At this point in our subjugation I think that it is fair to say that ANY broad mainstream push for lifestyle change should be attributed entirely to malice, and viewed as a direct attempt to harm and subjugate us.

These agendas pushed by our elite have been constructed to harm, not help us.
.
To know we are being lied to, and that the advancement of liberal “causes” have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with societal well-being, simply ask yourself why the doomsday cult screeching how we’re all going to die if we don’t stop burning fossil fuels, have had nothing to say about NATO’s bombing of the Nordstream pipeline,
.
.
….and the hundreds of billions of dollars worth of our weapons literally EXPLODING over eastern Europe. Do exploding radioactive munitions [“depleted uranium”] and the intentional release of hundreds of thousands of tons of methane and CO2 [from  the leaking, destroyed pipepline] not ALSO pose a risk to our planet, and cause…..muh “climate change”?
.
Huh, Greta? AOC?
.
I personally have no idea if the monstrous Nordstream pipeline bombing and decades-long warmongering against Russia will result in climate change.
.
What I do know however is that if the release of hundreds of thousands of metric tons of toxic gas into the Baltic isn’t worthy of one mention in the MSM, then my eating a cheeseburger and having a fourth kid won’t hurt the planet either.
.
I also know that the actions of our governments has been catastrophic for the well-being of our planet.
.
Simply picturing the amount of radioactive pollution now drifting across Europe because Joe Biden was installed into office, and thinking about the hundreds of thousands of dead slavic men left to rot in Eastern Ukraine, sends shivers down my spine and makes my blood boil….
.
Nature Today writes that, “It is estimated that more than 115,000 tons of natural gas/methane (CH4) were released over the course of six days and contributed greenhouse gas emissions comparable to approximately 15 million tons of CO2—or one third of the Danish total CO2 annual emissions) thus contributing to global warming.”
.
And it’s even worse than they are letting on, as these estimates fail to mention that when UNBURNT methane is propelled into the atmosphere, it creates a global warming effect 30 times greater than released-carbon dioxide that results from BURNT methane (natural gas).
.
Unsurprisingly, this is not something I discovered researching the impact of America’s terrorist attack on the Nordstream pipeline, but rather in articles aimed at discouraging….drum roll….meat consumption!! These were in fact studies both AOC and Greta Thunberg referenced in speeches discussing the importance of the vegetarian diet.
.
Seems “cow flatulence” is sooooo bad for us — while the bombing of the Nordstream pipeline isn’t.
.
Go figure….
.
The United Nations Environment Programme, in a study conducted on “sustainability” (go figure….), also claims that methane is 80 times worse for the planet than Co2 at accelerating climate change.
.
Again, methane is PRECISELY what was released when our government bombed Nordstream 2.
.
Yet, there was nary a mention of the pipeline in this particular study either….
.
Whether one believes climate change is real or not, it is fair to assert that the actions of our government in Ukraine and the Baltic are having a devastating impact on the health of our planet and the lives of millions of innocent people.
.
Just as climate change fearmongering, and the taxation and authoritarian regulation enacted to “combat” it have absolutely nothing to do with the planet’s well-being, (the weaponization of) the agenda to encourage vegetarianism has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with improving our collective health.
.
In fact our remaining health is the very LAST priority in our oppressors’ dastardly plans for us.
.
If the elite cared about our well-being they:
.
1. would NOT have created Covid in a lab.
2. would have allowed us to use life-saving therapeutics during the initial phase of the cull.
3. would NOT have mandated the clot shot, especially for young people with no risk of dying from Covid.
4. would not have locked us in our homes for the better part of two long years which resulted in increased incidence of cancer because of almost no cancer screening, suicide, alcoholism, domestic violence, depression, obesity etc .
.
The same can be said for the push for global vegetarianism, a movement that is being packaged as beneficial for humanity, when it is anything but.
.
Weaponised vegetarianism
.
While some people on our planet have always opted out of eating meat – and should not be condemned for doing so if it’s an organic choice – vegetarianism is alien to people of European descent, and IMO should remain as such.
.
Our eating meat is directly linked to our historic ability to not only dominate the world both mentally and physically, as some lefties also assert, but to invent every last thing of importance on it!
.
I am going to go out on a limb here and say that no one who has ever invented anything worth a grain of salt, did so after drinking a glass of processed soy milk and chowing down on avocado bruschetta.
.
That doesn’t mean that individuals consuming a meatless diet can’t be smart or strong as anecdotally, there will always be anomalies and exceptions to any rule.
.
*** JdN any list of famous vegetarians would have to include:
.
Adolf Hitler, Nikola Tesla, Leonardo da Vinci, Desmond Doss (US Army combat medic, Medal of Honor recipient, subject of a Mel Gibson movie “Hacksaw Ridge”)

