The spiritual reading says we should study the birds. Except for their need for food, birds are free of earthly gravity and heaviness. Our soul is this way too, not bound by physical laws, and in fact, sometimes during sleep people have OBEs — out-of-body experiences, and their soul literally visits other places and people.

But even eagles must be courageous and smart, or they will starve, because though they have hollow bones for lightness, and their feathers, which keep them warm, weigh almost nothing, still, the act of flying takes an enormous amount of energy and so they must regularly find food.

As I wrote in another life, life is meant to be a constant struggle, and whoever refuses to accept scary realities and fight for his rights is just not worthy to survive.

Dearest ones, our hearts are so filled with gratitude and admiration for the lives you are leading, the work you are doing, the incredible striving you are attempting. It is very hard sometimes, we see that. And yet so unbelievably glorious. So beautiful. At times it must seem almost too much to be borne.

How can a heart, separated from all the other hearts, take in so much beauty and love and grace? On the other hand, there is such suffering. So much detritus and ugliness. How can you hold all of that as well? It seems Herculean. Or perhaps, Sisyphean.

So today, we are going to suggest that you move away from the duality your plane is renowned for. It will be a perfect day for practicing non-dual seeing, for being in consciousness of all things without attempting to sort or strive or appreciate or ignore or really, to do anything at all. Just witness and allow yourself to become one with the larger consciousness that is the creator of it all.

For that is one singular truth about who you really are. Live this truth with awareness today if you are able. We think you might discover some things about being human that you never even suspected before.

In the meantime, stay connected to the birds, those beings who can traverse the earth, the air and the
water. They may have some wisdom to impart as well.

What marvelous souls you are! We are here if you need us, all around you in all sorts of form and non-form. And it is our dearest wish to support your journey, so please, call for help in any moment that you are lost.
