And then some jew comes along and tricks them into feeling like victims — with how white men are GUILTY of “body-shaming” if we turn away — involuntarily — in disappointment or disgust (esp. if the woman has a nice face and personality but terrible bod. What a waste!)

I lived in 2004-05 in France, and no one was fat there. In the huge demonstrations in Paris against Macron by the “Yellow Vests,” if you looked at the crowds, all white, almost no one at all was tubby, even though many (too many in a typically graying white country) are actually middle-aged!!!

There ARE McDonalds over there, mind you, but they serve lots of salads, and I saw that in a Strasbourg McDonalds (that and also wine ;-). )

Iif you start getting fat in France, your friends, your true friends, will start nagging you to lose weight. And pregnancy is no excuse for a woman to gain and keep extra poundage. The goal for every mother over there is to fit right back into your tight jeans!

The singer Patricia Kass even has a great song about it, “Regarde les riches” (“Look at the rich”). The basic theme is to stop whining about your life, and get a grip on it.

If a married woman pigs out, her girlfriends will confront her: “Do you want to push your husband into an affair? No? Then stop splitting your jeans!”

The paleolithic diet, that is, the Stone-Age diet, which causes ketosis, fat-burning, and is a low-carb diet — meat, fat, maybe a few dark green veggies or a salad with no croutons – this WILL shed the pounds as you drop the blubber and asou diet, you never go hungry in the slightest!

This is not a theory or fad. This is exactly how our Cro-magnon ancestors survived for 20,000 years in the Ice Age. Do it! And start lifting weights too and exercising (walking,douingpushup,runing on a trampoline –great also for the lymphatic system)!

THE LASCAUX CAVES were discovered purely by chance. On 12 September 1940 four boys were roaming through the woods above Montignac in the Vezere Valley, when suddenly their little dog disappeared in front of them. Terrified, they ran to the spot where he had been and discovered a small crevice in the ground — thus began the adventure related above.
Caves were the first type of permanent housing for human beings, when they were still active as hunters and gatherers at the dawn of history. Around 15,000 ВС, several groups seem to have settled near each other in the south-western region of Dordogne in France. In nearly zoo-like caves, prehistoric remains have been discovered. Due to the unusual atmospheric conditions present in these caves, an astonishing number of palaeolithic paintings have been preserved in excellent condition.

The discovery made by the four boys affected the history of art as nothing had ever done before. In the Lascaux Caves, which are about 100 metres long, more than 1,500 palaeolithic incised drawings and roughly 600 realistic paintings — of bison, stag, ox and other animals — were discovered. Nowhere else have so many prehistoric pictures been found preserved in one place. Researchers assume that for about 5,000 years people have inhabited these caves, painting the walls over and over again — ultimately leaving; behind a “prehistoric art museum”.

Some of these pictures are extremely large: the walls of the biggest cavern (The Great Hall) is decorated with some bulls measuring five metres in length. Unique in their vitality and remarkable in the skill with which they were executed, these pictures dramatically changed our view of art history. Until well into the nineteenth century, it was thought that art had developed gradually and in stages over time, similar to the way a child’s art develops — from awkward beginnings to more polished forms.

In fact, when the first cave paintings were discovered in 1879 at Altamira in northern Spain, they were regarded as fakes. Further discoveries, above all the paintings at Lascaux, removed all doubts: as early as 15,000 BC painting was already a “fine art”.

I guess it was fate and the working of the gods ( = angels) that we moved here.

It is so cold, snowy and nordic here that you can feel the Ice Age Solutreans’ presence all the time. In fact, whites were here in this town 3,500 years ago, mining copper. The Ojibway Indians have stories of them.

There was not enough copper in all of Europe, even with the copper mines in Cornwall, England, to outfit one single Bronze Age army, where each soldier had 50 pounds of armor on.

That copper for the Trojan War came from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan!

Btw, as per the truth about the gods who were just advanced humans and “ancient aliens,” the reason why Achilles was so superior and so nordic was that his grandfather was literally Zeus.

So was Helen of Troy, too, a descendant of Zeus. She had “the face that launched a thousand ships.”

Margi and I went for a walk the other day at the gloaming along Ontonagon beach, west of the breakwater. The frozen sand forms these unusual icy ledges.

If one is “in the moment,” or, as Eckhart Tolle says, “present,” you need just stop and soak it all in, with no extraneous thoughts — just enjoying the Now…..

We found this “cuff” of white birch bark. The tree is long gone, but its tough bark remains. The Amerindians, and no doubt the white Solutreans before them, made whole canoes out of suchlike birch bark.

White (and yellow and silver) birches are everywhere.

If it does come to a third world war, this area might be one of the safest areas in the US. The people are white, tough, nordic, and mostly very rightwing — the area landslid for Trump, though he is certainly no angel or the messiah — with the highest percentage of veterans in the USA.

AND the area is far from any nuclear targets and north of the radioactive fallout patterns. We can grow our own food here and cut ourselves off from the blacks in Minnesota, southern Wisconsin and southern Michigan.

But if you never sent me one thin dime, when the SHTF don’t whine if I don’t send you, or any other freeloader and Looking-Out-for-Number-One type with merely white skin, your $200 in gas money to get here. 😉

When you die, the gods show you a video of how your life and decisions affected others. You can see how being a selfish d–k made your family perish. Then maybe you will reflect on it all. Or maybe not, and then have another incarnation as a fool.

That egoism that is now rampant in our current Jew world is not how our ancestors, the Solutreans, survived the ice age.

Back then, only those who helped each other passed their genes on.