….George Harrison, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr of the Beatles….Cy Young, baseball pitcher, Zarathustra, founder of Zoroastrianism, Pythagoras, George Bernard Shaw, Voltaire….

***
Novak Djokovic, for example – during the height of his reign in tennis – consumed a predominantly vegetarian diet. We all know how great a man he is.
All 80-90 pounds of Gandhi was vegetarian as well.
But, generally speaking, these are the exceptions to the rule that meat is good for mind, body and general health, not the rule.
Eating meat on a societal level, has been good to us and, conversely, vegetarianism has been catastrophic to societies whether they have opted out of eating meat because of a lack of resources or for misguided religious reasons.
A prime example of this would be the impact that vegetarianism has had on emasculated Hindus – a race of people who have been conquered by everyone and their grandmother for well over a thousand years. I believe that the Hindu aversion to meat, and the catastrophic impact which the traditional Indian vegetarian diet has had on that religion’s adherent’s bodies, has been largely responsible for the abuses they were subjected to by the meat-eating invaders that subjugated them.
.

It should come as no surprise that a battle-weary sect of fed-up Indian Hindus — who commenced eating meat during the bloody 16th century — are now that nation’s the strongest group.
The Sikhs are about the only Indians ever able to withstand the imperial advances of the invading Mughal hordes from the north and west, and one of the first things they changed when morphing from effete Hindus to warlike Sikhs was moving from a vegetarian diet to one based on meat!
That and the sorts of silly common sense-ravaging rituals Hindus engage in, was the first thing to go when Hindus from the Punjab realised they were about to be subjugated by meat-eating, scimitar-wielding Islamo-barbarians.
The best diet for defending one’s homeland and family against evil, as well as for maintaining a healthy 21st century life, is a balanced omnivorous one  – based around meat consumption and the gathering of foods indigenous to one’s homeland.
We are hunter-gatherers, after all, not bovines.
Grain, a grass, is meant for cows!
We have canines, and our teeth look an awful lot like those found in bears, not the ones found in rabbits.
Although chimpanzees – a primate species which human vegetarians often cite as proof “we too should be vegetarians” – DO as frugivores eat more fruit than meat, it’s recently been uncovered that male chimps eat meat regularly!!
.
.
Dominant male chimps, “alphas,” in fact, eat LOTS of meat, and much more than the weaker males and females left at home when the alphas go out on their hunts. The scientists that uncovered the nitrogen-based isotope evidence (https://www.pnas.org/post/journal-club/adult-male-chimps-regularly-eat-meat-unlike-other-chimps), fearful of the ramifications their work might have on left-wing gender theory – comically addressed this issue in their abstract, all but apologising for their discovery, writing:
“Although these findings might suggest otherwise, given controversies over the origins of such differences, “our suggestion that our data implies that sex differences may have persisted throughout human evolution may be contentious to some,” Fahy notes.”
Haha. Imagine having to write shit like this in a scientific paper! Liberalism is truly a demonic religion, and an unbendingly dogmatic one at that. Too much….
Why chimps eat less meat than humans might also have something to do with why they are not quite as evolved. Harvesting meat and hunting requires ingenuity and opens non-obligate carnivores up to danger they can avert by chilling atop a tree branch picking bananas.
That the strongest male chimps do eat meat, and choose to horde their kill for themselves when they are out on the hunt (see PNAS article), demonstrates my earlier assertion.
Read the following inconvenient abstract from the aforenoted study, the next time your neighbourhood crippled Jewish vegan dyke selling the lie that the sexes are the same, opens her trap.
“Observations of hunting and meat eating in our closest living relatives, chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes), suggest that among primates, regular inclusion of meat in the diet is not a characteristic unique to Homo [early man].
Wild chimpanzees are known to consume vertebrate meat, but its actual dietary contribution is, depending on the study population, often either unknown or minimal. Constraints on continual direct observation throughout the entire hunting season mean that behavioral observations are limited in their ability to accurately quantify meat consumption. Here we present direct stable isotope evidence supporting behavioral observations of frequent meat eating among wild adult male chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes verus) in Taï National Park, Côte d’Ivoire.
.
Meat-eating among some of the male chimpanzees is significant enough to result in a marked isotope signal detectable on a short-term basis in their hair keratin and long-term in their bone collagen. Although both adult males and females and juveniles derive their dietary protein largely from daily fruit and seasonal nut consumption, our data indicate that some adult males also derive a large amount of dietary protein from hunted meat.
.
Our results reinforce behavioral observations of male-dominated hunting and meat eating in adult Taï chimpanzees, suggesting that sex differences in food acquisition and consumption may have persisted throughout hominin evolution, rather than being a recent development in the human lineage.”

