Kristine Huddleston I don’t think it’s about their being incapable of civilization, I think (with some notable exceptions) they just aren’t interested in what we would call civilization. The different races are called “different” for a reason, and their reasoning is thus different. The more liberal-minded Whites think that they can overcome what Nature, thousands of years of breeding and inborn customs and racial memories have instilled in different racial groups. They can’t.
