Talk about a turncoat.
.
Donald Trump’s longtime friend has taken to mainstream media, as Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney and John Bolton have before him, to condemn the President’s efforts to expose widespread voter fraud.
.
But this should not surprise anyone that knows anything about Christie. Although as Governor of New Jersey he was undeniably effective at battling teachers’ unions and standing up for the taxpayer against corrupt union public sector bosses, the former New Jersey Governor is truly one of the vilest men you will EVER encounter. He is as ugly on the inside as he is on the outside – if that’s humanly possible.
.
On social issues, the former prosecutor turned DC lobbyist who now moonlights as an ABC News political analyst – a man who’s literally one Jersey “Pork Roll” sub away from a massive coronary – is a North East liberal to his core.
.
When it comes to foreign policy and favoring the elite though, he is 100% Neocon scumbag.
.
Just imagine if warmongers like George W Bush (Christie was in fact Bush’s campaign lawyer in New Jersey, as well as one of Bush’s top fundraisers for his 2000 presidential campaign) also supported abortion, gay adoption, stricter gun laws and busing.
That’s Chris Christie.
.
Here are a few examples of WHO Chris Christie REALLY is.
.
In 2013, Christie signed New Jersey state legislation allowing unauthorized immigrants who’d attended school for at least three years, and subsequently graduated from high school, to be eligible for the State’s resident-rates at New Jersey State universities and community colleges.
.
Again, these are ILLEGAL immigrants. By allowing them to basically attend NJ State schools like Rutgers University free of charge INCENTIVIZES them remaining in the state illegally, costs already over-taxed Jerseyites a veritable fortune and enables illegals to live and “eat” free of charge on the back of the taxpayer for as long as 6 years after graduating high school. Not to mention how unfair it is to people LEGALLY living in the State.
.
Christie also supports and campaigned for civil unions for same-sex couples, as well as fought a lengthy battle to outlaw gay-conversion therapy for children (this helps kids who feel gay at times to reconnect with their hetero feelings and not choose the gay path) – making New Jersey ONLY the second state in the union to institute such a draconian law — a law that can literally result in Christian parents LOSING their kids to the state if they violate it.
.
Like the aforementioned Mitt Romney, Christie is also a major flip-flopper.
.
Early in his political career, Christie was “pro-choice”, stating in an interview in 2006 that “I would call myself a kind of a non-thinking pro-choice person, kind of the default position when it comes to abortion”.
.
Later, when he was cozying up to evangelical supporters of former President Bush while running the warmonger’s NJ fundraising drive and then contemplating running as a Republican for US President in 2016 – something he would fail at miserably – Christie declared he was “anti-abortion”, opposing abortion in most instances, even vetoing funding for Planned Parenthood while serving as New Jersey’s governor. Although I agree with defunding Planned Parenthood, his about-face on abortion is not only sickening but shows the man for the fraud he is.
.
And he is certainly no friend of the Second Amendment either. When announcing his candidacy for Governor in 2009 Christie said he supported aggressive enforcement of the state’s existing gun laws – which are already some of the strictest in the country.
.
As per Wikipedia,
.
New Jersey’s firearms laws are among the most restrictive in the country. To purchase a handgun, a separate permit is needed from the Chief of Police of their municipality, or the Superintendent of State Police if the municipality does not have a local police department. A permit is required for each handgun to be purchased and expires after 90 days but may be extended for an additional 90 days at the discretion of the Chief of Police or Superintendent of State Police.
.
These, like the initial Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FID), are provided to applicants on a shall-issue basis. They require in-depth application questioning, multiple references and background checks via the State Bureau of Identification and New Jersey State Police; however, authorities do not have discretion and must issue permits to applicants who satisfy the criteria described in the statutes. Reasons for denial include being convicted of a crime (equivalent to a felony) or disorderly person’s offense (equivalent to a misdemeanor) in the case of domestic violence. (yes even a misdemeanor of the conviction is for a domestic dispute).
.
NJ law states that Firearms Identification approval and/or handgun purchase permit(s) must be issued within 30 days. However, this is not always adhered to with some applicants waiting months to receive their permits. (I’ve heard it can be as long as eight months.) Applicants are able to appeal the denial of permits. The Firearm Purchaser ID card is also required to purchase handgun ammunition at dealers in the state. “Handgun ammunition” is interpreted as any caliber that can be used in a handgun, therefore some calibers that are typically used in rifles and shotguns require one to show a FPIC to purchase. (Yes, you read that right)
.
Private firearm transfers require a background check conducted through a federally licensed gun dealer. The dealer is required to keep a record of the sale. There are limited exceptions, including for transfers between members of an immediate family and for law enforcement officers. (Ah, so cops can buy as many guns as they want unencumbered, but civilians can’t.)
.
Open carry is allowed in New Jersey, however only with a permit to carry a handgun and is generally not practiced except by security officers and others who carry firearms on duty. While it is technically legal to carry long guns with a valid Firearm Purchaser ID card, it is generally frowned upon by law enforcement, except when hunting. One can expect to be detained and questioned in most places if carrying in this manner.”
.
Although Christie became more pro-Second Amendment upon being elected, he once again made a U-Turn when it became politically expedient to do so. In January 2018, during his final days as Governor of New Jersey, Christie signed legislation making bump stocks completely illegal in the state.
.
In 2013, he chose not to defend a legal challenge to a New Jersey law requiring individuals to prove an urgent threat of violence before getting permits to carry handguns.
How do you prove someone made a verbal threat to you when you were alone with them? And why must there be a specific threat if you live in a recognized crime jungle like Newark, New Jersey?
.
As bad as Christie is as a human being, how he has now turned on the man he endorsed in 2016, in Donald Trump’s darkest hour, is what has angered me the most.
.
Many of you might recall that Christie was one of the FIRST people to endorse the President back in 2016. President Trump, in fact, brought Christie into his inner circle. Things, though, went sour when Trump appointed William Barr as Attorney General, a role Christie was “starving” to fill, and then when Christie began working for the Fake News Media, as stated above.
.
Just this past week, Christie has been all over the media trashing President Trump, stating that the President should “end his legal fights challenging the results of the election and concede to president-elect Joe Biden.”
.
Here’s the rest of what the man had to say.
.
“You have an obligation to present the evidence; the evidence has not been presented,” Christie also said, describing Trump’s legal team as a “national embarrassment” and Powell’s explosive but TRUTHFUL assertions as “outrageous conduct.”
.
“Listen, I’ve been a supporter of the President, I voted for him twice but elections have consequences and we cannot continue to act as if something happened here that didn’t happen,” Christie explained on “This Week with George Stephanopoulos.”
.
“They allege fraud outside of the courtroom but when they go inside the courtroom they don’t plead fraud and they don’t argue fraud,” Christie said, adding “you have an obligation to present the evidence; the evidence has not been presented.”
.
On Saturday a Federal judge in Pennsylvania dismissed a lawsuit by Trump’s campaign that sought to block that state’s certification of millions of votes. The judge’s decision is another brick in the crumbling edifice that is Trump’s already long-shot bid to be re-elected.
.
“Sidney Powell accusing Governor Brian Kemp of a crime on television, yet being unwilling to go on TV and defend and lay out the evidence that she supposedly has”, is “outrageous conduct,” Christie said.
.
The former Governor and federal prosecutor slammed Trump’s legal team as a “national embarrassment.”