Bottom line: a diet should primarily consist of protein and collagen-rich meat, nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables rich in fiber, berries, cooked tomatoes, spices like turmeric, olive oil, butter and meat fat, fermented meats, cheeses and vegetables that promote healthy gut flora (which in turn are pivotal in avoiding inflammatory disorders and cancer) and other nutrient-rich foods that fill you with power….not flatulence, oestrogen and soy :))).
Some of the foods I’ve listed are NOT indigenous to the lands in which we reside, however as they are beneficial to our health, and we have the means to harvest them from abroad, so they too are fine.
What is not fine is a reliance on processed foods filled with soy, manufactured sugar, hydrogenated fats and grain….the sorts of foods both meat eaters and vegetarians consume now.
In fact, if a vegan tells you that his diet is more natural than yours because he nibbles on carrots for breakfast, ask him/her about the industrial supplements they’re on to compensate for their iron deficiencies or the number of man-made ingredients in their “fake meat” and veggie burgers.
These people, as much as they lead you to believe, are not existing on a diet solely made up of raw vegetables.
Vegetarianism IS best though….if one wants to be conquered, raped and subjugated by invading semitic hordes – whether in medieval Aryan India or the modern West.
The Impact of a Vegan Diet on Many Aspects of Health: The Overlooked Side of Veganism
The remainder of this article will cover a recent study I read on the negative health impacts of vegetarianism.
The paper, authored by Alexander Muacevic, John R Adler, and Bali and Roopa Naik, should be a real eye-opener for people flirting with vegetarianism as a healthy alternative to a meat-based diet.
.
.
The researchers posit that “there are long-term consequences associated with veganism” and that “veganism harms vulnerable populations, including children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women”, as well as “negatively impacts fetal outcomes in strict vegan mothers”.
.
The study highlights “the many deficiencies of the vegan diet, especially vitamin B12, and the related increased risk of malignancies.”
.
The authors write that:
.
“While several studies have shown that a vegan diet (VD) decreases the risk of cardiometabolic diseases, veganism has been associated with adverse health outcomes, namely, nervous, skeletal, and immune system impairments, hematological disorders, as well as mental health problems due to the potential for micro and macronutrient deficits.”
.
Vegans have a greater prevalence of mental health problems, which may lead to a poorer quality of life.
.
But don’t let me tell you.
.
Read the study for yourself.
.
As meat eaters you should all have the attention span and intellects to get through it no problem 🙂
.
Enjoy….
.
***
.
A recent systematic study examined the intake and adequacy of the VD in terms of macro and micronutrient intake in the adult European population. The study found that vegans consumed the least total protein compared to other diet groups, confirming concerns that VD may include insufficient protein, particularly in instances where legume, seed, and nut consumption is limited [14].
.
Vegans consume fewer essential amino acids than non-vegans [15]. Plant proteins are less digestible (50-70%) than animal proteins, and food-processing methods like heating may further reduce digestibility. According to the WHO, animal proteins are considered complete proteins and have higher biological value, protein efficiency ratio, net protein utilization, and, ultimately, have a higher Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) compared to plant proteins [16,17].
.
By and large, soy proteins constitute a significant protein source for most vegans [18].
Vitamin B12
.
Low vitamin B12 intake is a significant problem in vegan diets due to the exclusion of vitamin B12-rich foods such as meat, poultry, and eggs. A lack of vitamin B12 has been linked to neurologic and hematologic problems [19]. Low vitamin B12 intake has serious clinical consequences, although deficient symptoms appear gradually over time. High folate levels may also partly and temporarily obscure some of the typical vitamin B12 hematological manifestations. To prevent vitamin B12 deficiency, vegans must get their levels checked regularly and meet their daily requirements via supplements or fortified foods.
.
A growing body of research indicates that inadequate B12 consumption may contribute to carcinogenesis. Vitamin B12 deficiency increases uracil misincorporation, impairing DNA synthesis and genomic instability. Global hypomethylation of DNA is a characteristic of early carcinogenesis. Thus, if not adequately replaced, VD may inadvertently lead to cancers [20]. Wu et al found that blood B12 levels were substantially lower in menopausal and postmenopausal breast cancer patients, and patients with the lowest B12 levels had an elevated risk of breast cancer [21].
.
