A statue of Nelson Mandela might be erected in the city center of Glasgow Scotland. There is already an area in the city called “Nelson Mandela Place”. What exactly Nelson Mandela has to do with Scotland is beyond me. Scottish Comedian Billy Connelly seems very eager to see the statue erected.
