It seems strange that a German-language publication would be run by a jew in Texas. But
American and Israeli jews have bought up much of the German and Austrian media, and control the rest via advertizing — and their threat to yank their ads over truthful articles.

Maybe this fitness guy who croaked — supposedly — of Covid-19 was doing steroids, or who knows what health issues he may have been hiding for professional reasons?

I met a MTU [Michigan Tech] graduate (BS in engineering, and an MBA) yesterday in Houghton, the bartender at the D[] restaurant and bar near the lift bridge on Shelden Avenue, a healthy young guy about 29 years old named []. He and I talk every time I go in there.

He had Covid himself, felt very sick for six days, and is fine now. He had had pneumonia once and the flu twice, he told me, and he asserted that, for him, Covid was “worse than the flu.”

So this 1) young guy with 2) noco-morbidities had it and survived.

Covid is a kind of flu that kills the very sick (especially with lung disease and diabetes) and the elderly.

I asked Margi’s oncologist, Dr. [] (this was the last appt. with him, since he is leaving for a new position in []) about Covid and masks.

“An MD in Ohio said masks are ridiculous for Covid becaus they only keep out bacteria, which are relatively large, not viruses, which are 100 times smaller. She said the pores in the N-95 surgical mask are 100 times bigger than a virus.”

Dr, [] did not deny it, made an argument about pores that I found weak, and switched the subject. He told about a med-school colleague in Florida whose wife just died “of Covid.”

I asked “of Covid, Dr. [] — or with Covid?”

Turns out, as he said, that she was very overweight and had advanced diabetes.

Let us now recall that the Establishment has lied about so many grave things in the past.

We want to say this as gently as possible, but it may not be possible to say it without firmness.
Stop.
Just stop. Stop and breathe. There is absolutely nothing more urgent or important and interesting or essential than those moments when you allow yourself to embrace and be embraced by the force of life.
So, the thing to do is stop. Stop, and then breathe. Breathe even if it hurts. Esecially if it hurts. And then keep breathing and it will loosen and lighten some. Look around you for something in which you can rejoice. It matters not at all what it is.

Simply breathe and look for anything that makes you smile, makes you laugh, makes you gladden.
Yay! — the roof is on. The day before the first snow!
You see, there is a rather wild and frenetic energy abroad that is actually designed to shut down all functions of the heart. As you (or others, and they are myriad) are sucked into the vortex of this energy, the impulse is to control. Something, anything.
Control is sought through the mind. Fear rises up when the prospect of being out of control becomes a possibility. Suddenly you can fnd yourself wondering if you even have a heart.
The only indication for many is a distant ache, something that says all is not right.
And that prompts the fear, which puts just a litle more distance between heart and consciousness.
So you see it is possible to be running around like crazy trying to order your world and in so doing, to separate yourself from all you have always wanted.
The only thing to do is stop. If you think you are stopped, then this is good. Breathe and look for gratitude, joy and hope. If these elude you, then go backwards and breathe a litle more. There may just be something between you and your heart. And then look again for something small you can be glad of.
Perhaps you are not affected by all that is happening in the world around. If so, you are indeed fortunate, and for that alone, you can give great thanks.
But remember that there are a lot of you, planet-wide, who are under incredible pressure right now. Many will crack. If you want to pass through this time, it is critical that you learn to stop and breathe and rejoice. Today is a grand day to practice.
We love you and remind you that all is well. The experiences you are enduring are real in one sense, and yet they are transient and if you refuse them meaning, they will not take you down.
