Animals, in contrast, are never obsessed with their past or the future.

Neither even really exist anywhere in the real world at all, except in their runaway minds.

Instead, animals live well and truly in THE PRESENT, and enjoy it to the fullest.

Humans cannot shut off their minds, which make our lives so high-tech and organized, and give us 70-80 year lifespans, and made us the top animal on this planet, but they can learn to CONTROL their minds and shut them OFF — so they can enjoy the beautiful moments that happen in the constantly moving PRESENT!
