This last week may have been demanding and draining for you. You may be feeling extraordinarily worn down or out, as if your reserves are gone and your ability to face the challenges met on your way is very slim.

Much is being asked of you each day (and in many cases, each night as well). Today you can rest and recuperate a bit, so don’t miss out.

The earth will be a great ally. Please point your attention Her way. If you are tired or at the end of your human energies, call on Hers to fill you.

Look downward and inward. Try not to rise up toward the firmament today, as it will not be supported. You will be wise, no matter how you are feeling, to take advantage of the strong, calming waves of energy that emanate from the earth. As preparations proceed for the advent of the equinox (March 21) and all things new, powerful forces are pulsing up through the very ground and can provide you with some desperately needed strength and clarity.

Pay attention to gravity and allow it to glue you to the earth today. If your body feels heavy, don’t fight that. Instead. cultivate lassitude and enjoy it. You have nowhere to go and nothing to do which cannot wait. It will seem as if that is not true, but in all likelihood, there is nothing you will do as well as you might do if suffused with the slow, steady beat of the earth running through you.

Eat minerals and roots to merge with the material. Salt is very good—in food and baths. But please don’t use sea salt, as it will counter the effect you seek. Put off any decisions that you can and don’t look for inspirational or visionary answers to your questions. Stay in your physical being and breathe. Walk, move in all ways with consciousness. Talk especially with those things that live closest to the ground: rocks, dirt, low-growing plants and bushes.

Keep your focus downward and give your upper-level bodies a chance to rest, to shut down and take the day off.

Above all, try not to tax yourself with any problems or concerns that stretch beyond the next day or two. Stay in the here and now, in the body, on the earth and in the moment. Resist any pull toward solving or seeing the big picture. Today is for the time and space you currently inhabit. Any forays beyond it will end up being wasted time and energy, opportunity for rest and relaxation relinquished.

Please move deliberately and in peace. All is well, despite any feelings and fears you have to the contrary

All is in alignment with the divine. You are deeply and ever loved.

It is so easy for a trained, paid troll to pretend to be a WN by saying all the right words, and acting all reasonable, then stick in a criticism to undermine the activist.

To someone objecting that I interrupt David von Braun:

Sorry, but your objection makes no sense whatsoever.

It is so easy for a trained, paid troll (which you may in fact not be, but the effect is the same either way) to pretend to be a WN by saying all the right racial and revisionist words, following a script, and acting all reasonable, then you stick in a criticism to undermine the activist.

My “interruptions” 1) explain things he leaves out, having almost never given an interview in his life, 2) topics he absolutely intended and needed to go into but did not for various reasons, and 3) to deal also with the torrent of skeptical objections which are constantly made, and right here on this comments thread as well as on the comments threads of the preceding two videos.

For example, in another video, David said how someone “was at the JPL.” ...

So now, Ms. Advice Giver but not Donor, do tell me what “the JPL” is….

Well, not one in a hundred viewers knows that.

But I do, because I am familiar with the American aerospace program and specifically with Germans working at the “JPL.”

David, who has a 170 IQ, sometimes forgets that others are not aware of the things he refers to, because, as stated, he is not used to giving any interviews, and, rarely, he makes factual errors, such as saying Germany lost 50 million people in WWII, AS HE DID IN THIS INTERVIEW.

I am not going to go away so he, an introverted scientist type, can refer to things which no average viewer understands. And now you know why I interrupt.

And I await YOUR THANKS and that of all the people taking cheap potshots at me, A DOER, that I sent the man $1,400 ($1200 plus Western Union instant-transfer fees) when he was broke and homeless

As for David, he was traumatized from not only decades of horrible persecution, some of which I and Margi also experienced. These were parallel experiences, right down to the steel chains they wrap around the prisoner, and being thrown out of four apartments in nine months, which happened to us in 2014, things that also happened to David and HIS wife…..

So I said — “INTERRUPTING” — that the same sorts of things did happen to me and to Margi.

But he was also traumatized by very recent events. This included two years of him working — with his 170 IQ — in a liquor store and hauling around heavy crates with a DOUBLE HERNIA, being denied disability by a Social Security jewess named Sebag, and THEN the jews get him fired from even THAT lousy job!

Then for weeks he was sleeping in January in his CAR!

So he was very upset when he came here…..as was Germar Rudolf, btw, and near tears, the tough Kraut that Germar is.

Germar has now lost everything — but his honor before God. I hope he is alive and doing okay.

And, remember, David had not given an interviews in decades.

And then along come these rectal orifices with their “comments,” some paid trolls, and others nasty, cranky, know-it-alls. And they say that you, I, Diane, Monika and David are all frauds.

So sorry, folks, but this Marine does not take slander and abuse like most cowards out there do. So sorry it bothers me when they say “if only that John de Nugent guy were not there.”

My goal has been, not to talk like these hot-air hypocrites, but to help David, and I have done so, so he can physically survive, get his message out there, and I speak up only to make sure that the public understands the details of what he is saying.

Also, I defend David with FACTS and DOCUMENTS against those white idiots attacking his honesty.

God is love and sometimes that is tough love.

And, yeah, I would like a little recognition that I am not a miser and windbag like they are but instead I DO things for comrades when they are in dire need.

When “affirmative action” (forcing companies to hire blacks), racial integration and school busing were ordained by REPUBLICAN President Richard Nixon in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the rich and middle-class Whites moved out of their nice downtown neighborhoods to the then all-white suburbs.

Then the brownies, augmented now by Mexicans, Muslims, Vietnamese, etc., moved also out to the suburbs to get away from their own self-created shitholes.

So the rich Whites retreated EVEN FURTHER, to way out in the exurbs, 40 miles from downtown, with “exurb” meaning a mix of rural farms and commuter housing.

So the cowardly, selfish, affluent Whites now commute 80 miles every day, round-trip, while burning up tons of gas and putting wear and tear on their cars, tires, brakes, etc.

And they put their kids in expensive private schools. Yes, do anything but what was needed: organize, stand up, and say Hell, NO to a dark, race-mixing America!

A third of the counties in this country, due to the retreat mindset, is now 40%+ minority:

As we have seen with David Scott von Braun, when you retreat from a bully and go low-profile, it does not help. The jews and their brown, antifa and LGBTQ hordes still come after you.