Reduced B12 levels have also been linked to an increased risk of cervical and gastrointestinal tract malignancies [22-24]. As a result, B12 supplementation is imperative for vegans due to the extensive and irreversible detrimental effects of the deficiencies.
.
Other minerals and micronutrients
.
Vegans have greater iron needs than other diet patterns [25], mainly because non-heme iron from plant-based foods is less bioavailable, as absorption is hindered by whole grains, legumes, and nuts due to their phytic acid content [26].
.
Vegans also have a zinc deficit. While meat, dairy, and eggs contain zinc, some zinc-rich plant foods (e.g., nuts, seeds, and whole grains) have poor bioavailability owing to the presence of phytate, which inhibits absorption in the gut [16]. Inadequate zinc consumption may be associated with mental health problems (e.g., depression), dermatitis, diarrhea, and alopecia, all of which are more prevalent among vegans [27,28]. Selenium insufficiency has also been seen among vegetarians.
.
Vitamin D, calcium, bone mineral density, and risk of fractures
.
Numerous studies have shown that vegans consume insufficient calcium and vitamin D, not only owing to the absence of dairy products but also due to calcium bioavailability problems in plant-based diets [28]. Vitamin D insufficiency exacerbates calcium shortage further owing to impaired intestinal absorption. After adjusting for socioeconomic variables, lifestyle co-variates, and body mass index (BMI), a recent study reported that as compared to meat-eaters, there was an increased risk of hip fractures observed in vegetarians (HR 1.25; CI 1.04-1.50), vegans (2.31; 1.66-3.22), and fish eaters (1.26; 1.02-1.54) [29].
.
Vegans also had a greater incidence of overall fracture (1.43; 1.20-1.70), leg fractures (2.05; 1.23-3.41), and fractures in other major sites (1.59; 1.02-2.50). The higher risk of fractures may be related to vegans’ significantly lower calcium intake, reduced dietary protein intake, and lower BMI [30-32].
Mental health
The most recent systematic review [33], which included eighteen studies, compared meat abstainers versus meat eaters in terms of mental health. The research included 160,257 individuals (85,843 females and 73,232 men) from various geographic areas, including 149,559 meat eaters and 8584 meat abstainers (aged 11 to 96 years).
.
Eleven of the 18 studies found that meat-free diets were linked with worse psychological health, four were inconclusive, and three found that meat-free diets resulted in improved results. The most thorough research found that meat-avoiders (i.e., “full vegetarians”) had a 7.4%, 24.1 %, and 35.2% 1-month, 12-month, and lifetime prevalence of unipolar depressive disorders, respectively. In contrast, meat consumers had a much lower prevalence: 6.3%, 11.9%, and 19.1%.
.
Similarly, the 1-month, 12-month, and lifetime prevalence of anxiety disorders for meat abstainers were much higher at 20.4%, 31.5%, 31.5%, and 10.7%, 17.0%, and 18.4% in the meat eaters respectively.
.
The study highlights the high incidence of mental health problems among vegans, emphasizing the vital need of increasing awareness of these illnesses to facilitate early intervention. Women notably appeared to be adversely impacted by mental disorders such as stress [34-36].
Orthorexia
Orthorexia nervosa (ON) is defined as a fixation on health-conscious eating behavior [37]. It involves obsessive (compulsive) food decisions, self-imposed anxiety, self-punishment, and increasingly extreme limitations. As a result of diet-related concerns, individuals develop dietary restrictions, lack of food pleasure, inflexible and rigid eating behaviors, and ritual activities surrounding food preparations. Vegetarian, and vegan, women are more prone than males to have disordered eating attitudes and practices [38].
Mortality
Although some studies indicate a reduction in mortality associated with vegetarianism and VD, the larger body of evidence indicates that the health benefits associated with vegetarianism may be due to other “lifestyle” factors associated with socioeconomic statuses, such as adequate physical activity, low alcohol and drug consumption, or avoidance of tobacco products.
.
Recently, Johnston et al. argued that the evidence supporting public-health recommendations to reduce or eliminate meat intake was based on questionable studies and “inappropriate analysis” [39]. This argument and the growing body of contrasting and conflicting findings create a conundrum for doctors and policymakers alike.
Effects on children and adolescents
Adolescents are also known to show a strong preference for VD. A balanced diet is critical for children and adolescents to meet their bodies’ rising demands during the growth spurt, rendering the implications of VD in this vulnerable age more intriguing. A recent study examined the anthropometry, dietary intakes, and nutritional status of 149 vegetarians, 115 vegans, and 137 omnivore children and adolescents using a cross-sectional design (6-18 years old, mean age: 12.7 ± 3.9 years) [40]. Vegetarians and vegans consumed more carbohydrates than omnivores (p = 0.0002). Vegetarians (p = 0.02) had the lowest protein consumption, however, vitamin B2, D3, HDL-C, and triglyceride blood concentrations did not differ between diet groups. The authors concluded that there are no specific nutrient concerns among vegetarian, vegan children and adolescents compared to omnivores. The study’s cross-sectional design and lack of representativity should be considered when interpreting the findings.
