I can say from having been a substitute teacher for years and having taught and been around many high school kiss that a dreadful thing happens if one teen in a high school commits suicide. Other kids … who also were toying with the idea of killing themselves .-.. actually do it.
One suicide can lead to three or four others.
For the life of me, I cannot see how her life was so awful that she had to end it. She had a well-paid rank in the military and a nice daughter.
Eckhart Tolle says that extreme depression is part of the egoic mind. It is the mind out of control, and self-harm results.
