had scrupulously observed the Munich Agreement? It would have been very difficult for the English and French governments to let the situation continue to escalate, ignoring complaints by Tiso, Volozin, the Hungarians and Hitler, without “losing face” before the world.
Hitler did not need to hurry, since the bulk of the Germans in the Sudetenland had been rescued from Czech control and were not in danger. But he wanted to solve the problem in his own way, and the Czechoslovak state exploded. We believe, with Paul Rassinier and with A.J.P. Taylor himself (94) that the so-called “pounce on Prague” was a political mistake.
Even though, as noted by the Führer, many Germans lived in Prague and had founded the first German university there, even though Bohemia and Moravia had formed part of German states for centuries, the fact remained that those territories could no longer be considered German lands. Until the “pounce on Prague,” Hitler could present himself with all justice, as a defender of the right of free disposition of peoples. After the “pounce on Prague,” this was no longer valid. Dr. Hácha himself appeared in Berlin, of his own free will, to be placed under the political orbit of the Reich, with the same conditions as the Slovaks and Ukrainians. Over time, and at peace, by simple socio-political osmosis, the Czech Republic (Bohemia-Moravia) would have merged with Germany. The rush, again, was a huge psychological and political mistake.
One cannot talk constantly of Europe – and, we believe, sincerely, as he would prove with facts – and then create, in the heart of Europe itself, a protectorate as if it were Berbers of Maghreb or a black tribe from Central Africa. In view of what we have written on previous pages, it is understandable that Hitler would be fed up with the politicians from “Chateau” Prague and not trust them. On a purely moral plane, or in private, one could even justify the famous “pounce on Prague.” On a political plane, absolutely not. For one simple reason: Hitler did not gain anything by it and instead lost strength in his position, hitherto impregnable, as champion of every people’s right to self-determination.
It is possible, however, that the reason Hitler moved to annex, even though merely as a protectorate, Bohemia and Moravia, was none other than a purely strategic evaluation of the situation. The “Czech aircraft carrier” (95) was a wedge of almost 1,000 square miles in the midst of Germany. At the same time, given the democratic internal structure of the Czechoslovakian rump-state (Bohemia-Moravia) Hitler had no guarantee that Dr. Hácha would not soon be replaced by a follower of Benes and problems once again arise, resurrecting the old “aircraft carrier” threat. This, after the Munich Agreement, would be very serious.
Indeed, the USSR rightly felt threatened by Germany. The threat could materialize as a direct military attack, as a political-economic blockade and/or as assistance, directly or indirectly, of Ukrainian nationalists by Berlin. This was described in borad outlines in Hitler’s own Mein Kampf, and after settling the outstanding issues with the West, Germany could then turn to the East.
In Munich a tacit agreement had been reached: Europe for the Europeans. Russia, out of discussions among Europeans.
England and France will stay out of Eastern Europe. Hungary and the new Slovakia will join the Reich in an anti-Communist political block, while Poland – whose relations with Germany are excellent and which has collaborated with the Reich in the dismemberment of Czechoslovakia – will accentuate its anti-Communist policy.
In the Central European block that is being erected against the USSR, led by Germany, the Czechoslovakia cooked up at Versailles is an obstacle. It is a pebble in the gears of the powerful war machine that is being forged. None of its neighbors regrets the disappearance of the artificial state, and Hitler – this time, yes – implements the policy of fait accompli. All the generals approve.
As for the German officials von Ribbentrop and von Neurath, the career diplomats – while not openly disapproving, they are not so sure. In any case, Czechoslovakia has disappeared, and the USSR feels itself more than ever in quarantine. ……the heroic SS man Rochus Misch (1917-2013) — and what I sadly told him about the early German atomic bomb
Rochus Misch was the last surviving German on Adolf Hitler’s staff.
After the death of Hitler’s personal adjutant Otto Günsche (2003), of his secretary Traudl Junge (2002), and Hitler’s personal camera man Walter Frentz (2004), Rochus Misch was the last still-living eyewitness of the action in the inner circle of the Third Reich.
I wrote Misch myself, the living on 123 Petunienweg (Petunia Way), Berlin 12357, Germany, because this hero, a simple man and a painter, unlike certain intellectuals, never dumped abuse on the Leader after the war to save his own neck.
Even Hitler Youth head Baldur von Schirach and the architect (and munitions minister) Albert Speer, two young men who owed Hitler everything, all their greatness, fame and success, joined the Jew enemy during the “Nuremberg War Crimes Trials” in denouncing their Leader. For that they got “just2 20 years IN THE SLAMMER and were not hanged like other top NS-German leaders.
But for Rochus Misch, this principle and promise was true for his entire life:
“Meine Ehre heisst Treue,” My honor is LOYALTY.
One can never expect any leader to be perfect, but no leader can succeed unless his men stay loyal and steadfast when the going gets tough!

