Pravda: US fears Russian publication of satellite photos of the tragedy of 9/11

Some politicians in Russia are making noises about Germany being made to pay reparations for damages their country sustained in world war 2. I don’t know if Putin is among them. But what about the soviet policy of scorched earth warfare? They destroyed a lot of their own infrastructure and crops to avoid them falling into enemy hands. Do they expect the Germans to pay for this?
