The “privilege” of travel is literally a communist practice. In both the USSR and today in Red China, you must apply for a visa, called in English an “internal passport,” to travel within your own country or move your residence to another province.

Now we have freedom of speech (but you’ll be jailed or fired if you use it), the right to own guns (unless you post the wrong thing on Facebook and get red-flagged), and can move about as we wish (if vaccinated), go to work (unless there is a lockdown for a fake virus, or its endless new “variants”), and, as the Nuremberg War Crimes trials decreed, you can refuse any medical treatment.
NOT.
As an average person, going about your own business, and not knowing the affairs of state, face it: you will be ruled, either by elites who hate you – or by elites who love you.