Misch, a staff sergeant (SS-Oberscharführer) in the dining car of the Leader’s private train, code-named “Amerika”. He participated in the 1938 liberations of Austria and the Sudetenland and was severely wounded in the lung and arm on September 24, 1939 by a treacherous Polish soldier ” during the Poles’ surrender negotiations.
The gigantic division of 35,000 men to which Misch belonged was the Guards Division Adolf Hitler (“Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler”), here seen in color. It was very feared by the Allies.
Its resolute commander was the “Old Fighter” (early Hitler supporter) Sepp Dietrich of Bavaria.

Wedding photo with his wife Gerda, whom he married on December 31, 1942 and was very much in love with until her death in 1998; Hitler gave them a case of champagne (in German Sekt) and Eva Braun bestowed some nice baby clothes. Later, one daughter named Brigitte, long after the war, would go to on to marry ” and have children with ” an Israeli, even declared herself ludicrously to be Jewish . ¦ and the neo-German jewsmedia gloated. When the Soviets released Misch after eight years of torture, they dumped him at the East-West German border and he had to walk all the way to his wife in southern Germany.
Misch handled the switchboard in the Bunker from January 16, 1945, when Hitler took up quarters there, to the end.

From the 1960s on Misch gave interviews to media, the Israelis, the US Holocaust Museum, the NY Times, etc., but always refusing to apologize for Hitler. As an SS member he got no pension for his military and combat service, and became a house painter, as he once had learned to be in his apprenticeship as a teenager.
Rodney says Misch enjoyed standing in the parking lot where the Bunker had been located and greeting the curious vistors to the Bunker location, saying “I am Misch; I used to work in the Bunker!” He usually got an apprehensive reaction and then pulled out a photo of himself to prove it.
The judeo-German government bent over backwards to not let the Bunker site become a shrine. It is now the parking lot here. Rudolf Hess’s grave was dug up and the gravestone even of Hitler’s parents! (Their bodies are still there.)
Reinhard Heydrich is buried between two famous German generals, Scharnhorst and Gneisenau, in Berlin, but with no marker at all, as his son told Rodney Martin! The Judeo-German government will allow no marker for this very significant man, the Number-Two man of the SS!)

In the course of filming the movie “Valkyrie” with Tom Cruise, Misch was introduced to Tom Cruise, who, when he was told who Misch really was, said “I didn’t know you were going to bring EVIL here. I don’t like evil!” and stomped off so as to reassure his Jew masters of his loyalty.
Misch was disgusted with every Hollywood movie about life in the Bunker.
Misch helped with many films, but despised the film “Downfall” espeically because it portrayed Hitler as a short-tempered person, even as a raving maniac with a high-pitched voice who supposedly screamed at and bullied subordinates.

Also, the Bunker ( German-quality ;-)) never shook from artillery shells. It was a deep bunker, 200 feet down, and protected by a 12-foot-thick concrete and steel roof and eight-foot-thick side walls. It was as quiet as an art museum.

Hitler, to me, was always a completely normal person. He spoke completely normally to me. I lived together with him for five years. I only knew him as a wonderfully good boss, right? I could talk with him. He was always satisfied with us.

No, he was never authoritarian. And we were with him day and night; we knew him. He was never without us, day and night. If he wanted something in the night, his servant was asleep, so he called one of us. If he wanted to be awoken an hour later, or to call Eva ” anything. We just had a wonderful boss. We couldn’t have wished for better. When I was married he had a case of champagne delivered to my house, this one we’re sitting in [gestures to the surrounding rooms].

How do you feel about the attention paid to you in recent times?
I did six [interviews] for the Holocaust Museum in Washington. But that stays in the museum archives; it’s not for the public.
And then I did two times, two hours [of interviews] for the Goethe Institute in Tel Aviv. They collect that kind of thing. Not to show, just for a rainy day, I guess.
The BBC has filmed with me three times. They even went to Moscow and found the suicide request I wrote when I was a prisoner of the Soviets. They were really hardworking.
And some young people are making a documentary film about me ” I had to arrange for the woman who does my housekeeping to make a special visit, because they wanted to get some shots of her working around the house! There’s continual interest now. I can’t believe it.
Hitler just won’t die. And I’m the only one left to tell.

German Reich in 1943, 100 million people (today 67 million if that includes Austria)
In his book Der letzte Zeuge ( = “The Last Witness”] (which Rodney Martin informed me is supposed to come out in English in March 2014), Misch (book subtitle: “I was Hitler’s switchboard operator, messenger and bodyguard”) wrote regarding the German atomic bomb:

The Western Allies had threatened to gather 15,000 aircraft, in case we used the atomic bomb, down in North Africa and from there they would bombard Germany with poison gas.

The Allies had already demonstrated a total willingness to use vicious tactics and to violate the Hague Rules of War which they solemnly had signed. They has already killed one million German civilians by deliberate terror bombing, designed to cause civilian mass misery and terror.

That is exactly what this book in German by engineer Peter Brüchmann says, the son of an German wartime engineer who worked on the German A-Bomb. He says two German A-bombs were captured in Thuringia by General George Patton’s troops, and THEY are what the Americans dropped in August 1945 on Hiroshima and Nagasaki! The first truly US-built A-bomb was in 1947!
