There is in fact a monarch seated upon a golden throne. You know: the nonsensical image of a king who rules the universe from above? While we may agree that this is an antiquated and torqued image of God, it is true that there is a force which radiates light and power, and which has a place in the physical plane.
This being (of either or no gender) resides in the deepest regions of your being. In your heart, your soul. However you choose to place it. And this being is anthropomorphic or not, according to your wishes.
But please understand that each of you contain this incredibly dynamic and powerful being, and that to deny its existence is to diminish yourself and the Divine.
You strive to know yourself and to become a master. This is a task of many, many lifetimes. And in this pursuit there is much you encounter that can be moved, altered, transformed. This being, of which we speak, is not changeable. This is the eternal within you, this is that which is with you, lifetime after lifetime.
There are occasions when it is easier to believe and there are occasions when it is nearly impossible to give credence to the idea that you contain divinity. But none-the-less, it is always there.
This is the source of all guidance. For each of you and for all of you collectively. The smallest shreds of intuition can be traced to the presence within you of this being. The greatest flashes of insight and transcendent knowing, as well.
The rest is either mechanical or built on or around this being. This is your core, your truth.
Each of you honors and realizes this being in different ways. Each of you finds your own
path to its lap. And that is as it was meant to be. There is no one image, no one way, no one manifestation.
However, it is essential that you do find your way to the lap of this marvelous being and learn to listen to its counsel. There is no substitute for this. There are no books, no teachers, no traditions which can stand in for your own glorious divinity.
Should you choose to follow someone else’s path, you will end by manifesting someone else’s life, someone else’s wisdom and someone else’s light. While this may have been a suitable introduction to spirit in ages gone by, in the world today, each one of you is needed, holding fully your own authentic and unique self. That can only be known through your own exploration and discovery. It is not something which can be learned by rote or taught by sages. You are the sage, and you must read the book of your own soul.
Please think about this today. Are there any ways in which you sign off on your own wisdom, in which you allow others to speak on your behalf, or more troublesome, to know on your behalf ? It is very important to think, act and feel impeccably.
Each one of you is a monarch seated upon a golden throne. Your planet is unthinkably rich: glorious, all-knowing and powerful beings everywhere you look! It is time to remember who you really are, to seat yourself on that throne, to embody the regality that is yours.
Sometimes you dream that you are a pauper or maimed or blind or lost. Just illusion. Just dreams. Wake up, dear ones, to the truth of your strength and your beauty.
Nothing can hold that back if you will just see it and honor it.
