The Germans being Germans, even more than elsewhere the insistence on the people obeying every government rule and the punishing of the disobedient is to be expected. The modern Germans are supposed to be all democratic and anti-Nazi, but must now in effect click their heels and yell “Heil Merkel,” or “Heil Heinz,” or “Heil my TV set.”

The chairman of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Rhineland-Palatinate, Peter Heinz, calls for massive restrictions on freedom for unvaccinated people:

“The non-vaccinated are not free to take off their mask. You are not allowed to go shopping, or into a stadium, in the swimming pool or inTO the supermarket without a mask. And you can no longer allow unvaccinated people and those with just the first vaccination, to go off on vacation,” he told the “Rhein-Zeitung ”(Saturday edition).

In his opinion, even with a negative Covid test, unvaccinated people should not go on vacation: “A negative test does not protect you. For example, if you go to an island with a negative PCR test, you could very well become infected there, come back home, and transmit the virus. ”

“Anyone who gives back all the old freedoms to the still-unvaccinated is wasting a big chance to reach everyone with the vaccination,” said Heinz.

“You have to make it clear to people: ‘Without vaccination there can be no freedom. And without this pressure, we will not convince people to take it. Unvaccinated people are a danger to society and should therefore not be given the same freedoms as vaccinated people.”

Heinz considers giving people vaccination rewards to be “absurd”. However, he rejects compulsory vaccination as “paternalism”.

“Giving freedom back only to vaccinated persons is not a secret way of forcing vaccinations, but the inevitable conclusion from having a pandemic situation.”
