What would YOU do if suddenly you were president, with the entire Deep State salivating to kill or impeach you? If you did nothing while the media went nuts over the “gassed Syrian babies, ” that would “prove” you were afraid of Putin or even his agent or blackmailed puppet.

And chemweapons DO violate international law and treaties. So if you do nothing, while the world public is convinced Assad gassed his own people, the moves to impeach you gain tremendous steam.
We shall see if Trump really does anything serious to Russian or Syria beyond these neo-con-pleasing symbolic things. The Syrian air base is already back in operation and bombing anti-Assad rebels. and Putin refused to shoot down the American cruise missiles, which his S-400 system could easily have done. I am hoping this is all a charade to “prove” Trump is no Russian puppet.
