I watched the Norman Cantor video twice, and nowhere does he boast that Jews brought down the Roman Empire. He said that the Germans and Huns invaded and brought down the Roman Empire around 500 CE, and that this was good for the Jews, because it did away with the early Christian rulers who began ruling there around 312 CE. He was obviously referring to Constantine the Great, Roman emperor from 306 CE to 337 CE, who was the first Roman emperor to convert to Christianity, in 312 CE.
The great English historian Edward Gibbon, in his famous book, “History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire,” placed the primary blame for Rome’s fall on Christianity. Are you saying that he was wrong? He also said that the numbers of Christian martyrs were exaggerated:

What you and Norman Cantor both fail to mention is that all of the early Christians in Rome, including Saul (Paul) were ethnic Jews from the Middle East. Cantor claims that Jews had good lives in the pagan Roman Empire, yet it was a pagan Roman emperor, Titus, who destroyed Jerusalem and the Jews’ Second Temple in 70 CE, and erected the Arch of Titus in Rome to rub it in their faces. The subsequent Christianized Roman emperors did no such thing. If the early Jewish Christians were persecuted by the Aryan pagan Romans, it was because the Romans rightly viewed the Christians as a subversive Jewish cult.
So yes, you are right – the Jews DID bring down the Roman Empire, through their “Trojan Horse” religion of Christianity, which was specifically designed to weaken the Aryan pagan spirit that had created so many amazingly advanced ancient civilizations, like Sumeria, Egypt, Mohenjo-Daro, etc. It was only well AFTER Christianity became the state religion of Rome, in 395 CE, that Rome fell to the “barbarian” German tribes in 476 CE. The Dark Ages you mentioned were CAUSED by Christianity! The Roman Catholic Church held back scientific progress for over 1000 years, and persecuted and executed anyone who publicly disagreed with its dogma, including Giordano Bruno (burned at the stake), Copernicus, Galileo, etc. It was a long period of superstition and intellectual retardation that didn’t begin to change until the Italian Renaissance, which began in the 1400s and drew heavily on ancient pagan Greek and Roman culture.
