Has Tucker been turned? Countering Tucker Carlson and the mainstream media’s vile abuse of Trump lawyers, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani

I am not a lawyer, nor have I studied how to practice the law – but on what planet is it necessary for attorneys to HAVE to name their witnesses and reveal their entire hand to the public before heading to trial?

Doesn’t playing one’s hand in front of the entire country undermine the effectiveness of your case?

This though is precisely what Tucker Carlson and others on the Left and now, Right wing of the Establishment media, are contending as they seemingly join forces to undermine the merits of Mr Giuliani and Ms Powell’s (see photo above) evidence-rich case.
.
Although our enemy will claim that as the court – and therefore the other side –  have seen the HUNDREDS of affidavits substantiating President Trump’s claim of widespread electoral fraud and Democratic malfeasance, there is no reason not to broadcast every last detail for the world to see.
.
That’s utter nonsense.

Witness statements and firsthand eye-witness testimony – which are often the ONLY evidence presented in successful murder prosecutions even (remember DNA testing is a new phenomenon) – are typically not presented in court until they’re needed because of the fact that it lessens impact, thus only serving to undermine the case.

In these particular lawsuits, which for all intents and purposes should be listed on the docket as “The American People vs The Political Establishment”, it makes even less sense to reveal all at this juncture in the proceedings!

Knowing how the mass media would immediately go into high gear do their utmost to cut down, slander and malign the witnesses, as well as try to influence the judges – who might be watching TV or reading the Washington Post themselves prior to even having seen the individual affidavits – would be about as prudent as letting your daughter run off with someone from the “southside” of town named Tre-shan. 😉

And knowing what we do about “doxing”, Antifa thuggery and the threat to the life, liberty and property of anyone that DARES questions Left wing notions, I think it is pretty clear why OUR witnesses NEED to remain as anonymous as possible, and for as long as possible,  and protected during the appeals process.

This is something that Mr Giuliani even mentioned on a podcast he spoke on that I heard this past week and a matter which Ms Powell has also since confirmed in an interview she did on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo and later Lou Dobbs, AFTER she was  maligned by Tucker Carlson.

These honorable people are literally putting their lives at risk, not solely because of the threat of violence they undoubtedly face, but because of the political climate we live in.

Recall how the Dems were going to hold people that enabled President Trump’s election “accountable”?

How they would see to it that they would never work again?

Not only are these witnesses fearful their homes will be torched by the Black Loots and Murder mob, but that they might get fired from their work, see their kids bullied by their teachers at school, and their lives destroyed because they chose to bravely speak out against corruption and fraud!

Just look at what happened to the two Republican election officers in Wayne Country, Michigan, who DARED question the legitimacy of imbalanced ballot count ledgers. They were attacked for being “racists”, their livelihoods and families were threatened and worse.

As it stands now, only the enemy’s lawyers, some court clerks and a handful of judges have seen the specific names and particulars of the witnesses and affiants, and they by law cannot reveal them.
.
Mr Giuliani, who to his credit has already given the media more than they bloody-well deserve, is therefore RIGHT to shield witness names.

As someone who prosecuted the Mob, he understands the importance of protecting the witness. What we are up against here is in essence the political equivalent of the Mob, and this leftist, COMMUNIST crew is NO less dangerous.

But, nah Tucker, forget all that! Their claims MUST be false and Trump therefore must also be lying for Mr Giuliani and his associate Sidney Powell (pictured above), to want to protect the identity of the brave men and women who’ve risked their lives for the good of our country.

I think a man that successfully prosecuted the Mob, corrupt cops and gangster Democrat politicians in what was once the world’s most notorious city (before his arrival on the political scene), as Mr Rudy Giuliani did for decades, knows how to ply his own trade.
.
As Mr Giuliani said during a recent presser, affidavits equal evidence – and,boy, does he have a Detroit ballot box full of affidavits to hit ’em with.
.
As much good as Tucker has done for the silent majority over the past four years (recall Tucker supported the Iraq war before it became unpopular to do so-you and I didn’t), who is he to question Giuliani’s integrity and honor at this juncture?

Aren’t there far more disloyal and corrupt men out there in both parties to question?

By age 30, while Carlson was slumming it at some wealthy prep school in his bow tie and khakis, Rudy Giuliani was the US government’s third-highest-ranking prosecutor – working tirelessly to tear down corrupt unions, nail crooked cops, lock up Democrat officials, Mafia hitmen, sex- and drug traffickers and the very worst “white-collar” criminals on Wall Street.

“Carlson attended La Jolla [near San Diego, California] Country Day School, and grew up in a home overlooking the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club.”

This, again, while Giuliani, raised on the mean streets of Democrat-controlled Brooklyn, was prosecuting crooked cops, bent labor union bosses, corrupt Democrat councilmen and murderous Mafiosi.

