Since in the district of Pinneberg recently [muslim] Shariah Law seems to be above the local criminal law and the Basic Law [this is the quasi-constitution of Germany, imposed by the Allies and then extended to Central Germany after 1990] , the former police commissioner Tim Kellner has therefore filed a complaint against the Syrian asylum-fraudster and all officially involved. We pass this on in unabridged form to our readers:
Introduction
In the district of Pinneberg, Sharia law now stands above the German Criminal Code and the German Basic Law. I will not accept that as a German. I am therefore filing criminal charges against all parties.

As a retired police commissioner, On the one hand I still have some previous knowledge of things and the rest I have now researched. For all, who also contributed to the idea, the following text is freely usable for my criminal complaint. I will send this complaint to the police station at Pinneberg by registered letter.
Criminal Complaint
I hereby make a criminal complaint against Ahmad A. because of his violation of § 172 StGB (double marriage) and all other possible offenses.
Mr. Ahmad A. stated in a post to a million-plus audience at Spiegel TV that he was married to two wives.
This is not allowed under German law. Article § 172 under our Basic Law punishes this, and furthermore, this is a serious violation of Art. 3 of the Basic Law, which states that all people are equal before the law and that nobody, because of his descent, race, origin, belief or religious views, may be discriminated against — or be favored.
However, this is clearly the case in this and many other cases. It is true that there is a legal view that polygamous marriages which have been lawfully concluded abroad should also be recognized to some extent in Germany. However, this contradicts Article 3, Section 6, which states that private legal relationships that have arisen abroad only continue insofar as they do not violate our “ordre public” [French legal term for “public order”].
The ordre public means public order, and thus the basis of our domestic values [in German society].
This is to be considered absolutely correct in the said case, since plural marriage, practiced according to Sharia law, is decidedly contrary to public order. In addition, it must be clarified and questioned to what extent the multitudes in the homeland of Ahmad A. were in fact “lawfully” married.
I also insist that within the territory of Germany, it is German law, and especially our Basic Law, which must be the highest law. This means that foreign laws, let alone Sharia law, cannot and must not be in effect here.
Furthermore, based on Section § 339 of the Basic Law (perversion of justice), I am filing a criminal complaint against all official parties who helped Mr. Ahmad A. and have made it possible for him to practice polygamy with state funding in our country.
If in Germany [muslim] polygamy is legitimized under Sharia law, then further questions arise:
When will [Sharia] honor killings [when male relatives kill a girl for dating a boy they disapprove of, or leaving Islam], genital mutilations [cutting off a girl’s clitoris], stoning, and the amputation of limbs be officially recognized, legitimated or tolerated?

I stress once again that I am relying here on [our own] German law. If the constitutional state has already surrendered in part, or given in [to the muslims and Sharia], then I feel it is my civic duty to strengthen our state, or even call it to reason. These are the reasons for this lawsuit.

Nothing has to be registered, but only witnessed by two Muslim men. So any Syrian can claim he has four wives, the legal limit in Syria and also under muslim law, and bring 20 kids in.”]