In contrast to the above study, subsequent cross-sectional studies showed that vegetarian and/or vegan children had a lower bone mineral density (BMD) [41,42]. Desmond et al. observed that vegetarians and vegans were shorter than omnivores (-0.32 and -0.57 height z scores, respectively), but the difference was non-significant in vegetarians [42].
.
The research showed that after controlling for body size, vegan children had substantially lower vitamin D levels and BMD than omnivores. It is suggested to maximize childhood BMD to promote peak BMD and therefore reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fracture in adulthood. The authors concluded that vegans had lower BMDs even when body and bone size were taken into consideration. It does not seem to be ideal to start puberty, a period when bone-specific nutrition requirements are greater, with an already established BMD deficiency. If such deficiencies continue throughout adolescence as a result of a diet, they may raise the likelihood of poor bone outcomes later in life. Prospective longitudinal studies are required to better understand the consequences of VD on children and adolescents.
Effects on pregnancy, fetal outcomes, and lactation
Optimal fetal growth requires balanced maternal nutrition during pregnancy. Mothers on rigorous VD are at risk of vitamin insufficiency, which can lead to poor fetal outcomes. A recent study included 273 women, including 112 omnivores, 37 fish eaters, 64 lacto-ovo-vegetarians, and 60 vegans, respectively [43]. In comparison to an omnivorous diet, the vegan diet was substantially linked with an elevated risk of small-for-gestational-age infants (RR = 5.9, 95 percent CI, 1.2-21.8). All the groups had a similar incidence of preterm births. Birthweight in vegans was lower compared to lacto-ovo-vegetarians (3015 ± 420 g vs. 3285 ± 482 g, P = 0.004) and to omnivores (3328 ± 495 g, P < 0.001) but not to fish-eaters.
.
Vegans also had a lower mean gestational weight gain compared only to omnivores (11.6 ± 4.2 kg vs. 14.3 ± 4.6 kg, P = 0.001). A review of 13 low and middle-income nations found low docosahexaenoic acid levels in breast milk in mothers on plant-based diets but greater in the fish-eating population [44].
.
Maternal B12 status influences their offspring’s B12 levels and is an independent risk factor for neural tube defects (NTD) [45]. Studies have shown an association between low B12, low birth weight, and pre-term delivery [46]. A Chinese study associated increased maternal pickled vegetable consumption with NTD due to excessive nitrate, nitrite, and N-nitroso compound content [47]. They found that eating pickled vegetables more frequently (>6 meals/week) increased the risk of NTD. The investigators also found that maternal consumption of meat, eggs, or milk (>1 meal/week) reduced the risk of NTD. Vegan mothers may have poor prenatal nutritional status, resulting in low maternal fat reserves for breastfeeding. The postpartum nutritional profile of vegetarian mothers declines without sufficient energy intake, thus maternal nutritional reserves are lost to promote infant normal development.
.
Providers should evaluate a woman’s nutrition and energy consumption frequently. Women on restrictive diets may need to take supplements or eat fortified foods to meet the required needs throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. Plant-based diets during pregnancy and breastfeeding need a heightened awareness of the importance of consuming all necessary nutrients and vitamin supplements, as recommended by international guidelines [48].
.
Conclusions
.
While veganism has been shown to decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic syndrome, it also carries the potential for micro- and macronutrient deficits. It should be noted that vegans often have better socioeconomic levels, live a healthier lifestyle with more physical exercise, and tend to smoke less compared to non-vegetarians, making it difficult to isolate the effects of veganism in observational research.
.
Existing research is often skewed by selection bias, which is when the study sample is chosen based on prior eating patterns and such studies are often recruited in environments with a high level of health awareness. Our review focuses on the impact of veganism on vulnerable populations, including children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and fetal outcomes in strict vegan mothers.
.
Vegans should be closely monitored and treated for nutritional deficiencies, in order to mitigate any long-term negative health outcomes. Given the growing interest in diets without animal protein intake in the general population, it is crucial, now more than ever, to have a clear understanding of both the risks and benefits of such diets among clinicians, policymakers, and the public.