And just how honorably bad-ass was Rudy as a prosecutor and mayor?

One of the federal cases Giuliani prosecuted in the 1970s came after he and his colleagues convinced New York Police detective Robert Leuci, to work undercover within the force to report back about police corruption. He saved the city tens of millions of dollars, put drug dealers out of commission and made cops know they had better behave themselves.
.
A staggering fifty-two New York cops, in fact, were indicted on corruption-related allegations based on the evidence.

Giuliani then won a conviction against Brooklyn-area U.S. Congressman Bertram Podell, a Democrat who served several months in federal prison for accepting a $41,000 bribe”.  All this before he set his sights on the NY metropolitan area’s Mafia.

After reading Mob boss Joseph Bonanno’s 1983 memoir ‘A Man of Honor’, in which Bonanno described meetings with bosses of the other four families — Colombo, Gambino, Genovese and Lucchese — a national ruling body referred to as “the Commission”, Giuliani approached his seniors in DC, who although reluctant at first (out of fear), handed this valiant warrior for the law their permission to pursue a case against “the Commission”.

He then went on to nail the Mob to the wall, just as he had done to those 52 dirty cops one year earlier, dragging the vile crooks through the courts and exhausting their time and resources in the longest federal trial in history.

After winning NYC’s mayorship, the Giuliani’s administration went on to reduce violent and other “serious” crime in New York City by over 56 percent.

He did so by ruthlessly going after drug lords and violent criminals. His success as Mayor included a 66% decline in murders, 54% reduction in rape and 70% drop in shootings.

Ya have a news anchor or host that can beat that, CNN and FOX News?

Hmmm?

I thought not. 😉

During the 1990s Giuliani regularly ordered police sweeps to get rid of low-level drug dealers in Lower Manhattan, much to the delight of the city’s poorest people, who have to live in these rat-infested, Democrat-run communities, just as his valiant efforts are also now being applauded by our nation’s poorest and most patriotic people.
.
But because the man is a bit slovenly in his older age, letting, God forbid, a little makeup or hair color drip from his face during a press conference,  that means he must be lying! That’s Anno Domini 2020 logic for you.
.
Giuliani is a national treasure and should not be abused as he has been these past few months. What I have witnessed amounts to elder abuse and abject treason from where I am standing.
.
So, why has Tucker had a sudden change of heart? There are three possible reasons. I expect I will write about this in the weeks ahead so I will make this aspect of this piece, brief.
.
1. Fox has told him if he wants to remain on-air and not end up like the honorable Judge Jeanine Pirro, he had better toe the line. Although Carlson’s ratings are phenomenal, most of Fox’s blue-chip advertisers have already pulled the plug on Tucker’s slot when it was revealed he was a (quietly pro-white-rights) “ray-cis”.

2. Tucker and/or his wife wants to enjoy their lives again after all this is said and done. For months, since Antifa began targeting his family, Tucker has been all but hiding out in rural Maine, where he attempted to build a television/recording studio inside an old government building, before his bid on the place was shut down, and planning permission rescinded. Tucker’s wife, in particular, also just might want her old life back. Perhaps she has been told she can have that, if her hubby complies. Just look how the Left wing media ran with Tucker’s on-air criticism of Trump attorney, Sidney Powell. Perhaps the Carlsons think they will be gifted a second chance, as John Bolton has, if they quit backing Trump and start treating his high-level supporters and representatives with disdain.

Since writing the bulk of this story I learned (I just now learned, in fact) that Ms Powell returned Carlson’s call on behalf of Rudy Giuliani and the team in the hours before he went on the attack, as well as sent him a new, exclusive and “highly damning” affidavit that had “yet to be attached to a specific pleading” so as “to help him to understand the evidence presented in the case better”.

She also offered to have a statistician appear on Carlson’s program to explain how Biden’s result was simply IMPOSSIBLE.

She then, quite shockingly, claimed that Carlson berated and shouted at her, “insulted her”, was “demanding and rude,” and that she subsequently asked him “not to contact her again”.

Very disturbing.

3. Anne Coulter recently penned an article, which John covered last week here on jdn.com, where Coulter was quoted as saying that America and the GOP need Trumpism, but not Trump. John believes that Tucker might have his eye on the White House in 2024 or at least want to manoeuvre himself into a position where he can attain that goal in the years to come.

Replacing Trump as the face and head of the party sooner than later does make sense. Tucker is, after all, a relatively young man.

Whatever his reasoning, he needs to stop. He will never be forgiven by the Left, his wife won’t be allowed back at the club anyway, and if he turns on our President in is darkest hour, he’ll be dead meat to the 70 million Americans who voted for President Trump and who believe in a strange concept called “loyalty.”
