Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump said for the first time Thursday he will leave office if the Electoral College votes for President-elect Joe Biden but made clear he's not prepared to concede.
"Certainly I will, and you know that," Trump said when asked by a reporter about leaving the White House if Biden is declared the winner on December 14. "I will and, you know that."
"It's going to be a very hard thing to concede because we know there was massive fraud," Trump said without evidence.
"As to whether or not we can get this apparatus moving quickly -- because time isn't on our side, everything else is on our side, facts are on our side, this was a massive fraud."
The President falsely added that if Biden is declared the winner, the Electoral College, "made a mistake, cause this election was a fraud." Pressed on his comments, Trump snapped at the reporter. "Don't talk to me that way. I'm the President of the United States. Don't ever talk to the president that way," he said.
Thursday was the first time Trump has taken questions from reporters since the election.
Since CNN and other outlets projected Biden as the winner earlier this month, Trump has refused to accept the results, instead pushing baseless conspiracies that his second term is being stolen and launching a legal effort to overturn results.
This includes falsely claiming during an election night address that he had already won reelection, that he had already won states that were actually still up in the air at the time and that his opponents were perpetuating a fraud.
In response, Biden campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates said in a statement earlier this month, "the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House."
To this point, the Trump campaign's lawsuits have been repeatedly dismissed or dropped, and earlier this week, the General Services Administration informed Biden that the Trump administration is ready to begin the formal transition process.
The GSA letter marked the first step the administration has taken to acknowledge Trump's defeat. The President, however, tweeted moments after the letter was reported: "Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!"
He echoed that message throughout his rambling news conference Thursday following a Thanksgiving teleconference call with military members -- an event US Presidents traditionally use to boost morale of service members stationed abroad during the holidays and remind the country of their service.

Regarding my previous comment about Trump provoking Iran, below is the description of a job that appeared today in one of my online job search feeds. There are multiple jobs for varying positions for this U.S. military command. Makes me wonder why hiring people for this military command is suddenly such a priority, when we currently have no major wars and an all-volunteer military, with not many volunteers going into these military processing centers:

We cannot falsely assume that if Trump is declared the election winner that all will become peaceful and normal. We cannot just wait for law and order to suddenly occur. The Communists never intend to stop their absolute overthrow of this country. Anyone advocating not doing anything to resist while Trump is still President and fighting for his rightful election win, is actually supporting the Communist agenda. It is late in the game to start, but resistance must be actively done at every level of the Communist presence. And they are everywhere forcing Americans into submission to their illegal mandates depriving decent people of their liberties. Corrupt officials and authorities do nit deserve mercy or continued opportunity. Every ladder of power is composed of multitudes of rungs–weaker and more vulnerable to being affected by resistance. Not violent resistance, but psychological, asymmetrical annoyances to disturb their arrogant egos. Actual battles may become necessary, and perhaps soon. Trump is not a strong person, and has little support from those with power to fight for defending the Republic from internal enemies. Conceding to the Communists cannot be allowed, but fought against violently by those called to duty.

Americans have not been prepared to fight to save themselves. The US Military has been all over the world fighting and dying for whatever the purpose of the corrupt US government has been. But does the same Military have the genuine patriotic courage to save the Republic that gave them the freedoms to live. There seem to be older American Vets that do understand the urgency of the hour! They will have to be the new 1776 brave leaders to awaken the people’s understanding of the need to resist.

Political criminals allegedly wear needed medical ankle boots to hide ankle monitors to keep track of their whereabouts before having trials. Sadly no trials ever happened for Clinton and McCain. As yet Joe Biden has not been accused, warranted, nor arrested for his crimes. Maybe he will be arrested for treason when he thinks he is going into the White House for an intelligence briefing that he is not entitled to. Biden’s doctor says that although initial X-rays did not show any obvious facture in his right foot, further imaging from a CT scan confirmed he’d suffered hairline fractures on his lateral and intermediate cuneiform bones … which are in the mid-foot area.
His doc adds, “It is anticipated that he will likely require a walking boot for several weeks.” Oof …