  1. I think it’s mainly plastics and chemicals in our foods thats doing it.
I was wondering if you’ve heard of geo engineering, it’s a theory that the globalists intentionally caused climate change with certain industrial chemicals combined with carbon monoxide etc.

So they could inplement their great reset and cause a mass famine world wide as well, through buying up farms and cutting off the wheat supply to the 3rd world. The town i’m from originally in northern queensland, is one of the most polluted towns in Australia.

And the sky above the town is green and covered in a thick brown smog.
A lot of the old people in the town are sick with cancer and you can smell the alumina at night.

And they realease caustic into the air some times and it strips the paint off the buildings and the cars at the plant.
A lot of people in the town have asthma and it go’s away within 2 weeks after they leave the town.

And theirs been massive amounts of dead fish and crabs that also have lesions and tumours on them.
Ashkenazi jews are masters at science, chemistry, mixing chemicals, mathematics, physics, and making poisons.

With all these toxic industrial chemicals going into the atmosphere world wide, they would have definitley damaged the ozone layer, and who knows what other damage they’ve done.

The zionists have been behind the climate change agenda from the start, so i think it’s definitley a possibility.
Whats being done right now has nothing to do with saving the planet, it’s culling the herd with bolshavism of the earth and the great reset.

  2. If I was an animal I wouldn’t mind giving my life for energy to an Aryan. John, is Netanyahu the most evil person in the world and does he have any human in him ?

      • I would describe Netanyahu as a deranged, psychotic butcher that’s resonating with evil.

Plus the zionists are trying to re-establish the Khazarian Empire.

Rabbi Menachem Shneerson said in a speech in 1994, before he died, that they would cause a war between the Ukrainians and Russians and pit them against each other. So the Ukrainians think they’re fighting for independence and the Russians think their fighting for their own sovereign interest.

Their goal is to establish the New Khazaria as their second Israel.

        • This idea makes perfect sense, and it also explains how Zelensky can keep on sending Ukrainian troops into the “meat grinder” of Russian defenses, where they suffer enormous casualties from Russian artillery, machine guns, drones, and fortified fighting positions.

The goal is to kill off all the young male Slavic Ukrainians so another race can take the land, or, in the Khazarian view, re-take it.

      • John, i agree. Natanyahu is one i hope to see suffer for his evil deeds. He is definitely a slow roast candidate in the human sized microwave or small campfire over several hours 🙂
