Spiritual reading

Spread the love

These readings are by an E. West, who says they are channeled from a higher being.

April 7 It is time to take your place in this life. It is time if you have not done so already, to claim the truth of your nature. We have been talking about things similar for a while now because this is the time to begin in earnest the process of shedding all that has cloaked and hidden and mediocritized your Self.
.
It is a time when all things clamor for the emergence of the beings you were always meant to be.

As you know, there are layers and layers and layers of stuff: appearance, beliefs, accomplishments, aesthetics, abilities, friends, belongings, work, play, values, family–to name a smattering–which are built up, one upon the other to create the beautiful collage you present to the world, and often to yourself.
.
We have been encouraging you to strip those things away, layer by layer, just as they have accumulated, so that you can connect in fullness with what is at your core. For many of you, the acquisition of your glorious cloak has occupied many years and much careful attention. It is the way of life in the body, at least up until now.

.

Who am I? That question is almost never answered truly.

I am. Instead, as children, you began the process of building your identity, of choosing what felt right, what in the world resonated with what was within. You tried things on, you discarded many, and carefully crafted the persona you now wear. Many of them are really quite stunning. And seductive. And special. But they all obscure the truth.

.
Sit today and ask for guidance. What animal speaks to you of your existential being? Spend some time with that animal and ask it to teach you the lessons it has learned.

Ask it to show you life through its eyes and allow yourself to experience that. You need not do more—there is no special significance. It is just a way to cut through the thickets of your mind.

And we are urging you to do that now, to open the way to the expression of your deepest being, no matter how odd or how dangerous or how unexpected or unpopular or whatever other judgmental adjectives your mind throws at you.
.
If you are afraid that you will somehow cease to belong if you set aside those attributes which help you identify as “like,” fear not—you are not even remotely alone, no matter how it may seem from time to time.

.

Moreover, there are more of you than you can probably imagine, poised and ready to stand open in truth. Some ahead of you, others behind, looking to you for direction.
.
It is time to learn, and re-learn that who you are is deeply needed. These beautiful personae are like gowns you have worn to the ball. Sometimes with great exuberance and joy, other times in despair.

But now it is time to tend to the children, to cultivate the food, to care for the sick and to clean out the house. Finery will only inhibit and impede you. You must leave it in the closet for the time being and gather all of your true strengths in order to meet the demands that are everywhere right now. Your true strengths are those gifts that were always there, those knowings and ways of understanding that allow you to be in form without being consumed by form.

.

.
The pressure is really weighing heavily on many of you right now. It is an incredibly important moment in the story of the universe. In reality, there is much that is on your shoulders. You cannot afford to become lost in the byways of your costuming at the moment. So we return to this challenge again and again, from different angles, but with the same goal—that you allow your authentic Self to lead you and guide you, to shine forth and be visible.
.

Forgive us our redundancy, but some things bear repeating. Look to your friends with less of the mental to slow them down. Look to the animals and ask for their help today. They—both in spirit and in body—are more than ready to assist you.
.
We send all our love and blessings.

  1. Really great and powerful message here, thanks for sharing. I watch the squirrels, blue jays and cardinals in the back yard every day. It is a soothing reminder of natural life and the cycle of life. Of being in the moment. Of being passionate and following the dictates of the spirit/nature.
