The act of procreation is both important and enjoyable, but according to several recent studies, it also has quite a few health benefits. Here are 12 reasons why you should be having relations on a more regular basis.
1. Orgasms increase the blood flow to the whole brain, making it a better mental exercise than a crossword puzzle.
2. Intercourse causes the brain to release a steroid called DHEA “ a main contributor to staying young. Couples who engage in relations 3 times a week look 10 years younger on average.
3. Intercourse can help relieve period symptoms, thanks to the muscle contractions that occur during an orgasm. Furthermore, researchers from Columbia and Stanford found that women who have relations at least once a week enjoy more predictable cycles.
4. According to Women’s Health Magazine, vaginal stimulation can relieve chronic back pains, leg pains, headaches and migraines.
5. The Lifestyle Mirror recently interviewed Dr. Elizabeth Tanzi, who said that “Regular love making increases blood flow and decreases stress hormones in the body, and those stress hormones wreak havoc on the skin.”
6. Having intercourse in the morning was found to boost both our mood and our immune system.

7. According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, people who engage in penile-vaginal intercourse enjoy much lower blood pressure.
8. After intercourse, the level of oxytocin (the “love hormone”) in men is elevated. Men with elevated oxytocin levels are less likely to “stray”, which means that having relations literally makes men stay in a relationship.
9. Men who ejaculate more often are less likely to develop prostate cancer.

“9. Men who ejaculate more often are less likely to develop prostate cancer.”
Although it is in the context of some seemingly true statements on PVI being generally beneficial compared to other forms of orgasm and sex, this statement can still be heavily misleading, as it makes no distinguishment between ejaculation in sex and ejaculation in any other situation, like masturbation. When generalized to this extent, the information gives one the impression that masturbation or gay sex would also reduce chances of prostate cancer.

I know you are not the writer of this article, but the key word of procreation is totally incorrect for quite a lot of sex, which is not intended at that, making it overall a really misleading word to use in describing sex in general. A last side note would be that you seem to be completely contradicting your own held position as said in your Virtus Cosmogony article in support of sex being ‘la petite mort’, as the French called it, a drain of one’s life energy that is risky when continually done, like alcohol or drugs. I might not be someone to talk about sex and its direct effects in any kind of personal experience or testimony, but I know a contradiction when I see one. It might not be your article, but if your opinion remains the same about sex, I’m surprised you don’t have some kind of side note on that.
No contradiction: Martin Luther opined that thrice weekly was good, and I agree. Today, some are getting no sex, one extreme, and others three times a day, the other, esp., via online porn and masturbation.
“Normal” penis-vagina sex is definitely the best kind, and I have written on this as well over the last ten years. Nature wants white people to make babies, and rewards it with the best feeling.
I will never forget what Ernst Zündel once wrote in his newsletter about our degenerate times:
“Never has there been more sex and less reproduction.”
This is real manhood, to be a good father and role model to your white children.
